From helping me with giving a call to my insurance to making sure that my filed claim is correct. And I was able to perfectly contact them at all times and they were always able to immediately answer the phone and help guide me through the process of the updates of my car. At the end, receiving my car was something that surprised me because I was able to see that my car was cleaned and looked new and clean in the inside which was really considerate of them. My experience with Maaco Mountain Industrial Tucker Ga. was impeccable!…read more There were a few hiccups in the beginning , which is to be expected when preparing to paint and repair an entire vehicle especially one as large and old as mine but it was quickly resolved very professionally by the owners Valorie and Jim English. My Mercedes Benz began to peel its clear coat and eventually damage the paint. I also had a ding in the rear of the car. Valorie English gave me a detailed description as to how my car would be repaired, took good records of the car with photos and video as well as gave me a solid timeline from prep to paint to pick up I was very hesitant and simply hoped it would at least be a decent paint job but my car now looks like something from a showroom floor! This is a 23 yr old Mercedes folks and I'm so impressed with Mr & Mrs English and their awesome technicians. Yayyyy Travis!! Im not sure what happened with the other reviewers here but I'm telling you, if you want a stellar paint / repair job on your car, COME TO THIS MAACO!! YES they are busy. That's a good thing! My car was 10 years old, but Audi hadn't changed the body type, it was running great, and I loved…read moreit, so I decided to have it painted to feel like a newer car. I took it to this Maaco, and I sooo wish I hadn't. First of all, the first time I brought it in, they kept it for over 6 weeks, with no explanation as to why they hadn't finished sooner. When I would call, they never answered the phone. The paint color came out lighter than I thought it would look, but I liked it, so I took the car home. At home, I noticed a bunch (maybe 8?) of little mistakes -- areas that hadn't been taped properly, or little spots that hadn't gotten painted... that kind of thing. But you had to really be looking for mistakes to see them. Five months later, my car -- which had only been driven probably 4000 miles since it was painted, had several little chips in the paint. When I took it back to have them addressed, I was told only bubbles and peeling paint were warrantied, but they wanted me to be happy, so they would give me a discount on the new work. They said it would be done in a couple of days. Again, when I called, my calls went unanswered. Finally, I got ahold of the manager who told me that they ended up repainting the entire car, which was why it was taking longer. They did not charge me for that. When I got it home, it looked slightly darker and more finished with a slightly different sheen. I think they screwed something up the first time, and fixed it the second time, which is why they had to paint the entire car again. Then three months later, I discovered a new chip. There was no associated dent. I took it back. They fixed it at cost after a heated argument. In ten years, the paint on my car had never chipped, and in 10 months their paint job had chipped in about 6 different places. I asked them what recourse I had if it happened again, and they explained (in a defensive, bitchy tone) that chips weren't covered by the warranty. All in all, I spent about $2500 for their shoddy work, and my car was at their shop for over 2 cumulative months in less than a year. Their attitude is terrible, their product is garbage, their warranty doesn't appropriately cover their garbage product, and they'll keep your car for months. I wish I had just gotten a wrap, and NOT at their shop.
