I was referred to this place and I'm so glad I listened. I needed my brakes replaced and I knew there was a possibility there was rotor damage. There owner Majid and his brother Mo are very helpful, friendly, and informative. Part of the reason I chose this place was the help I received from him when I called during the quote getting process from different locations. He have me the information I requested, not being vague or misleading. So, they removed the tires and inspected my car. They showed me issues and made their recommendations with options. My car was in clear view from the moment it was pulled into the garage. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on work that was unnecessary or non existent issues. I was quoted all work before it was done, there were no surprises there. The work was done quickly and efficiently. My brakes work great and there's no brake noise of any kind. My rotor was damaged and I chose to have them replaced, rather than having then machined. I appreciated the opportunity given to me. Excellent customer service, excellent work and timely service. If, any one knows me, I am not one to easily trust mechanics or be completely pleased with work it services provided of any kind, especially when it comes to car services. So for me to give a 5 star is surprising even for me. Of course, if anything changes, this review will be updated. This place is great - recently, my temperature gauge needle spiked to the overheating line, so I took it in to get it checked out. Majid went the extra mile (literally) to make sure my car was taken care of. He tested the different parts multiple times and drove it multiple times before confirming with me that I didn't have any issues. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and was honest. I've gotten my timing belt changed with them before and found they were the lowest priced from all the auto repair places I looked up. "IF YoU WaNt It DoNe RigHt anD FaSt TaKe iT sOmEwHeRe ELsE" response from owner after third attempt to get my ac fixed. Not leaving 1 star. Cause this place can use all the business they can get it's obvious by the level of consciousness I experienced and I know how a bad rating can effect business. With that being said... I have a van that I spend 12-14 hours a day in and work at least five days a week. I have very little time to get repairs done and when I take my van off of the road it cost me 300-500 dollars a day. When my ac originally went out I brought it in and it spent approx 6 hours at the shop they told me that they recharged it and it should be good this service was between 250-300 I'd have to check the receipt after loosing a days wages I left the shop and the ac was working but within one hour it went out again. Frustrated I took it back and told them but they needed to have me leave it again which I could not afford at the time. So I was able to speak to my work and one of the employees was going to be out two weeks later and I was going to be able to use his van to get home. Being that I live in Temecula and I'd without transportation I'd have to have my bring my car to Rancho which just wasn't practical. So this was perfect. I am off wed and Thursday so I had a fellow employee bring it in on wed morning. He took it in and they added dye to the Freon and sent him back with the van within an hour. My van doesn't have a Freon issue it has an issue with the fan blowing the cold air. I told my coworker to take the van in and to have it fixed and I told the Owner to do whatever it took. Their was no issue with what it would cost I wasn't trying to turn a 1000 dollar problem into a 100 dollar problem my work was willing to pay whatever it would cost and they were unable to do it had they of informed me about how incompetent they were I could of taken my van somewhere else and had it fixed properly but they let me bring it in on two separate occasions just to waist my time which obviously has no value to them. This week the weather is 100* to 104* today I was driving my van without an ac and after lunch I was on the freeway pulled over in the emergency lane and vomited from the heat as I was vomiting the words ( If you want it fixed right and fast) echoed in my head. So I want to trademark that logo and give it to Auto Tech they deserve it. Make sure you ask the if they are confident in their ability to do things right the first time before you ever waist your time here. With that being said I'm sure they are amazing at changing windshield wipers and putting fluid in for them and doing oil changes not saying they are not. read more

I highly recommend them, VERY HONEST, reasonable prices and gets your car back in a timely manner and they fix the problem, I have a 2005 Honda civic and took it to several mechanics for overheating, no one could figure the problem out.
