Especially for the price. Was already in the car test driving it when the owner had called to talk to me about my interest in it. I was impressed. Very impressed. They know these cars. This thing was clean. Very well maintained. 3 owners. Clean car fax. In fact all service was done by Harris, Hendricks Audi, and Hendricks Porsche. I will highly recommend. These guys weren't pressuring me to buy, nor were they trying to get me to spend even more. Simple, easy. Friendly Service. Seriously, without question I will consider these guys next time I want another car. Ask for Stephen, he will get you right! PS. The price I paid almost feels like I robbed these guys. I can say that since I have the car now! Seriously! Great prices! Check em out.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I have had two experiences with Harris, and these…read moreare world class guys. Another mechanic that rhymes with "Schelp Toys" blew my engine. I called Harris and arranged fro a new engine to be delivered. Before I got that far Harris tried to get me to go to the dealership because there was a chance that I could have the engine replaced for free through a warranty. They tried to save me $1800. I already knew the answer, and had them install the engine, and it was flawless. Ask for Parker, or Rob, both great mechanics and stand up guys.

I brought in a nearly brand-new car (~5,000 miles) on July 10, 2026 for a routine tire rotation and accepted the complimentary car wash. When the valet handed my keys back, something felt off. Turns out my leather steering wheel had several sets of closely spaced vertical slits cut into two different areas (2 and 8 o'clock positions, each a couple of inches long), plus two parallel scratches on my cluster lens -- spaced exactly the same distance apart as the scissor blades on a utility knife housed in my car. None of this was present at drop off. What followed was months of unanswered calls and denied responsibility. They claimed to have reviewed video evidence in the service area, but confirmed there is no camera in the car wash bay and completely ignored the fact that the damage was not there at drop off. Be wary of the service offered by Scott Clark Toyota as they do not appear to know/screen their employees very well... or care when vehicles are damaged.

LOL- everything the "Manager" said was contradictory to wanting to sale a car. It must have been his first day. Said "We are all about volume" when I made him an offer on a car they have been sitting on for months- he offered me $150 off the price. Cash deal- Would have been another sale to add to the "Volume" but whatever. Oh and I loved the line about driving off with equity. What? We all know the moment you drive off the lot the value drops. I'm not an idiot. The dealer that has the same car a few extra miles away was willing to deal so headed there. I bet they take my cash and actually sale a car today.

After their inspection, my Audi was returned undriveable and basically scrap. No one warned me that their diagnostic process carried any risks. They have refused to take accountability and responsibility for the way they returned my car and instead presented me with a very expensive estimate. Three weeks later, my car is still there. I have tried to email various folks to get an explanation and potential resolution, and they are all refusing to respond. Meanwhile, I have been left without a car and they have zero sense of urgency. I guess they only care if you are buying a new car. If you're thinking of using their service department, please be aware: you may not get full transparency, and you may not get your car back in the condition you left it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service department to anyone.

Time to go take it to lake Norman Infiniti and spend money I shouldn't even have to spend for real. On both sides near the spark plugs has me worried . And on top of that I got quoted for bent inner and outer tie rods had to Danm near fight them. they never even replaced them and said they did my alignment but had to literally take it back 3x because it still pulled to the right bad. They claim they replaced the rods, but 1 month later it started pulling to that same exact side. I'm for sure it never got replaced in General just as the they said they did my valve cover gaskets and false. They never did and mentioned they fired the guy that was working on my car because he said he did them but didn't, they went back and opened to check the covers and they were not replaced but did them after going back hella times. Wasted time and lost money from losing work. I'm going to get it checked out elsewhere. Which sucks is it was an insurance claim fix because of it being stolen and some parts got damaged. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere where. They need to be shut down sorry asses
