My windshield, back window and mirrors had tons of hand prints, the inside was supposed to be vacuumed but had more stuff on my carpet after the vaccumed, had it wet vaccumed and it was literally soaked for 3days, and the inside wipe with protectan only lasted 2 days. Not sure i'll be going back here but wish them well. read more

I love this place! I pay $50 for a monthly membership, which includes unlimited washes. They always take care of my car and make sure it is always shiny and looking good. I go there very often, and they never slack off because I am there a lot. This membership is worth every penny and I will definitely stay here for a while read more

I've been coming here for some time now. How many stars it gets depends on the day (how well they do) and how much time I have (when you're in a rush, it can be painstaking). But overall, from coming here 1-2 times a week for more than half a year, it's a solid car wash. The employees are very friendly and you get to know them. If you'd like anything touched up, just ask. The mirrors on my vehicle retain a tremendous amount of water after the wash. I always ask them to blow the water out with air, and they do so happily. I'll continue here as long as the service stays good. Today I went in and the line was relatively short and they did a great job. Extremely poor job. They didn't take out the floor mats to vacuum the bottom at all and I still found garbage under the passenger seat. They didn't wipe the inside of my cup holder nicely (it still had small trash) and they said they were going to vacuum my seats but they only vacuumed the driver seat lol. WTH? This place is very pushy to get you to upgrade. I wanted the silver package wash and the attendant kept pushing the Gold and platinum. I refused three times before he finally gave up. Then at the end another worker told me my car needed to be clayed and waxed. I Told him I'd take it else where but he persisted. A very basic Silver wash is $34.00 Outrageous! I've been coming here to get my car cleaned every so often for about 3 years now, and I've taken several friends to have their car cleaned here as a gift simply because the folks here are thorough and offer a good value for their services. It was only one or two times that a car we brought in had a few missed spots, but to be fair that particular vehicle was pretty filthy since it was a work truck and there was still incredibly significant improvement after being cleaned. I always recommend this place because in they leave my car very clean and service is speedy. I've luckily had only friendly interactions with staff here and people are polite. I joke to friends that the staff at Autopride cleaned my car so well once that it enticed someone to break into it in SF the next day I took it out, which really did happen. At this time, this is still my favorite place to take my car and where I feel I can get the best value if it needs cleaning. read more

I buy the unlimited pass each month. For the most part its great. They're very attentive than most other car washes. The only bad part is the wait. It takes almost a full hour from to start to finish because the line is so damn long. They could definitely pay more attention to the windows because each time I go there they either miss a very obvious spot or don't do it at all. These guys were decent. We had 10 cars on a monthly package for our fleet. Now it's impossible to get a wash since they seem to be so crowded it takes ages to get any cars through. We average 50-60 minutes just to wait in line and get a car wash which is NOT worth it when they dash and other interior surfaces don't get as much as a wipe down. Used to be a solid 3 star rating. Now we just don't even try to go thru if the line is long as we cant waste an hour just waiting to get through. Get your stuff together because just charging a monthly fee and we can't even use it properly is unethical. read more

Car was left spotless after the 15 minute cleaning. First comes the paying, then they start on the exterior hand washing, then the brush washing, then the drying, followed by the interior vacuuming and wiping down. There is a small sitting area for drivers while they do the vacuuming. Nothing fancy though. You have a variety of interior scents to choose from including vanilla, baby powder, strawberry, plus new car. I'm guessing the new car smell is the formaldehyde off gassing so I opted for the baby powder. It's way to strong though. Next time I'll pass on the scents. Overall they do a great job but seems a bit pricy to me. read more

