I had a great experience with Marshall! I found the truck I was looking for on my USAA car buying app, I called the dealership and luckily Marshall was the one who picked up the phone to help me. He was a super nice guy, very easy going and has some great stories. When I arrived(after an hour and a half in the van with 3 kids) he already had the truck I was interested pulled up, washed and ready for a test drive. He took a picture of my license as instructed me on a good route to take the truck to open it up a little and breath and gave me a smile and sent me on my way. Afterwards I sat down with him and told him I was interested in the truck. He helped me get a great deal in my price range. The whole staff was very friendly and tolerant of my children occasionally running away from my wife. It was all very quick and painless. Mike(Loan Officer) was very patient with me when I ran into issues with my usaa app. He let me use his computer and help me with finalizing everything. Overall great experience! I would even make the one and a half drive again to buy another vehicle from Marshall and the McConnell team. Thank you everyone who was involved and stay safe! read more

I initially was not looking for a truck but I stumbled on a used 2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E AWD located @ Healdsburg Chevrolet. I toyed back & forth..yes/no..to purchase it. Thanks to both Keith & Rocky there was a lot of texting back & forth ...they made my purchase very easy. I have poor credit and Keith went the extra mile to make my purchase worth while to help re-build my credit. Keith was so patient with me & I had lots of questions!..???... I live far away from Healdsburg Ca so I never visited the dealership. Jesse met me half way to deliver my Honda Ridgeline & to-trade my SUV back to them. Needless to say I love my new vehicle which drives more like an expensive car ... "My Car-truck" Thank you everyone at Healdsburg Chevrolet for making my purchase possible! Cheryl H. read more

I want to preface this with saying the staff is friendly and kind and normally they do an OK job. My truck had been having some issues starting, and was due for service so I took it in. I told them they said they would look at it. Upon pickup they said everything was fine. Hauled some horses to SoCal parked at the hotel and the starter went out. Also been asking for the part that was recalled for a good 4+ months now. I have other friends with the same truck and they got theirs within two months so not sure what this place is Messing up on or if they are just lazy but something needs to change. Just glad my started didn't go Out when I filled up for gas on the 5 in the middle of nowhere! read more

I went in looking for a specific vehicle, a Chevy Colorado. They had one on the lot, and it was perfect! JR was my sales guy and was very knowledgeable, respectful and did not use any high pressure tactics that I have had to deal with in the past. I was 99% sure I would purchase this truck, but I wanted to take a day to think about it. JR was very understanding and supportive, which I appreciated. I went back the next day and bought my truck and am beyond thrilled! Great experience at McConnell Chevrolet in Healdsburg read more

**update** The service manager called me. We spoke and he said he would look on to it and call me back. He never called back and now this dealer will not call me back after leaving a ton of messages. Heck I noticed the entertainment center will not turn off. It was working fine before it went in. I have called them numerous times on this but they will not call you back. I had to convince my home dealer to take this over since they don't like to touch other peoples work. I can understand that. This dealer is a major joke. Major fail!! I had been going to Petaluma Chevy for my service for years. I only came here because of the great reviews and I got tired of the service tech talking about how Covid is a hoax. Well this dealer is a joke. I came here the first time back in 2019 looking for the truck I wanted. The sales guy was an older person who could careless about his job. I should of known not to return. Well everyone I spoke to said this dealer is great. So I gave them a shot. What a mistake. First the service department isn't even in the Chevy dealership. You have to up the road to Dodge. It went in for an oil change and the blinker was saying the rear driver's side blinker was out (it wasn't). It was hyper blinking. So after I'm checked in for an oil change and a blinker issue I get a call around 1pm saying we need the key to the locking lug nuts. I tell them other dealers have no issues and didn't need the key. They just give me a confused huh. Then at 4pm I get a call saying the rear housing for the blinker is cracked and there was an LED blinker and turn signal that Chevy said is a service bulletin on it. Yes I used Lasfit's lights. Lasfit says there is no issue. So then the service guy says we stopped work. I came down and asked to see the crack. He had no idea where it was. But there is water in the tail light. I again asked where is the leak. He looked confused and said we stopped with the light. I asked why and he said service bulletin. I asked if the led light was causing the issue and if they put a normal oem light in to test it. Once again I got huh and no. I asked why. He said service bulletin. I asked if the light was still hyper blinking. He said it never was. I couldn't take anymore of this guy's stupidity. I paid for the oil change and left. I will never be back. read more

Just went back for a new ride !!! What can I say , the best service you can ever have . I specifically want to thank Glenn Lawrence for treating us like family . Thank you Mcconell Chevrolet read more

