Outstanding Customer Service from Miguel at O'Reilly Auto Parts!…read more I had a fantastic experience today at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Mountain Gate Plaza at 1239 E. Los Angeles Ave. in Simi Valley, and I especially want to recognize Miguel, the store manager, for going above and beyond to help me. I had just returned home from vacation to discover that my truck had a completely dead battery. I called the Auto Club, and they gave me a jump start. I ran the truck for about an hour to give the battery a chance to recharge, only to wake up the next morning to another dead battery. After getting another jump start, I headed over to O'Reilly Auto Parts. That's where Miguel really impressed me. Rather than simply selling me a battery, Miguel personally took the time to diagnose the problem and make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He tested the battery, entered the correct information into the tester, and determined that the battery itself was faulty and needed to be replaced. Miguel then personally installed the new battery, helped me get a new set of windshield wipers, and shared some excellent advice based on his years of experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, straightforward, and genuinely interested in making sure I left with the problem solved. You don't always get that kind of personal service anymore. Miguel could have simply sold me a battery and sent me on my way, but instead he took ownership of the situation and made sure everything was taken care of. If you ever have a question or problem with your vehicle and want honest, straightforward answers from someone who knows what he's talking about, I highly recommend stopping by O'Reilly Auto Parts at Mountain Gate Plaza and asking for Miguel. Thank you, Miguel, for going above and beyond and making what started as a frustrating situation a very positive experience! O'Reilly Auto Parts - Mountain Gate Plaza 1239 E. Tire Pros used to be a friendly, honest, and customer-oriented business. My wife and I have been…read morecustomers in the past and trusted them for tire repairs and replacements. Unfortunately, since the management and ownership changed a couple of years ago, this place has gone seriously downhill. I came in this morning with a very simple request: I had a nail in my rear tire and only needed the nail removed and the tire repaired. The tire still had approximately 2-3 mm of tread remaining, and I was completely upfront that I planned to replace the tires within the next couple of weeks. Instead of simply helping with the immediate problem, the employee refused to remove the nail because of the remaining tread. I understand that they may have concerns about tire safety, but refusing even to remove the nail from a tire that I was planning to replace soon felt unreasonable and, frankly, like an attempt to pressure me into buying new tires on the spot. What really says it all is that I drove to another tire shop just down the street. They looked at the tire, removed the nail, and helped me without any questions or sales pressure whatsoever. That experience made the difference very clear: one business was interested in helping a customer, while Tire Pros seemed more interested in making a sale. It's sad to see what happened to a business that used to provide good service. After today, my wife and I will never use this Tire Pros location again, and I certainly cannot recommend it to anyone looking for honest, customer-focused service. If management wonders why longtime customers are leaving, experiences like this are a good place to start.

The atmosphere here was super inviting, welcoming, warm, and super friendly. Their price points are spot on!! This America's Tires is much bigger than the one in Camarillo, thus they can do more. Today, I made appointment at America's Tires Simi Valley for a Tire Alignment, since the Camarillo is a smaller sector, I decided to come this one, I called beforehand to see if they had a opening and they did so happy about that, other side the phone was Fernando he was very sweet & understanding he told me there was one car head of me that needed to replace all 4 tires, since I was 30 mins away no problem. When got there and went into the store I was greeted by Mason. I told Mason what I needed & told him I just got new tires & everything is in their system which is great too! I did have some questions and he answered them all beautifully! So they quickly whisked my car away and started working on it. I would say I probably waited 15-20 mins until everything was done. Which I didn't mind at all! Richard came out showing me the paper of the tires alignment & explaining to me about alignment & I thought how thoughtful of that! America's Tires Quality & Honest & Trustworthy You can Trust! I asked Richard if I could have a copy of my Receipt he was so sweet & kind of him he did it right away!
