He was a super nice guy, very easy going and has some great stories. When I arrived(after an hour and a half in the van with 3 kids) he already had the truck I was interested pulled up, washed and ready for a test drive. He took a picture of my license as instructed me on a good route to take the truck to open it up a little and breath and gave me a smile and sent me on my way. Afterwards I sat down with him and told him I was interested in the truck. He helped me get a great deal in my price range. The whole staff was very friendly and tolerant of my children occasionally running away from my wife. It was all very quick and painless. Mike(Loan Officer) was very patient with me when I ran into issues with my usaa app. He let me use his computer and help me with finalizing everything. Overall great experience! I initially got off to a rough start with the sales department when I was talked into a used car even though I asked for a new one. That was not a great experience, and I recommend sticking with new cars. Thankfully though, I met with John about it, and he handed me over to Andre to find a new car that I love. Regarding the service department, I took my old 2010 Outback here, and I greatly appreciate the videos they take to show you exactly what the problems are. My husband really likes service rep Ivan. We will be taking our new Subaru here for service. Our only issue with service has been that apparently the inspections they do with oil services are not the same as the ones they do with longer services, even though they both show a video from under the car. So before spending money on an older car for a lot of little things, make sure and get a comprehensive inspection so you can get a total for everything that needs to be replaced before deciding to spend money on repairs. It's also a good idea to do this before your warrantee runs out. I learned that Subarus like my 2010 Outback can go for 16 years with no problems, and then have everything wear out at once.

They also make the logistics easy. They'll give me a ride home, then book a free Uber to bring me back when the car is ready. It's a small thing that saves a real chunk of my day. One small note: I do sometimes feel a bit upsold on things like a cabin filter. To be fair, they've taken good care of my car, and I'm sure they're being thorough. It might help to note which items are urgent and which can wait until the next visit, so customers can plan around them. I'd rather hear "this can wait" than wonder. Overall, I'm happy to keep coming back. Friendly people, clear communication, and real convenience.

I never in my life had issues with Toyota vehicles. But the hybrid model unfortunately had a recall once we reached around 5000 miles on it. And the worst part is due to the hybrid engine and it could cause loss of power while driving which is dangerous and unsafe to use the car, and even worse it could cause a fire which is dangerous and both issues could result in harm to me, my family or to other innocent drivers on the rd. I told them about the recall and they said they don't have a remedy and will let let know when they do but it should be in the first quarter of 2026 (January-March) which has passed. So they wanted me to drive this car feeling unsafe and stressed out because I'm anticipating issues with the car. But I told them I don't feel safe and because it's a safety issue they gave me a loaner. I guess the loaner was only set up for 30 days or so and I couldn't make it to renew the loaner and brought it back a week late. So they said they can't loan me anymore vehicles. I just live about 2 hours away and was not going to be in the area until a week after the date they wanted me to come in. So I came in to renew the vehicle and the 1st quarter of the year is basically over and still no remedy/way to fix our brand new car. And they wouldn't renew the loaner so they forced me to take the defective Camry they sold me or I would have been stranded. It is now almost May and other issues arose. Such as Infotainment system/screen going black while the car is on. And a jerk when the car goes from hybrid engine and the gas engine starts. I had my wife contact them to see if they would give her a loaner but they refused. And said they will look into the other issues when they have a remedy for the recall (that was supposed to be resolved I the first quarter). So they have us driving and paying for a car that we feel unsafe in, and can literally catch fire while driving. But we have no choice because they refuse to replace it. Corporate said the issue doesn't warrant a replacement?! But I hope nobody ever buys a hybrid car from Toyota. I know I won't be. I might never buy another Toyota to be honest. But the rental car department manager acted like I was trying to steal the loaner. The service manager doesn't like to get back to you, and also the salesman David who sold me the car stated he is going to look into it and get back to me but I have not heard from him since. This has been going on over 3 months or so. I don't wish this on my worst enemy. We're literally paying for a problem, and to use a dangerous/ unsafe vehicle. DO NOT SHOP AT FREEMAN TOYOTA! Brought it back to the service department and they checked it out and said it was another O2 sensor. So left it there all day and when I got the call to come pick it up, the service manager Ron let me know they replaced it for free. Apparently they had replaced the wrong one before(total accident) and out of curtesy, they replaced the one that needed it for no charge. Now think about it, they could've easily said another O2 sensor went out and changed me another $800, but they didn't, and I wouldn't have been the wiser. They did the right thing, they were honest and stood behind their work. I am extremely pleased that a company did this and that they didn't take advantage of the situation.
