We arrived and the car was already running thinking they were ready for us to test drive. I opened the drivers door and the power running board didn't work. Sales said it was"frozen" whatever that meant. No offer to fix it before purchase. Following the test drive I shut off the car and the salesman came out to move it and it would not start. The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

We worked with Shawn, who went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit our family's needs and price range. It was so past my scope of what I dared to hope for in a car buying experience; Shawn genuinely cared about what our family needed and offered us a loaner for as long as necessary, and kept us updated on vehicles that came in that could fit our needs. We ended up with an economical vehicle in our family, and the next time we need one we know where we are going. I never imagined a car buying experience could be so easy... especially while recovering from an accident. We are sticking with the "little guys" - what a HUGE difference and amazing experience

They tried making the process as easy as possible and there is no haggle back and forth at all. It's great to know that the price online is the real price. We're so happy with our vehicle. I encourage anyone in the market to buy a car to check here first because their selection, service and prices are hard to beat.

If you don't like anything in the lot you can order from a nationwide database with the security that every vehicle was taken care of. They will bring it to you. They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.

My past experiences with buy here pay here places have been sub-par at best and I was a little sceptical about contacting them, but I am so glad I did. Alan is great to work with and more than fair. I found an SUV that was perfect for my needs a a second vehicleI, but it had a few minor issues. Most dealers especially BHPH places say it is strictly as is. Nope not Alan, he's going to fix those minor issues and hopefully I'll be in my new ride tomorrow. I just bought an F-150 from a major local car dealer and now I wish I'd found Alan before I bought from them. I highly recommend Dino Auto sales and when rating BHPH, they get 10 stars in my book, but alas I can only give 5. Oh, and he is in no way the cheesy, greesey, fast talking, trickster that you usually run into in this kind of dealership. He's not out to take advantage of the under-banked with less than stellar credit, he really enjoys what he does and honestly wants to help you get into a car, not just take your money. He doesn't even charge interest on the loan - NOBODY, does that.

Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

After buying a vehicle from here I don't think I can ever go back to a regular dealership. Instead of sitting at a dealership for 4+ hours looking at various vehicles and haggling with a sales guy who has to check with his manager in order to actually do anything, I called them, told them the general details of the vehicle I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and when I needed it. Jeff, the owner, spent an entire Saturday searching all over the country and sending me various vehicles he thought I might like. I was able to consider them from the comfort of my own home - no waiting at the dealership. He was super patient even when I turned vehicles down for minor issues (I preferred the newer body style, I wanted a sun roof, I didn't like the paint color, etc.). They understand that a vehicle is a big purchase and are willing to spend the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. After a few vehicles they sent me one I really liked. I was able to ask a few follow up questions about the vehicle and then told them I wanted it. The vehicle was located in another state (Ohio I believe), and they took care of having it transported here. The cost of transportation was included in the price they quoted me, and actually there was not a single "hidden" fee throughout the entire process - the price they quoted me is what I paid, down to the penny. They called me when the vehicle came in and I met them at their dealership. Jeff walked me through the entire vehicle and made sure I did not have any other questions or concerns and it was exactly what they promised me. I spent about 30 minutes doing the paperwork and was done. If you would prefer to look at vehicles in person, they have many high-end vehicles at their dealership which is 100% INDOORS, so no dealing with Nebraska's ever-changing weather. They also have a really good website that is easy to navigate and has high quality, detailed photos of the cars they have available (my husband spent a ridiculous amount of time on it before he got his last vehicle and tells me it is one of the best car websites he has seen). I have had my vehicle for 5 months now and have been very happy with it. This is the only way I will buy a vehicle in the future.
