I was having difficulty replacing my battery and Gabriel not only replace my battery for me, he also gave me some helpful tips to help the battery last longer and did a few extra tests to make sure everything was OK. I really appreciated everything he did because it felt like he went above and beyond. He was very friendly and professional. read more

I was having electrical problems that needed the battery to be disconnected to fix. I was having a hard time figuring it out in my car because the battery was in a weird place and more involved that simply loosening the connection. I explained my situation and Gabe grabbed some tools and helped me out even thought it was raining at the time. The service was great, he was super helpful and friendly too. This saved me potentially hundreds of dollars at the dealership. Great customer service. read more

Thank you so much AutoZone. Gabriel S. was such a huge help when it came to finding parts for my 2014 Chevy volt. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Thank you I will definitely be returning and referring people who need help with their cars as well read more

Kari H is unhelpful and rude. Rude to me for an ongoing issue I had since 5 days prior and had to return for a part and refused to help or delegate anyone to help me out the part back in my headline. She was also rude to another customer who drove from across town. The whole point of going f to Autozone is so they help you or lend you tools, since Kari is taking that away we all might as well just order the parts online. She deserves to get fired. read more

I came in here to get my battery charged today. I dropped it off around 1 and came back at 3 to pickup. The person I gave my ticket to, he couldn't find the battery. They asked me what it looked like. They found it. I took it back to my car, tested the battery, and it was still dead. I went back inside and explained this, one employee said that maybe you have a bad battery. I said no it's not bad, it's fairly new. I had just charged it not too long ago. Another employee told me they would charge it again. I come back and the employee who grabbed the battery said he tried to test it on the battery charger but, "the memory was full". So he tested it in from of me. He then said that the battery is not holding a charge and I need a new one. I asked him if there was any way there was something wrong with their machine, they said no. So I took my battery to O'Reilly near the Trader Joe's. Guess what, they charged my battery and it's working fine now. I don't know what the issue was at this autozone, but its clear you should get a second opinion if you go here and they tell you that you have a bad battery and it needs to be replaced. read more

Autozone is great for getting supplies for your car. Customer service isn't so great. Today I went in and tried to use a coupon that they texted to me. I guess these don't work on regular advertised pricing? Seems odd? Manager said "he has no override" and did not honor THEIR coupon. No fine print in the text or the flyer in store. Very frustrating. Product knowledge doesn't seem very vast either. Something as simple as "how do you recycle coolant" puzzles the entire staff. O'Rileys up the road will get my future business. read more

Needed new wiper blades and the guys here quickly helped me locate the right ones via computer instead of the old school directory book. They didn't have one of the parts and quickly ordered it for me for same day pickup (note: cutoff time is 11am to have this done). They even helped me install then and showed me how to do it in the future. Big thanks! read more

Customer service was trash, no one wanted to help me. They left me outside for 30 minutes while they looked for some parts that I needed. A homeless man passing by had to help me out ‍ read more

I had to remove some paint off the side of my truck due to a brush with a painted pole. I thought I was gonna have to spend a lot of money to get it fixed. But Marcus was knowledgeable enough to assist me with a much less expensive alternative just over 20 bucks. wasn't a simple paint scratch it was pretty thick, but his recommendation cleaned it all up lickety-split. Great customer service, and he was eager to assist and offer advice. read more

This auto shop has and continues to provide great customer service, they have quick responsive, enough staff willing to help, quick to point on the right direction when necessary, look up parts on computer to match parts needed. Ordered when needed! Carry out heavy materials, help testing and installing batteries, change bulbs, match coupons, test ignition check engine light! But my experience today was just perfect. Mr Bill Dean help today was refreshing! I didn't feel like another customer, was a feeling of caring family, very professional, provided great care advise, help fit in windshield wipers, amazing car tips and great references, just excellent customer service! Thank you AutoZone! It's nice to have such great team in our community! Keep it up! read more

Went into my local autozone today & quickly realized this location needs new management! The woman manager was rude! I was basically told to go find my own fuel lines, also was told to go behind the registers at the front & grab my own fuel line clamps. This was all told to me by the woman manager while one of the new employees was actually nice & trying to help with me. She then goes on to ask me if I had a Problem. Instead of giving her a piece of my mind I decided to take a deep breath and walk out. I hope this woman that was in charge of what I could see as a great team gets some Management Training. She needed it! I will take my business elsewhere for now & share this story to local friends & family as well. read more

I don't want to even give them one star. There were two cashiers and two lines. One was for getting a part, return and exchange, the other one was for just quick purchase. I was waiting on the quick purchase one. A cashier helped a guy in front of me, then here comes my turn i thought. WRONG. The cashier left, opened another register, and started helping a guy from the other line without saying a word to me. I was waiting in the line for loooong time. What the hell was that? Yes, he saw me. I was with my two teenagers. If he gave me a good reason, I could be reasonable. He can't just leave and help someone else like that. That's just bad service. We left this place without buying any and went to Napa Auto Parts in the same mall instead. My shopping was done in 3 mins. I never gonna go back to this rude place again. read more

