I said I ask questions because you're a commissioned service not the shop foreman I asked for I buy a car, but I have a question about the engine so I left so I'll go back to Lexus or Mercedes but it's really sad. They just blew an $80,000 sale dead ass is what people say about Nissan online you return before you come online saying oh whatever understand the first guy who nobody told me in dead eye that he can't talk to the public. The used car manager said he could, but you don't know where the guy is the other said they're trained to understand I asked a question. I they couldn't answer the question cause you're not mechanics and they said the mechanics off for lunch. There's no one can help . Nissan needs to do better. they lost a little customer. and yes, it says he may be wrong cause I dictate this cause I don't wanna give too much time for something irrelevant..

Called them about a misfire on my truck. Told them all of the things I replaced and tested myself…read moreincluding spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil pack, vacuum leak check, and a full ecu reset. I am going camping in a week and needed my truck and figured since I couldn't solve this easily on my own I would take it to a professional. They quoted me $411 for two hours of diagnostic labor. They called me back and told me that they found one of my O2 sensors wasn't giving any readings. This wasn't true because I did a live scan before and after taking it to their shop and was getting o2 readings on all 3 of my sensors. So they essentially lied. They told me that they wanted to charge me another 3 hours ($600) to "keep troubleshooting". I suggested that they replace the O2 wiring and see if that resolves the issue and I would pay the labor hours for that but I was told that was not the "cause" of the misfire. After a roundabout explanation of essentially nothing new or relevant to the misfire they told me "it would be best if I just picked up the truck". They could not give me a straight answer and I was never given the opportunity to speak directly to the tech working on it or the owner. I attached a photo of the bill. The first paragraph is what I told them over the phone. The second paragraph is what they charged me $411 for. They swapped two connectors for the oxygen sensors for $400. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Keep my money, but leave this post up so people know what they're getting themselves into.