I was very pleased with the service and professionals here at McConnell's they went above and beyond to help us with our needs! My husband and I felt they had our best interest and budget at heart. They were very speedy and accommodating and actually taught us things we didn't know when buying a car it wasn't pushy or anything like that we had a wonderful day and it went very smooth the greatest news is we love our car!! They also offered perks that's I have never been offered when buying a car and it was truly a fun experience from Adam to Alina and also the gentleman you sign your life away with lol I can't think of his name at the moment but this will be my go to car place I was referred by a friend and they did not disappoint!! GREAT DAY FOR THE BERRYS read more

Where do I begin, after speaking to the general manager Brian he assured me that both checks have been mailed for the refund of the warranty and the refund of the gap to GM Financial. He said GM financial would be responsible for mailing the checks back to me, just got off the phone with GM Financial and they have never received a second check to cancel the warranty only to cancel the gap. This is basically turning into a game of hot potato game and putting blame on one versus the other. When in actuality all refund for warranty should go through the dealer and the customer and have nothing to do with the Financial Institution. Oh and the best part, no body returns calls or voicemails. I should have known this would be the case from my original purchase back in 09/2021. The Tahoe Purchased was in transit to them and had an advertise price of 68,520 when I saw it in their website and applied for financing. I was approved before Vehicle had arrived and went over terms. Once the vehicle arrived they had called me to notify my it's here and also added a $3,455 mark up to it as a "market adjustment". They got me with the good ol bait and switch not to mention my credit had already been ran. Shame on you guys. I had let that whole market adjustment part go but this BS with the refund check for the warranty cancellation brought it all back to me. Not a way to treat any customers! And trust me, I have all the text and emails to prove it! read more

Was looking online for a reliable, certified pre-owned vehicle for my commute to work and found one at McConnell. In this day and age of Covid-19 everything was handled via the internet and text. The next day Marshall drove the car to my home. We donned our surgical masks and handled signing the paperwork outside. It couldn't have been an easier, safer and nicer experience. read more

So I went down last Sunday to talk about a Dodge Charger that was at another location. I talked to Tim. Brought all my paperwork that I would need to start seeing if I was able to finance the car, told him what I was wanting to do. Gave him my keys so they could look over my truck and go from there. Walked around while they were supposedly going to look over my truck. Was told after about an hour that they couldn't do it. No one inspected my truck. Didn't even sit down with anyone to go over credit or nothing. I felt like I was given the runaround. Told that they couldn't do it, but yet I didn't sign anything so they could run my credit or looked at my pay stubs. Nothing. I felt that I was looked at and thought, not gonna waste my time doing anything with this. It was a waste of my Father's Day. I was shown another car that was out of my price range, told him the day before that I couldn't do that one. I felt I was already judged the moment I stepped out of my truck. Was told that o could sell my car privately because they were in high demand. Obviously it wasn't to them or they would of tried. read more

I just purchased a New Jeep Compass which I absolutely Love!! Miles my Sales Man was extremely knowledgeable helpful and made every aspect of my purchase enjoyable. After purchasing my new Jeep he actually drove it to my house while I followed in my truck so I can have both cars at home. Mike And's leasing was also extremely helpful and explained all aspects of the purchase. I highly recommend McConnell in Healdsburg and most certainly will go back for my next purchase! Disappointing! My G-friend and I purchased 2 brand new vehicles a while back from this dealership and I must warn you to be very careful. The reason I say this is my Gfriend ordered a custom challenger - scat pack edition and 6 speed (she is a badass), at the dealership with the sales guy, ordered the car and then waited for delivery to the dealership. At this time we thought to ourselves how many miles would be on the vehicle since this is going to be brand new and a custom order. Well get this, it had 22 miles on it before we even opened the door. How unbelievable is this! A custom, brand new car, from the factory-has 22 miles on it! Get the F out of here. How shady is that!!! When I bought a new car a few years back from a dealership lot, it has 6 miles in it. Hence why this so alarming!!! Since my women has too much class to call out this business, let me. Be very cautious when working with this dealer if you plan on trusting them to be transparent. They're not!!! read more

Just bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from McConnell. Marshall actually delivered the truck to me in Benicia, was so professional and prepared with all the paperwork that the deal was a breeze! I've never had a better buying experience and believe me, I've had many. Bill Vreeland was a champ with setting up all the details of financing in advance. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants personalized service with a Mayberry RFD vibe!! Thanks so much Bill and Marshall!! read more

