Terrible experience. Shady business. Horrible people. Wasiq made me a direct offer on OfferUp. I took the afternoon off to meet their rep. The rep showed up 45 min late and then offered me two thousand less than what we agreed on. When I called them out for the bait and switch tactic and for wasting my time, Wasiq called me a "trash bag from the Inland Empire" and told me I was wasting his time. He accused me of not disclosing a small dent (you can see in the attached photo that I did). He also said he was a dealership, which is not true. They are a wholesale company who sells your car back to the dealership. So the bait and switch tactic is on brand, since that's likely home they spin a profit. These people run a shady business. They send third party "reps", who know nothing about car value, to come evaluate your vehicle and make offers on their behalf. Save yourself the time and frustration and deal with a legitimate buyer. read more

I listed my 2016 Ford Mustang GT at 5:30 Monday night, on Tuesday morning I got a call from Wasiq (the Sales Manager) asking if my car was still available and if it was , he would give me my full asking price for it. I was immediately skeptical because it sounded too good to be true as he hadn't even seen the car yet. He told me he would be sending his salesman, Sammy, out to view the car and if it was everything I said it was, he would buy it on the spot. Now I love cars and take very good care of my cars so I knew there was nothing to haggle over, but I was still preparing for him to nickel & dime me. I looked them up on Yelp and they have 4.5 stars but only 4 reviews so I went looking for more and found 45+ reviews and 4.6 stars on Google so I thought I'd give them a chance. Sammy showed up exactly when he said he would, he checked out the car visually, took it for a quick test drive and then offered me...MY FULL ASKING PRICE! He offered to go to bank and bring me a cashiers check, but I decided to go with him to the bank instead. Honestly this was happening way too easy and truth be told I was worried I was going be handed a counterfeit cashiers check and lose the car and the money. We went to the bank together, he got me a cashiers check which I was able to cash immediately and we were done! I think start to finish it took less than an hour!! I have bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the easiest & quickest sale I've ever had! I highly recommend Auto Trading Services! As a matter of fact if I am ever looking to sell another vehicle I will call them before I even list the car for sale! I was contacted by this company through Autotrader ad. They offered THE LOWEST amount out of anybody(5 offers.). When I questioned the amount, the person who responded, who never gave his name, started berating me over email. Told me I had a "dirty mouth", was "uneducated", etc. After telling him that I have been in the car business for 13 yrs, he continued with the berating behavior. I have the entire email chain for whomever wants to see. As I stated to the person online, "scumbags like you give used car dealers and wholesalers a bad name."
