Be careful when going to this business. I went in for a simple oil change and noticed it was taking much longer than usual. Then one of the staff told me that whoever did my last oil change had broken the oil cap. That didn't make any sense--if it were broken, oil would be leaking everywhere. I told him the last person who worked on my car is my brother-in-law, who's been maintaining it for 20 years. After that, his attitude changed and he went back to "check" the oil again. If something gets damaged, just be honest and take responsibility instead of blaming someone else. This will be my last visit here. Paying $90.00 is not a great value read more

AND NOW They contacted the mechanic that I used to clean up after their damage, they looked at the documented repair info, and said, "In our estimation, we didn't cause the damage." WHAAAAT?!? Translation: "We don't like paying out money, and we take every opportunity presented to us to avoid responsibility for our actions." So they said that they would refund the cost of their oil change and the cost of the replacement oil change (and a couple of Lyft rides). Which is kind of like I took someone to a restaurant, and they got food poisoning and died, and the restaurant refunded me the money for the food and though that made things right. And further, as of now, they have only emailed me saying that they WOULD refund those costs. I have received nothing so far. It's been 11 days and counting. So once again, looks like a great place to party, but be prepared to have your car damaged. read more

Got my oil changed here about 3 months ago. They recommended I change my air filler but it wasn't bad and didn't have too many miles on it. About a month ago I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and they let me know that I had no air filler. Oil changers didn't put mine back!! Negligent and I could have easily gone another year without realizing. Also they didn't apply my coupon when I presented it. I noticed right after I paid. They did apologize and gave me a free car wash coupon which expired before I could use it. read more

Took my partner's car here for an oil change and the experience was excellent in every way. I called ahead to check if there was a wait -- there wasn't -- and I ended up being in and out in about 15-20 minutes. They have a camera in the shop so you can watch the entire oil change from your car, which is a great transparency touch. They washed my windows, checked all the lights (turn signals, brake lights, high and low beams), and showed me the dipstick before and after the oil change. They also checked the engine air filter and let me know it still had some life left -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest information. The total came out to about $150, which feels like a great value considering the speed, convenience, and the going rate for oil changes these days. With the oil change, they also offered a buy-one-get-one car wash deal. The wash is quick and convenient -- not perfect, but totally solid for a fast clean. Always have a satisfactory experience at oil changers. They do a nice job and I don't usually have to wait terribly long. The only thing that bothers me is the constant upsell I can always say no but I feel like I probably should do what's recommended And wind up consenting. They do things correctly and even made sure they had the proper oil for my car which was not using standard oil. I really appreciated that. I've been coming here the past two years. Melvin has helped me almost every time and I appreciate the efficiency of the staff. They are very transparent with the work they do and they don't push for more than what you came in for, but they will always recommend services and products for your car and they have a list of when those things were serviced which is pretty awesome bcos if you are unsure they'll tell you what you need if you want to do research on your own. Over the years, I've had various people change my oil, and they've always been very friendly. I can't really complain about that, but lately, I've noticed a change. It feels like everyone is a bit lazier, more distracted, or mentally elsewhere. I'm not quite sure what to call it, and I hate to sound negative, but that's just what I've observed. Usually, during my oil change, they check my cabin or air filter, but this time, they skipped that step. Before I knew it, they asked me to pull forward, and then directed the car behind me to do the same, even though I hadn't even left the service bay yet. When I brought it up, they looked confused by my question. It seemed like too many people were working on my car at once, and none of them knew what had already been done. There definitely needs to be a better system when so many people are working on one vehicle and don't have a clear picture of what's going on. I left without having the filters checked, so I guess I'll just do it myself. read more

Wow I've never been through an INTERACTIVE oil change! Getting my oil changed is one of those annoying tasks I have to do as part of car maintenance and I dread it twice a year. Now that I'm getting ready to sell my car, I haven't been taking it to the dealership anymore so I decided to try out Oil Changers which is kinda like JiffyLube or Speedy Oil Change. Except you actually stay in your car and they'll ask you to step on the breaks or rev up the engine as part of their routine checks as they change your oil out. Loved this place for convenience and customer service until today. I had my oil change done less than 5 days ago; and was encouraged to also change transmission oil. During the service it was apparent multiple people were being trained which was okay. However soon after my check engine light came on. When I called Saturday and explained the situation and asked if I could have them check everything was done correctly they said yes; of course. When I came Sunday I was told that they don't handle check the engine lights. I explained I called the day before and wanted it to be looked at. The manger simply used the diagnostic machine to check what the light meant. He showed me the message and said 9/10 times it's not their fault and it looks like I used the wrong gas or something and implied it was my fault. After sending to my uncle who is a mechanic but lives out of town; its more than likely someone did leave a air hose loose or possible spill oil near the O2 sensor. Now I need to look for someone to troubleshoot or pay to fix the issue before it effects my catalytic converter. I would have appreciated if the manager simply could have checked that all steps were completed accurately and not made to feel like a dumbass who put the wrong kind of gas in; which to be clear I have not even had to get gas since the initial maintenance. Unfortunately lost my business and it sucks cuz I love the convenience of this place. Update: my air hose was torn. After talking to the mechanic who replaced it he told me he suspects it was torn during oil change when moving air filter. Also the code that's as showing meant that my car was gettinf not enough fuel or too much air. Not that I put the wrong gas in. read more

Came in for an oil change on my 2023 Prius after ignoring the 10,000-mile warning for about another 1,000 miles. What really impressed me was that they actually checked the oil level and color first, then told me it was still plenty and clear--and asked if I still wanted to change it. I really appreciated that honesty instead of just pushing the service automatically. I went ahead with the oil change anyway (I hadn't even checked it myself, even though I know how). The price was a bit over $100, which seems pretty typical for full synthetic around here. Sure, my nearby Toyota dealer keeps mailing me $65 promo coupons, but using those basically means giving up half a day with the van shuttle service. Been going to Oil Changers for years. Fast service with military like coordination. Can be a bit intimidating for new customers. Can get very busy so plan accordingly. I called ahead and they said the wait was short. Arrived and no line. Drove directly into the service bay. They already looked up my car and knew I am overdue for oil change. One of the benefits of going to same place is they know you and your car. They come to your car window (you stay in the car while they service) and go thru the info and quote the price. Look for online coupons before going. I saved $15 with coupon. Once you approve they go to work. 2 technicians work on your car. One above in the engine bay and one below in the pit (under your car). You here them yelling out loud confirmations and instructions to each other to coordinate the work. Kinda nerdy but cool too. They check other car vitals, air up tires and top up some fluids. They checked my cabin filter which looked like a birds nest HA! So got a new one installed. Then they reset the warning message on the dashboard. In and out in less than 30 mins. Maybe 20?? As with everything else prices have gone up. Used to cost less than $50 to change oil. Nowadays cost right around $95 (includes synthetic motor oil and filter). Cabin filter was about $25 extra. Customer Service in terms of how the staff speaks to the clients is fine, but I had to go to the VW dealership for my Atlas a month after I paid for an oil change here - and the dealership said whoever did my oil change last month - there's now a leak from the filter which blew out the oil all over - which caused me to smell burned fumes which smelled like burned tires every-time I would drive after I got the oil changed here. I appreciated how they showed me the dipstick to see how much oil and dirty it was prior to the oil change. Also, there's a tv available so you can watch them during the process.
