The folks at Lee's Collision Center are great folks to work with. Its tough enuff to have to get work done on a vehicle once its damaged but they make it as painless as possible. From the onset of working with the insurance company, to scheduling to communications they set a high bar for customer satisfaction. As a surprise bonus they even cleared up some scuff marks on parts of our vehicle that was not even part of the work order. The door looks better than new and to my surprise they also returned the vehicle after a detailed cleaning both inside and out. I had a rear-end accident on the highway and my 2015 Chevy Equinox was in need of some serious work. Lee's Collision was one of the USAA options and after reading other Yelp reviews I chose this collision center. Mark handled the entire process, providing regular text updates throughout the process. Mark set my expectation that the repair could take awhile due to how busy they were, parts availability, etc. No problem, that is the nature of things today. What I was expecting to take over a month ended up being just two weeks. My car was towed in on September 8th and I drove out with my repaired car on the 22nd. I had a previous car repaired at one of the national collision centers and that whole experienced sucked. I couldn't be more please with the quality of the work. If i could give less than one star i would. Three attempts to get the vehicle fixed right. Today was supposed to be the third. We ended up walking out and taking the car with us. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. THE manager blew my wife off every-time she had a concern but when i went up there and pointed everything out he changed his tune. Today when i was frustrated i said I'm going to call usaa and recommend they don't use this business anymore some guy came flying out of a back office in a very threatening manner and said "here do you want to use my Phone? Leave bye?" This was a simple fender bender that happened in the middle of July. Its two months latter and mow because i cant trust them we have to find somewhere else to take the car. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ACTUALLY A 5 STAR REVIEW!!! When I got my car back on 1/10/2020, I told Mark that I would review them with a 4 star and not a 5 star. He asked why. My reply to him was because most people ignore or quickly browse through 5 star reviews and that I will mention that my review is actually a 5 star. Since you are reading this, then my method of thinking obviously worked. After narrowing down my body shop selections, I had 3 different body shops on my final list. One closer to home in Loganville, a Hyundai body shop near the Mall of Georgia, and Lee's. After making visits to all 3 shops, I was most impressed with the knowledge these guys at Lee's have about car body repairs. The work on my 2018 Hyundai Sonata did take 1 month to complete due to some hidden damages to the crumple zones in the trunk area. But the end result made it COMPLETELY worth the wait. One of my biggest worries about body work has always been the mismatching of manufacturer paint and new paint. Upon VERY close inspection, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the matching of the paint, right down to the paint to metallic ratios. One other detail that most people do not notice, something that I noticed right away, was that the lines on car where the repairs had been done where much straighter than when the car came from the factory. The trunk lid, and rear lights are now aligned perfectly, something that the manufacturer did not pay attention to on the assembly line. The misalignment of the lines was something that always bothered me since I first bought the car. But not anymore thanks to the extra detailed work during re-assembly the crew at Lee's performed. I'm even thinking about taking the car back to Lee's and have them fix the body part alignments on the rest of the car. The other thing that REALLY impressed me about Lee's was how Mark kept in touch with me throughout the repair process, by giving me multiple updates via text. Mark even responded very quickly after I received an alarm notification from the car on my phone app. Now that is customer service above and beyond the call of duty! What made this entire experience even better was to find the interior of the car cleaner than when I dropped it off. Not only was the car washed on the outside, the interior was vacuumed and detail cleaning work was also done on the dashboard of the car. The car looked showroom new and even better than the day I took delivery of the car at the dealership. I hope to never need service from Lee's again, but if I do, Lee's will be my first and only choice. Excellent collision center. They really look out for the customer. I was in an accident and my Adjustor wanted to put after market parts on a truck not even 6 months old and less than 15k miles. I was Informed by them that this is unacceptable and not normal and I need to address the issue with my ins. Company. I did just that and ended up with 2-3 after market parts vs 20. These employees are mean, vindictive, and disrespectful. So true, If you question anything they say or ask them about issues you had with the repairs, good luck. They will lie and tell you that you are the problem and lie. Just ask a question, and you will see their true sign of unprofessionalism. They care nothing about their customers or their reputation because their arrogance in claiming great quality repairs. Just remember, if you take your vehicle there you may very well need an attorney, as others have, to enforce their negligence in repairs. My suggestion is to Drive a few extra miles and find someone whom is qualified to do more than tell you how it is your problem that they did incomplete repairs and treat you like a criminal if you ask a question or point out a mistake. read more

