Came here to get my car detailed because my boyfriend decided to puke in my car. Luis was so awesome! There were minor details that were missed and I pointed them out, and Luis was just so patient and did everything the best he could to take all the stains out. I was told usually the smell of puke will forever stay in the car because it soaks in to the seats, but the smell went away in less than 1 week! I can't even smell it anymore. Luis is the best! I have been coming to Auto Pride since I started driving. Since I can remember Luis (one of the managers) has been taking care of my vehicles. I usually have larger cars (SUVs & Trucks) most of them hard colors, like black. They use great shampooing equipment, compressed air to get water out of cracks, a good solution for removing Zap/Tar, etc. Rates are competitive for the area. read more

I'm writing this Review because I'm hoping that Auto Pride in Burlingame improves or makes some improvements. When I first paid for the monthly on all my cars they were doing a decent job they used to be two workers drying cars that come out of the wash now only one person dries the car by the time the sun dries the car there's water spots stains on the cars, the guy that puts tire dressing doesn't do an even job sometimes his job should be also cleaning the rims. There's times I end up cleaning areas they forget. This is why I'm giving them only 2 stars why should I have to spot check my car when that's there job to do? I know they don't get paid a lot that's why I'm glad to tip them but hey why tip them if they aren't paying attention to detail. I've gone to the other Auto Pride in San Carlos and Redwood City and they do a much better job. They seem to have a good system. I'll change my 2 star rating when they start improving. I do a much better job like getting in the rims and spot checking where needs to be touched up. I know I'm not the only one who feels about the Burlingame Auto Pride other people have said the same. When my beloved car wash of 20 years, South City Car Wash closed earlier this year (Jan 2019), I was lost and didn't know where to take my car for a clean, thorough wash and detailing. I looked and checked out all the local car wash and was highly disappointed. Then on my way to work I decided to try Auto Pride. Oh my goodness!! I cannot tell you how great they are. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Adan was very friendly and even though it was my first time there he made me feel like welcomed family. Their attention to detail is wonderful. And their prices are reasonable. I have not used their detail service but plan to since I typically get my car detailed 2x a year. I did join their monthly service plan. Came here for the first time while my usual spot in Millbrae was closed for construction. Got the Platinum Special w/ the additional floor mat cleaning for a total of $52.99. Everyone working there was super friendly. However, while my car did look far better then when I arrived, there were many dirty spots missed including bird poops and some sections in the interior that were not vacuumed fully. You could also tell on the roof where they wiped it down thoroughly and where they did not. I'll give them another shot if I need to, but most likely won't be getting the same package again next time. Otherwise, I'll just do cheap gas station washes until my Millbrae spot opens up again. read more

LOVE this place! My husband bought a new SUV awhile back and had been looking for a good carwash that would be gentle on our vehicle. This is the spot! They are handwash and always take such care and detail when washing our vehicle (and everyone else's). They even get on step stools to reach the roof of our lifted SUV, get all the nooks inside the vehicle and in the trunk, and wipe down the tires! We ended up buying a monthly pass because we love it so much! Now because of circumstances, I had to get rid of my old car and buy a new one too. I'm so glad my husband found Auto Pride and for sure I will only be taking my car here too! One small caveat - this place is SUPER popular so be prepared to wait. Unfortunately I had to cancel my month membership with Auto Pride. There washes are not consistent and neither there detailing. I know they are always busy but I am very particular with the cleaning of me car. The detailing is not done right, vacuum is not done fully, my rugs would sometimes be put back in my car wet. Sadly this is why I rated low. read more

They uphold me to a platinum wash saying it would include claybar wax, $46.99 and 10 min later I still have bugs on the front of my car. I ask them can they get the bugs off the front and they say I need a detail with a "clay bar to safely get the bugs off for $100 more. Terrible service and communication. My car came out of the wash and still had bird droppings on it. I was told my paint was damaged and it wouldn't come off because I didn't come in immediately to get it washed. I then watched them wipe it off with a wet rag. So, clearly they just missed several spots during the wash. Then when I got in my car to leave, the cup holder area and the center console hadn't even been wiped down. They corrected the issues when I pointed them out, but to pay $30 for a car wash and have it come out visibly still dirty is ridiculous. I won't be going back. read more