I worked with Ash to purchase a used car here in July 2018. Ash was very pleasant to work with and negotiated reasonably and fairly. He also allowed me to take an extended test drive of the vehicle. My one admonishment was that although one accessory was listed as included with the vehicle (though not present) and agreed as included in our deal, I had to chase Ash for delivery for six weeks and he would do nothing to follow up of his own accord. This left me wondering if he would follow through on our full deal. For this delay and lack of follow-through, I have marked down Ash from what would have been a 5-star review to only 3 stars. That said, I would recommend Ash with the caveat to keep after him to ensure you get what you pay for (better yet, get it before you sign anything). read more

Bough my 2012 Jeep in Sept. 2011. Today I had a 2:00 appt. for an LOF and tire rotation that I had to wait two weeks for. I never received a phone call that my Jeep was ready. I started calling @ 5:00 to find out what happened. The service guy apparently left early and thank you Theresa for getting Jose to help me. I finally picked up my Jeep at 5:45. It seems as though service has gone down hill the past couple of years and I can tell you that my husband and I were getting ready to buy another Jeep but I will never go back to McConnell's after today. read more

Bought my first car here, a 2012 Camaro and I'm so happy! I have been to many car dealerships and usually I am made to feel uncomfortable and I just wanna get out of there. At McConnell I was so comfortable and welcomed and everyone was so friendly it was seriously the best experience! I didn't have car insurance yet, but they managed to get me insurance that would last 30 days until I got my own that way I was able to take the car that night! How awesome is that! They were so fast and efficient I have honestly never had such a great experience at a car dealership and I have gone with different people to by their cars. This was by far the best experience. :) Thank You to everyone there!!! read more

Great guys. They had a particular vehicle with options we were looking for, and they worked with our local dealer to arrange the sale and to get it shipped to the local Chevy dealer here over 2000 miles away. Our contact at McConnell was Miles and he worked hard to make this work out even though he wasn't the one who would be getting the sale. Thanks guys, love the new blue Tahoe! read more

I purchased a Used Dodge Charger from them, which I love. It came with a "free" oil service. I called on a Friday morning to schedule and gave the number to call me back. They called the wrong number so I got no message til Saturday. Couldn't reach anyone so tried to schedule online. They said i couldn't book before next friday, so i thought i set that up then on monday they said i wouldnt be able to get in til the following week. Not the kind of service I expected. Coming from the customer service world myself I am extremely impressed with John. Things happen we are all human but it's how you handle things after they happen. Good or bad! I'm going to call it miscommunication and I did not even make a complaint but I was a little concerned and John on his own called me and apologized. He didn't wait for a complaint to happen. When visiting McConnell in 2015, I was pleasantly surprised by the sales department and the attention given to my wants for a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Well, the attention and call backs stopped after I signed the papers. I guess I was fooled by all the promises and sales pitches that were given. I decided to write this review now because recently this year I have been relentlessly leaving voicemails, being redirected endlessly, disconnected and some refusing to send me to the manager/owner. With my countless attempts to reach someone, my warranty for the vehicle has expired. I have been having troubles with the memorized seating mechanism of the drivers seat. Now, they state that my warranty is up and I have to pay 100% out of pocket. I am not happy with their customer service and everyone I have spoken to. This is not the first time I have had an issue with them. We bought the extra sealant for the interior and exterior and they primarily refused to re-wax the car because the sealant was not working and protecting the exterior. After back and forth, they finally dealt with that. While sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours, waiting for a ride (no rental car), I heard the gentleman at the front desk blatantly lie to a customer to his face. He stated he did something (call the manufacture) and when the customer left, he got right on the phone to call. The customer left very angry because he had been waiting weeks for Anthony to call. But, this new issue has forced me to write a bad review. I am not happy with McConnell and have voiced my opinion to everyone I know and will never shop at this dealership again. read more

Not pleased! Took my car in a few weeks ago for some repairs. They offered 2 services, one of which I declined on the assurance that the service could wait until I got back from my honeymoon. The day after I got home from my honeymoon, my transmission failed when I was driving (with my young child). Neither of the repairs suggested to me were transmission related. I called back and the person I spoke with told me that it sounded like it was time for a trade-in, and said they could set me up with a salesman whenever I was ready. WHAT?!?! They misdiagnosed my car, which cost me three times more than what I paid them a few weeks ago, which didn't solve my issue in the first place, and then tried to get a sale out of me when I called back to follow up about my transmission! Not to mention the potential harm that could have come to my child and myself! Never going to this dealership again, and I'm NEVER buying another Chevy! If you are a woman planning to go to this dealership, either take a friend who is knowledgeable about your car or just skip them altogether. Feeling really taken advantage of! read more