My daughter had her car repaired at Lee's as a gift from her Mama. There were several repairs including a missing back bumper. The right side of her car had been dented from top to bottom, front to back, and there were also some minor repairs. Everything they claim on their website is true. I cannot speak for the "shop" but the front office is extremely organized! The repair shop was able to match the paint to perfection. Her car now looks brand new. We dealt with Carl and Carl is professional, polite and keeps the customer informed through texting. The price was very fair. I sincerely doubt that there is another collision repair business more efficient and fair priced than Lee's Collision Center in Loganville, GA. (As a bonus, the inside of my daughter's car was also cleaned out.) If you want an expert job done at a very fair price, this is the place you can trust. read more

Lee's did a great job fixing my car. It looks amazing and is good to have it back in action after being hit. Customer service was super nice. They really know their stuff, the car was in, fixed and out super quickly. I also really loved the calls updating me on what was going on. Also someone who was working on my car found $10 somewhere in it. I have kids so I have no idea where it was hidden. When I picked up my car there it was in the center console. Had a wreck in my Civic and Lee's Collision came highly recommended from my normal mechanic. Asked friends who they recommend and was told the same "Go to Lee's, they do great work!" I got to say I wish more of my car had been messed up in the crash. Lee's did excellent work. They detailed my car like I have never seen it before. My car looks better than when I bought it (used). Horrible costomer service!! When I dropped off my car for repairs, I asked how much it would cost to buff out scratches and wax my entire car. They told me that since I am getting repairs, they would do it as a courtesy. When I went to pick up the car, they only buffed one side of the car when I asked why the man began to behave rudely and insult my ethics saying that I was cheap for asking about something he promised he would do. I asked from the very beginning how much it would cost so that I could pay for it. Do not go here for repairs, go somewhere else. They do NOT keep their word and are very rude, hostile, and resort to name calling when they make a mistake. read more

My Dodge trunk was involved in a front end collision last week. Lee's was one of my insurance company's dealers and I took it there for pictures and an estimate. I have never been treated that poorly by any establishment in the last thirty years. The front grill is plastic chrome over a plastic base. In the wreck the chrome cover wrinkled and bubbled all over. It was the first thing I noticed after the crash and the first thing my wife noticed when I got home. I was told that no, it was prior damage as Dodge had a problem with that. I don't care if every one ever made is like that , mine was NOT. So after being called a liar, I left. If you like condescending salesmen who know more about your vehicle than you do, then this is the place to go. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one treated poorly, seems to be a pattern....... Now the owner says she looked at the picture and there was no damage to cause the grills chrome to bubble. Maybe she missed the whole left side missing the interior slats where they are broken out, or the bumper that is completely smashed, or the fact that the radiator was pushed back so the frame had to be repaired to replace the radiator.... No, no damage at all. I KNOW WHAT IT LOOKED like before and after the wreck. Second time I have been called a liar by this establishment. Glad they have been removed from this claim. read more

Absolutely the best! I was in a wreck about 3 weeks ago and had extensive front end damage. I chose to take my car to Lee's since they are in the USAA network and were a short distance from my home and the reviews are great. The guys here are AMAZING. After my car was towed here, I received a quote the next day and a work completion date and I went in to sign my paperwork. They kept me up-to-date EVERY step of the way. They called me at least once a week to give me updates on the status of my vehicle and my car was ready on time (as in the day they said it would be done when I got my quote). They used all Chevy parts and fixed my SUV up like new. You wouldn't even have known that my car had been in an accident. I actually think it may drive better now than it did before! The work here is superb and the workers here are top notch. Hopefully, I won't have to bring a vehicle back here again, but if I do, I know it'll be in great hands :-) read more