This is not a Auto Zone, this is Auto NO Zone. Since they are taking a spot in the area, I just wish they also served the community and did not waste people's time. Tiffany, seemed very lost and confused, which I felt very bad for her. She seemed new and she had no proper training to work in such a place. But then I met manager Tina, who was more confused and changed her answer from what she had said to Tiffany to tell me. It hurts me thinking about this because I would have wanted the ladies to take care of the business instead of wasting my time. I just asked them a very simple, yes or no question and it was not a rocket science. So good luck in whatever you are trying to do here, but most importantly you are better off not going there. 1 star = no star = Don't waste your time read more

I had a great experience last week when I stopped by Autozone to pick up some new windshield wipers. Whew. Good timing! :) Tina helped me with the perfect brand. I love them! I asked her if someone can install my new wipers and she said sure! She installed them for me and we shared some great conversation and vibes. Thanks, Tina! :) read more

3 stars because they had the bulb I needed. I walk in, no one to greet me. I find what I needed, walk to parts counter to get rung up. I'm met by a Grey Shirt(aka shift leader) and asked what I needed, "I need to checkout". So we start the transaction and right off the bat he trys to upsell me on a freaking bulb. "That bulb is significantly dimmer than your stock bulb". Well of course it is because I'm not buying an OEM part. I politely decline. Then tries to sell me an INSTALL kit? I Politely decline as well. So he is frustrated at his failed attempts and just says "oookkkkk" under his breath insinuating I'd be sorry. Just be ready to be hounded with pushy sales staff. Watch out for COC (checkout challenge) items they try to push on everyone. This location is pretty miserable compared to others I've been to. O'Reilly is right down the street. read more

Very poor customer service at this location. Been buying here for years I own 8 cars. Sad to see them hiring people without skill. You can tell when employees don't want to be there. I give this Autozone location an "F" for customer service the manager was no better. Bad attitudes for sure the only employee that was helpful was a lady in a red shirt, the lady innthe black shirt..new also..give her an "F" also for not making this so easy..... read more

Ordered a much needed parts Saturday night. I was told it would be in 8-8:30 Sunday morning. I paid for parts and showed back up Sunday morning. Not only was it not there but I was then told it would be there at 1pm. My husband shows up after 1. Parts not there and was told twice it would not be there because it was being delivered by fed ex and they don't deliver on Sunday. After looking other places to now get the part today as was promised no one could have it here on time. I went back to see if there was a store close enough I could drive to get it. Now on my FOUTH visit and no phone class the parts were magically there (3:30pm). I was then told they don't call to tell people their orders are in. You mean after 3 wrong pieces of information about when I could expect it- you weren't going to call? I guess they already had the money who needs to make sure the customer gets what they paid for and clearly timeliness isn't a issue for your business. To say I was flabbergasted wouldn't touch it. I rarely post anything that's isn't good- but when the staff cares so little about doing their job right- well I guess they earned this review. read more

Shawn the parts manager helped me out today with my new battery. I had no idea what I was doing and he made it very easy and talked me through the process. Great customer service and the store was really clean read more

Well just received the worst service I've ever had at an auto parts store. Not only did they not want to help me with my problem, which was a warranty issue, they were snippy with me. When they couldn't find the transaction in there system, even though the part number shows it was an autozone battery, they refused to help me. They manager just stared at me and said bye. So keep your receipts and make sure you don't lose them, or you end up like me, with a broken $200 part they won't honor. Good thing you're next door to Napa. Spending my money elsewhere has never been easier. read more

Great experience at this Auto Zone and special thank you to Orlando for helping me in a tight situation. I came in and had him assess my car and see as to why it was dying on me; turned out the guy that installed my car battery did not do it properly and the (undersized) battery I had was rattling around so much that it tore off the connector to the negative end. It was sparking and essentially, could have caught my car on fire. Orlando sold me the correct battery along with the right equipment to keep it strapped down. He coached me through the entire thing while I replaced the batteries myself. Thanks Orlando, you helped me in a tight spot and saved me an expensive and laborious trip to the Honda dealer! And, you taught me more about how my car works so for that, I thank you. Great Auto Zone, amazing service, vast selection, super convenient location and overall positive experience. GO HERE FIRST if you have any car questions whatsoever! read more

I normally go to O'Reilly Auto, but decided I'd give Autozone a chance (again) since their website shows they have a part that I need, while the nearest O'Reilly does not. I get there, ask about said part, they say the don't carry caliper rebuild kits. I show them the part on my phone, they look it up, "Oh, we do have it." 10 minutes of looking, and they don't have it. Meanwhile 2 other guys are waiting behind me. This kind of thing seems to happen way too often at this Autozone, again reminding myself why I go to O'Reilly Auto. read more

One star is one too many to give this place. I went in to buy Blue Coral car wax. They do not carry Blue Coral car wax. So the guy there grabs a bottle and said this works great. So I take it home and read this ultra finishing polish. Does not look like car wax to me. So I call the store and talk with the manager. I asked will the stuff protect my paint. She said yes. So now off to the Internet to verify the information. Nope, you are supposed to put a coat of wax on to protect the paint. So they do not know what they are talking about. read more

Talk about bad service and the worst part was that it was the manager. ( Shawn ) he has no bedside manners and it was obvious that he assumed I did not know anything about cars.
