Autozone is great for getting supplies for your car. Customer service isn't so great. Today I went in and tried to use a coupon that they texted to me. I guess these don't work on regular advertised pricing? Seems odd? Manager said "he has no override" and did not honor THEIR coupon. No fine print in the text or the flyer in store. Very frustrating. Product knowledge doesn't seem very vast either. Something as simple as "how do you recycle coolant" puzzles the entire staff. O'Rileys up the road will get my future business. read more

But Marcus was knowledgeable enough to assist me with a much less expensive alternative just over 20 bucks. wasn't a simple paint scratch it was pretty thick, but his recommendation cleaned it all up lickety-split. This auto shop has and continues to provide great customer service, they have quick responsive, enough staff willing to help, quick to point on the right direction when necessary, look up parts on computer to match parts needed. Ordered when needed! Carry out heavy materials, help testing and installing batteries, change bulbs, match coupons, test ignition check engine light! But my experience today was just perfect. Mr Bill Dean help today was refreshing! Went into my local autozone today & quickly realized this location needs new management! The woman manager was rude! I was basically told to go find my own fuel lines, also was told to go behind the registers at the front & grab my own fuel line clamps. This was all told to me by the woman manager while one of the new employees was actually nice & trying to help with me. She then goes on to ask me if I had a Problem. Instead of giving her a piece of my mind I decided to take a deep breath and walk out. I hope this woman that was in charge of what I could see as a great team gets some Management Training. I don't want to even give them one star. There were two cashiers and two lines. One was for getting a part, return and exchange, the other one was for just quick purchase. I was waiting on the quick purchase one. A cashier helped a guy in front of me, then here comes my turn i thought. WRONG. The cashier left, opened another register, and started helping a guy from the other line without saying a word to me. I was waiting in the line for loooong time. What the hell was that? Yes, he saw me. I was with my two teenagers. If he gave me a good reason, I could be reasonable. He can't just leave and help someone else like that. That's just bad service. This is not a Auto Zone, this is Auto NO Zone. Since they are taking a spot in the area, I just wish they also served the community and did not waste people's time. Tiffany, seemed very lost and confused, which I felt very bad for her. She seemed new and she had no proper training to work in such a place. But then I met manager Tina, who was more confused and changed her answer from what she had said to Tiffany to tell me. It hurts me thinking about this because I would have wanted the ladies to take care of the business instead of wasting my time. I just asked them a very simple, yes or no question and it was not a rocket science. 3 stars because they had the bulb I needed. I walk in, no one to greet me. I find what I needed, walk to parts counter to get rung up. I'm met by a Grey Shirt(aka shift leader) and asked what I needed, "I need to checkout". So we start the transaction and right off the bat he trys to upsell me on a freaking bulb. "That bulb is significantly dimmer than your stock bulb". Well of course it is because I'm not buying an OEM part. I politely decline. Then tries to sell me an INSTALL kit? I Politely decline as well. So he is frustrated at his failed attempts and just says "oookkkkk" under his breath insinuating I'd be sorry. Just be ready to be hounded with pushy sales staff. Watch out for COC (checkout challenge) items they try to push on everyone. This location is pretty miserable compared to others I've been to. O'Reilly is right down the street. read more

Ordered a much needed parts Saturday night. I was told it would be in 8-8:30 Sunday morning. I paid for parts and showed back up Sunday morning. Not only was it not there but I was then told it would be there at 1pm. My husband shows up after 1. Parts not there and was told twice it would not be there because it was being delivered by fed ex and they don't deliver on Sunday. After looking other places to now get the part today as was promised no one could have it here on time. I went back to see if there was a store close enough I could drive to get it. Now on my FOUTH visit and no phone class the parts were magically there (3:30pm). I was then told they don't call to tell people their orders are in. You mean after 3 wrong pieces of information about when I could expect it- you weren't going to call? I guess they already had the money who needs to make sure the customer gets what they paid for and clearly timeliness isn't a issue for your business. To say I was flabbergasted wouldn't touch it. I rarely post anything that's isn't good- but when the staff cares so little about doing their job right- well I guess they earned this review. read more

Well just received the worst service I've ever had at an auto parts store. Not only did they not want to help me with my problem, which was a warranty issue, they were snippy with me. When they couldn't find the transaction in there system, even though the part number shows it was an autozone battery, they refused to help me. They manager just stared at me and said bye. So keep your receipts and make sure you don't lose them, or you end up like me, with a broken $200 part they won't honor. Good thing you're next door to Napa. Spending my money elsewhere has never been easier. read more

Great experience at this Auto Zone and special thank you to Orlando for helping me in a tight situation. I came in and had him assess my car and see as to why it was dying on me; turned out the guy that installed my car battery did not do it properly and the (undersized) battery I had was rattling around so much that it tore off the connector to the negative end. It was sparking and essentially, could have caught my car on fire. Orlando sold me the correct battery along with the right equipment to keep it strapped down. He coached me through the entire thing while I replaced the batteries myself. Thanks Orlando, you helped me in a tight spot and saved me an expensive and laborious trip to the Honda dealer! And, you taught me more about how my car works so for that, I thank you. Great Auto Zone, amazing service, vast selection, super convenient location and overall positive experience. I normally go to O'Reilly Auto, but decided I'd give Autozone a chance (again) since their website shows they have a part that I need, while the nearest O'Reilly does not. I get there, ask about said part, they say the don't carry caliper rebuild kits. I show them the part on my phone, they look it up, "Oh, we do have it." 10 minutes of looking, and they don't have it. Meanwhile 2 other guys are waiting behind me. This kind of thing seems to happen way too often at this Autozone, again reminding myself why I go to O'Reilly Auto. read more

One star is one too many to give this place. I went in to buy Blue Coral car wax. They do not carry Blue Coral car wax. So the guy there grabs a bottle and said this works great. So I take it home and read this ultra finishing polish. Does not look like car wax to me. So I call the store and talk with the manager. I asked will the stuff protect my paint. She said yes. So now off to the Internet to verify the information. Nope, you are supposed to put a coat of wax on to protect the paint. So they do not know what they are talking about. read more

No one help you to replace a new battery. They will give you a big junk tool box and ask you to do it by yourself.

Customer service was not ideal - three employees in the store, 4 customers in line... seems like a no-brainer to me that customers should be helped. I was attempting to return snow chains that I'd ordered over the phone and had delivered to another location (the salesperson did not give me a receipt). They said I had to take them back to the store through which I ordered them and they wouldn't have my purchase information in their system. This seems rather antiquated, for I've returned items to other store locations at other businesses without issue. Surely the computer systems are linked somehow. Disappointing and overly time consuming in my opinion. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Auto zone is currently running an AD on TV advertising that you should bring your car in and they will read the trouble codes, so I bring my FJ in and they tell me I can go to "Firestone" and they will read my codes but that they (Auto Zone) do not read them. Then the clerk tells me they have code readers for sale. They need to either cancel the AD or inform their employees of the National AD campaign and train them how to do their job! read more

I went in there and had a question so I waited in line (in which there was no line) there were 3 people behind the counter, one was talking to an apparent friend or so about his daughter attending the college and the other manager I suppose was talking crap to an employee about his break. I'm pretty sure they knew I was standing there for about 7/8 minutes and didn't even acknowledge my presence. Don't expect much from the staff, shittiest auto zone I've been to.