Do note, however, that if you buy gas, you end up in a different line that may save you some time. So why not? They're a Chevron station offering the same competitive price as normal stations. So even if you only need a half tank, it may be worthwhile to fill up along with your car wash. Some people just don't get it though. Some frustrated soccer mom yelled at me one time because she had been waiting in line while I filled up my tank and was instructed by the employee to merge in front of her. She was honking and yelling, but what's not to understand? I was in a separate line and dropped an extra $50 in gas for Auto Pride. Does she also yell at people who get out faster at the grocery store because they have less than 10 items and use the express lane? I was in a separate line, one she voluntarily chose not to be in. This place is a big disappointment and they lost me as a customer today. I usually do the exterior wash only. I have large spoked custom wheels and they constantly miss cleaning the wheels. I have to remind them every time to get the wheels but they still do a piss poor job on them. They also often miss areas on my truck to clean. Like forgetting to do one mirror or leaving a 2 foot wide patch of dirt area on my vehicle that they never cleaned. Today was the final straw. I had driven through something that splashed the entire driver's side of my truck with dirt (that is easily wiped off). In addition to asking for extra attention to the wheels, I asked for them to put the shiny stuff on my tires which costs extra. When I got home I see that they missed washing one whole wheel. It was never touched. Not only that but they forgot to shine up my tires which I paid extra for. Plus, there was still spots of the dirt splash on my truck body including the bottom of fender. I don't expect them to reach under the fender well but for Pete's sake the molding on the edge was totally dirty - so obvious. So I am done with this place. It's not worth driving back to complain. Just take my business elsewhere. Maybe they do a better job when you do the full detail who knows. But the $18 I spent today was for crappy service. read more

I've been here only two times, since I usually go to my usual car wash place. My brother got his car detailed here and they did such an amazing job, I had to try it out. The first time, Sergio helped me and was so friendly and professional. My car came out looking like new. The second time, Marco helped me in the front reception area and he was equally accommodating and they did and an amazing job on my car. The pros: weekday morning stops are only 15-20 minutes including a fill-up. Since I've been coming here for years and the staff knows me, I can pay cash and I don't need to pay in advance. I can fill up my car and get a better wash in 15 minutes than I would do myself at home in 1-1.5 hours. One free wash after your 10th wash with a VIP card. I always leave with super shiny rims and clean tires. I've had friends comment, "New tires?", and I'm all... "Nope, they are just clean!" The cons: the manager with the moustache is annoying with his upsell approach. They don't always put the floor mats back in right... mine have pins that they fit onto, and I frequently have to put the mats back on the pins myself. Sometimes (rarely) the water gets a bit stale and smells funny. Weekend lines *can* be brutal. ProTip: if you get a detail, ask for the taller thin guy, he is realy good. read more

I actually asked for 33.99$ car wash but the lady took 38.99$ and I didn't get the mentioned things done.

I brought my car in for a detail inside and out and since it was $250 for inside and $250 the the exterior I decided only to have the interior. $250 is very expensive, but I thought it would be worth it since I was selling my car. When I got home, I noticed a lot had not been cleaned. I had to reclean the car and get the spots that were missed. I put my car in the garage and didn't drive it until someone asked to see it. Before bringing the car to show, I took another look at the interior and was shocked by how dirty it was. The carpets had dirt on them. The center console was dirty. I found crumbs, coins, my sons toys under the seat and a make up brush. The car wasn't even that dirty to begin with, but I thought a "detail" was a detail. I spent the next hour and a half cleaning under the seat the side console. There was literally dirt everywhere. I used to love this place for a regular car wash, but I will never come back. I called to let someone know and they just said " sorry, next time you're in let me know and I'll take care of you" What a waste of $250 read more

Came in at the recommendation of a neighbor. I upgraded from the platinum car wash and added a hand wax, for an extra $100. Communication is a bit of a challenge - no big deal. However when I got home, I noted soap/water spots on the back, which tells me that area was not wiped down, let alone waxed. still undecided if I will return. read more

Fantastic service! I went in at 9 AM on a Sunday morning, and the line of cars was already out into the street. I needed to get water stains out of my backseat; you have to go through the car wash first to get to the detailing area. The whole process took a little over an hour, including a hand exterior wash/interior cleaning followed by shampooing my entire backseat. The stains are gone and everything looks clean!
