Jerry is the man! These guys are awesome...I've used them for plenty of parts on 3 different generations of GTIs. They're not the cheapest on the market for VW parts, but when it comes to quality in the car parts world, it's a "you get what you pay for // pay to play" type of world. Last time I stopped in, they answered my questions, helped me spec the right parts, and even installed my power module in the parking lot for me in 5 minutes - now that's customer service. These guys are amazing needed a carb sticker and in two days was sent one free of charge, at that moment I realized I needed a new mount for my intake and boom 2 days later I received it in the mail free of charge as well.. Try getting through to the crack squad staff over there at Neuspeed. Something like "hey you sent me the wrong part and it's cost me thousands of dollars of damage to my car, can you atleast send me the right part, in exchange for the wrong one?" Answer : "Sure just keep calling us back every couple weeks for 6 months, and we'll keep pretending to send the memo to someone who cares". Despite their non-existent customer service department, their parts aren't as well made as other manufacturers either. If your someone who cares about your car, talk to your mechanics first. Like mine, I'm sure they will tell you not to waste your time with these inferior products. read more

From my personal experience with neuspeed parts they are premium quality and not cheap at all. I have neuspeed front and rear sway bars on my gti and they do wonder for my handling. I also have their turbo discharge pipe and it really helps spool up the turbo faster. I love neuspeed parts and as a matter of fact i'm going to go purchase some neuspeed wheels on monday! read more

I bought an intake from their Texas dealer a few months ago. When I arrived at their dealer's store in San Antonio after driving half a day from El Paso I was provided with the part number that the Neuspeed site provided for my car. Neither myself or the rep checked the contents thoroughly when leaving as a skim of it all appeared to contain all the parts. My drive back to the Ft. Stockton area over 6 hours later had be bit disappointed because the breather filter was missing. I called the store about this but they were already closed on Central Standard Time. A ring to the Nuespeed headquarters in California got me Gerry Newman on the other end. Mr. Newman had a new breather end shipped to me overnight night for free. Amazing customer service. read more
