When I paid my ONLY visit to this location I was in my 20's and there was no such thing as yelp. I am writing this review to give this place the respect they gave me back then. I called ahead as I had a mid engine Toyota mr2. I wanted to make sure they had people who were experienced with my type of car and they assured me they did. It was a 1985 body that I had someone put my 1988 mr2 engine in from my unfortunate accident. When I dropped the car off, the opened both trunks before they finally found the engine. I should have known better. This is why I am writing this review 16 years later: I had a problem with my TPS sensor not working 100% for my car which meant that my car ran but didn't run as well as it could. After several hours I got a call from them to come and pick up my car. When I got in, it would not accelerate properly due to misaligned TPS sensor. I talked to them about it and demanded that they make this right. They talked to me as though I were an idiot and told me I had to pay them the full price for fixing my car even though they made my car WORSE!!!! They threatened me with keeping my car if I didn't pay. I had to adjust my own TPS sensor by myself in their parking lot just to drive home. This was the worst experience I have ever had and now that I am able to Yelp, I can finally have my voice be heard. By the way, I can tell you that I remember arguing with them that I wanted to talk with a manager higher up as they are "National" but they told me that it was just in their name. There is nothing national about them. I hope that they have cleaned up their act since then but I can tell you I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles back to this place for the rest of my life.

Jonathan was great and explained that a diagnostic test had to be done etc, etc. I had to be home so he drove me in HIS car and then picked me up and brought me to the shop. He was honest enough to say that the diagnostic test did not take as long as anticipated and only charged half of the $100 he had told me earlier. They replaced the problematic fuse at NO charge. Definetely reccomend to all!!!!

Since yesterday I had transmission issue in my truck. 4x4 transmission was getting stuck, and it affected my normal transmission too. I was all set for trade-in. He quickly responded to my request and said 20 minutes and we will let you know. Before he took charge of my car gave me all the information about the process and price. I felt it ws clean wnd clear instruction and that's why I felt comfortable going ahead taking their service. Miles, the owner, told that as courtesy they will give me discount on my oil change next time and mentioned what oil they use which i felt was part of good service communication.
