Did not need a credit card to get core refund on starter, made me go home for credit card for refund on battery. I told him to check both my email addresses when he said he couldn't find my purchase on his system. He told me if I didn't go home and get my card that day, and he had to close out the register, then I would not be able to get my core refund at all!! Even if I had been willing to drag out that heavy battery back to my car! After going home and getting my card, when I called him out on his hypocrisy of no Card needed for starter but needed one for battery he didn't want to discuss. This issue is one of someone who is totally stuck on a POWER TRIP. Outrageous that he would make a customer go home for a credit card when he was willing to refund for one of the cores. It's either sheer stupidity or total disrespect for the customers who without he would not have a job...

And as you can see in the first pick it didn't look right in my 2023 RT-L. I was going to raise the right side but I was concerned about the larger hole and how I would be able to cover it, so I decided to lower the left side. I then had an unsightly large hole to cover and ended up having to cover it with a large washer. By slicing the material, I made the install look much better (level), as seen in the third pic. I actually put washers on both holding screws for better securement. I offered to send it back for a replacement, but no answer. Too bad, as I am new to the Can Am Spyder world and will be looking elsewhere for any additional mods.

Installation instructions stated a person with good automotive mechanical skills is required to install it, they aren't kidding. It took me 2 weeks to complete the install, about 30 hours labor. Everything almost fits, installing 3" pipe around then entire engine and keeping the factory manifold and catalytic converters means it's an extremely tight fit for everything. Stuff has to move out of the way, and that's where experience comes into play. The installation instructions are 35 pages, if they were more detailed it would be a novel, but they are adequate for a mechanic. Only one exhaust pipe out of 10 did not fit properly. Since I already had it installed, I modified a section and made it work. I have a welder and lots of experience with metal working so this was not a big deal for me, it just added to the time it took to install. Through the installation period, I made two calls to Turbonetics. The first call, I left a message and they called me back the same day and resolved my issue. The second call was over a concern with getting the wrong blow off valve. I was using the installation instructions off the website, they have an updated version that came with the kit that shows the new style blow off valve, so I was able to move forward without issue. The end result is the Camaro performs as advertised. It's wicked fast, the kit was 100% complete, and I didn't have any issues with the company over the purchase or them supplying tech support. Had the fitment of all parts been better I would have given them 5 stars. But, I do understand due to variations of years, options, and the age of my car, there's going to be some margin of error for non-machined parts.
