    WATCH FOR THE SCAM :EXPENSIVE ADD-ONS LIKE $999 "Dealer Prep Fee" : BAIT-AND-SWITCH! This review is long and fact specific - so you know it's actually real. I don't know Mia H, but her review below sounds strangely similar!!! Look at the dates, this is happening right now! So yes, BUYER BEWARE! **IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ THE WHOLE THING, HERE'S THE SHORT VERSION: Auto Web Expo advertises low prices through CarGurus to get "Great Deal" ratings. They also tack on a non-negotiable $999 "Dealer Prep Fee" to vehicles less than a year old. They tack on $125 "Document fees." If you call on an advertised price from online, they'll have increased the price by the time you get to the dealership. They told me the unit was ready for test drive, then turned away my vehicle inspector TWICE - once because the vehicle "wasn't on the lot yet" and once because "I needed to come to an agreed price before I spent the money to have it inspected." David Garza and Ali-Hussain appear to be running a scam! IF YOU DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS, ASK FOR ALL THE PRICING UP FRONT. ASK FOR IT IN WRITING, THEY WON'T WANT TO DO THAT AND THERE'S A REASON THEY DON'T WANT TO PUT IT IN WRITING - YOU MAY PAY A LOT MORE ONCE IT'S ACTUALLY ON PAPER! Full Story: I'm a lawyer in San Antonio who was asked by my mother to purchase a vehicle for her - her first Mercedes! I found a vehicle advertised by Auto Web Expo through CarGurus. I was excited because the price was rated as "Great Deal." Reached out on May 23rd, 2020 about a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class with 29,469 miles and priced at $27,388. The add also said, "Price includes $300 delivery fee." Three days later, I received a response from salesman David Garza by text saying, "I have a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class that you inquired for, available today. Send me a text or give me a call to schedule your test drive. I called to schedule a test drive and sent an auto inspector to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival, my inspector was told the vehicle was in transit, not on the lot. He was turned away. I called David to ask what was going on, he apologized for the mistake, and said he would call me when the unit arrived. He didn't call back. I reached out on May 29th and asked if the unit was available. David told me he would check and call back in about 30 minutes. I waited all day. He texted me that he informed by inspector the unit was ready. I responded I appreciated David's contact, but wasn't comfortable working with him anymore . I requested a different salesman. (By this time the online price increased to $27,624 and the three-hundred dollar delivery fee "included in price" notation under the ad had disappeared). That afternoon, I was contacted by the "internet sales manager" named Ali-Hussain. I was assured my experience would be different and that he would take care of me. I sent two offers and explained I preferred to get the negotiation done by text or e-mail (I know it's too easy to lie over the phone and what is said verbally means nothing - ask for it in writing). Getting a response in writing was like pulling teeth. Ali kept wanting to "talk on the phone" to "explain his counter offer" and so there "could be no confusion." (You can't get much clearer than a written offer). Anyhow, I finally got his counter-offer in writing and the vehicle price was......$31,318.02. (They had raised the base price of the vehicle, again to $28,243). On May 30, Ali told in text, "All vehicle go through service and reconditioning, all our vehicles have $899, our online prices are the best and final prices." (except the online price doesn't include the Prep Fee and when you get it, it's $999, not $899, see my screen shots). But here's the key, Ali writes, "We priced them below the going market prices," THEY DO THIS TO GET CLICKS AND A 'GREAT DEAL' RATING ON CARGURUS, THEN RAISE THE PRICE AND TACK ON OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS IN FEES. I pointed out to Ali the Vehicle Prep Fee is not disclosed on the CarGurus web site, he responded, "That is a third party advertising price." NOTE: that "third-party advertising price" is set by the dealership and the vehicle add is paid for by the dealership. That vehicle is still there, listed at $29,009 and it's only a Fair Deal, now. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They recommended that I replace the front brake pads, which I did, but the noise persisted. I was advised to give it some time for the new brake pads to settle in. Last week, I returned for another inspection of the brakes due to the ongoing noise. This time, they suggested changing the rear brake pads and rotors. After that, the noise actually got worse, so I made a quick turnaround and brought the car back. They suggested that the front brake rotors might need replacement. While they recommended service based on mileage, they failed to point out any other issues with the braking system. When I took my car to another shop for an oil change, I mentioned the brake noise. The mechanics there immediately noticed that hardware was missing from the front brake pads and installed new hardware (previously installed by Integrity 1st). I called Integrity that same day, but they were closed for the weekend. I went out of town from Monday to Thursday and returned on Friday. Integrity 1st inspected my vehicle and found that the rear rotor needed replacement (the one they just replaced a week ago), as well as new brake pads and rotors for the front. Additionally, they discovered that my emergency brake was damaging the hardware, which also needed to be replaced. They guaranteed that if I paid them another $1,200, they would resolve all these issues. I explained that the car hadn't been driven enough to cause this damage and questioned why these problems weren't noticed the week before. Tyler offered the excuse that such damage could occur in just a day. After this experience, I have decided not to return to Integrity and will be taking my vehicles to another location. I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this shop, as it ultimately reflects poorly on all mechanics and their partner shops.

Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.

    I don't know how I've not previously written a review for Carmon as I have been a thankful…read morerecipient of expertise for probably 10 years when he had his shop at the 75 and royal area.  He is beyond budget considerate with his pricing and just overall extremely honest and fair. He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget.  Thank you Carmon!!!!

When I came by Xpress Automotive, Carmon is very considerate and professional. Also, my friend brought his own parts and Carmon, put it on at a reasonable price....he also was kind enough to replace a hose at no charge. I have saved his information in my phone for any vehicle repairs in the future. As a woman, it is hard to find someone that is honest. Carmon you are much appreciated.

    Recently had my water pump go out on my Q5. Unfortunately my warranty expired so this one cost me…read moreout of pocket. I called and spoke with Bob who happens to be the owner, he had me run the car by and looked at it and saw immediately what my issue was. Bob booked me an appointment to come by and drop my car off so he and his team could do the repairs. I dropped car off the night before and it was ready by next day as promised. What I liked about Bob was that he is very transparent with his pricing and even showed me the old water pump that he pulled out of my car! It was neat to see the proof of the work (not that I doubted him for a moment) but the transparency is very much appreciated. The cost was more than fair for my water pump and actually ended up only being 500 more than a girlfriend of mines Camry. Thank you Bob for taking care of me and getting me back on the road! I definitely would recommend LOTR for any Audi and VW repair! I will definitely return in the future if something else goes wrong. My car is driving like it's brand new again! Brad

I dropped the car off with a request to let me know what all it needed. I braced for new brakes, fluids, and some additional work. I would not have been surprised to have that. I expected brakes at the minimum. Instead I got we topped off fluids and changed the oil. So, why would I say he is a national treasure? Because he went out to car with my daughter and me and spent a lot of time with a thorough walk through about the reason not to let gas get low in car, how to check oil, check tire pressure, and change the windshield wipers. I had shown all of this in the past but this time she said to me, I shouldn't let my gas get low, should I? And that saves us over $2,000. So, Bob, thank you so much for being so kind.
