I am going camping in a week and needed my truck and figured since I couldn't solve this easily on my own I would take it to a professional. They quoted me $411 for two hours of diagnostic labor. They called me back and told me that they found one of my O2 sensors wasn't giving any readings. This wasn't true because I did a live scan before and after taking it to their shop and was getting o2 readings on all 3 of my sensors. So they essentially lied. They told me that they wanted to charge me another 3 hours ($600) to "keep troubleshooting". I suggested that they replace the O2 wiring and see if that resolves the issue and I would pay the labor hours for that but I was told that was not the "cause" of the misfire. After a roundabout explanation of essentially nothing new or relevant to the misfire they told me "it would be best if I just picked up the truck". They could not give me a straight answer and I was never given the opportunity to speak directly to the tech working on it or the owner. I attached a photo of the bill. The first paragraph is what I told them over the phone. The second paragraph is what they charged me $411 for. They swapped two connectors for the oxygen sensors for $400. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Keep my money, but leave this post up so people know what they're getting themselves into.

And I had to call them repeatedly & even asked that the service manager call me which never happened!!! And I was being told the truck would be ready end of the following day !!! Which dragged to 11 days !! I never was told when it would be done and never offered a rental truck!!! Also they are scammers and tried to tell me I owed them $239.00 !!! I confronted them and they brushed it off !!! And said that it was a mistake!!! They kept my car for almost two weeks and couldn't be bothered to communicate like professionals. No updates. No courtesy calls. Nothing. I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get the most basic information about my own vehicle. That's not service -- that's incompetence. When I finally got my car back, it was disgusting. Covered in dust and dirt like it had been sitting outside collecting grime the entire time. After holding someone's vehicle for that long, returning it filthy is beyond disrespectful. It shows exactly how little they value their customers. And then the cherry on top -- I start the car and the radio is BLASTING at full volume. It nearly blew out my eardrums. There is absolutely no reason for employees to be cranking up my personal settings like that. It's careless, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Two weeks of silence. Zero accountability. Filthy return condition. Careless handling of my vehicle. This place operates with a shocking lack of professionalism. I would never trust them with my car again, and I would strongly warn others not to make the same mistake.

When I had a front headlight out, I came in with the special lights I needed and they jumped me to the front of the line so that I'd be safe driving to a work event that night. They care about customer's safety and that of our kids. They always do a full look over when I come in, even if I'm just getting an oil change so I know if my brakes or anything need a refresh. Costs are always super reasonable. They help me plan ahead for repairs. They're always warm and friendly. Sometimes they are a bit jammed with customers, so I have had times when I had to leave the car and wait a few days for a big repair, but what do you expect when you find a great, local mechanic with reasonable costs, who does great work and is kind and warm to boot? Big fan here.

Juan taped the AutoZone receipt to the battery so I could use the warranty. 18 months later the battery dies so I call to use the warranty and the lady who answers the phone screams at me that they won't authorize and hung up on me 5 times. They told me to bring the car in. I said I live 300 miles away. They mockingly said I should buy a new battery, drive my car 300 miles, and they will give me the replacement. NEWS FLASH IDIOTS: that's breach of contract and saying that gave me standing the sue the **** out of you. Yes the staff there are actually this f***ing dumb and they think they're smart LOLLLLLLLLLL. So I sent a demand letter telling them I'm about to sue the **** out of them. Juan calls me 3 days later and apologizes, says she doesn't know how to run an office, and authorizes the battery replacement. Everything was fine, but 3 and a half weeks later this dumb lady answers the demand letter with "Good luck with that". Just look at the screenshot. She didn't even know the issue was settled and she has zero emotional regulation or thinking ability. So in conclusion Juan is a real man, but if the lady picks up the phone just tell them you're gonna sue the **** out of them.
