Father and son (?) went WAAAAY above expectations getting the speedo gear right, which I can't thank them enough for. Tremendous service and stuck to the quoted price even though they spent tons more time on it than they probably should have! The extra time and effort attributable to their work ethic and excellence. It's the only place I go to and the only DriveShaft Pro location I go to.

Item was not received in 5 days (we live less than 100 miles away in the same state) so I called to inquire. The person who answered my call (after being closed on weekends) was curious why it wasn't shipped and said he would call back when he found out. Later that afternoon, I get an email saying the item shipped but no call. I call to ask for a refund on the shipping cost since they failed to ship it on time and item was now late as a gift. Another person named "Jeff" said they did not fail to ship it but they found a glitch and fixed it. VERY RUDE on the phone. Customer service is doing the company a disservice! Ghia floor mats seem to fit. Have holes to be bolted down which my husband's does not have. Once finally shipped, item came as claimed.p

After insisting he started belittling me like i've had bad past experiences...No i don't have bad experiences because i do read my contracts. But i am having one NOW!! The salesman finally couldn't answer my questions and hung up on me . Evidently they want you to sign the dotted line without even reading anything..I feel like i was suckered in to considering possibly buying my car for this warranty at Morris but right now i feel like its a scam. .. We all know and its law in California ..if it's not in the contract in writing its not included..the mere fact they won't disclose this simple information means to me that informed buyers are a threat and not someone they want to deal with. The Salesman alonzo said he would send me a copy of the Purchase Agreement..shortly after i called back after not receiving it my phone number was blocked..WOW!! i also did a bit more digging into the Warranty and found that its provided by American Guardian ..After reading what i could find on the internet i see that there is a Possible Deductible. you have to go to certain shops and they have the right to use aftermarket parts whatever is cheapest. possible even voiding your warranty from Chevy. this is all stuff id like to read before purchasing a $40,000 brand new car..is that to much to ask? Called them about a misfire on my truck. Told them all of the things I replaced and tested myself…read moreincluding spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil pack, vacuum leak check, and a full ecu reset. I am going camping in a week and needed my truck and figured since I couldn't solve this easily on my own I would take it to a professional. They quoted me $411 for two hours of diagnostic labor. They called me back and told me that they found one of my O2 sensors wasn't giving any readings. This wasn't true because I did a live scan before and after taking it to their shop and was getting o2 readings on all 3 of my sensors. So they essentially lied. They told me that they wanted to charge me another 3 hours ($600) to "keep troubleshooting". I suggested that they replace the O2 wiring and see if that resolves the issue and I would pay the labor hours for that but I was told that was not the "cause" of the misfire. After a roundabout explanation of essentially nothing new or relevant to the misfire they told me "it would be best if I just picked up the truck". They could not give me a straight answer and I was never given the opportunity to speak directly to the tech working on it or the owner. I attached a photo of the bill. The first paragraph is what I told them over the phone. The second paragraph is what they charged me $411 for. They swapped two connectors for the oxygen sensors for $400. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Keep my money, but leave this post up so people know what they're getting themselves into.
