I enjoy coming to this Arco. There are plenty of stations and I've never had an issue getting a slot. The prices are competitive with the station across the street. They even have a boba shop inside! I know, when most people hear of gas station boba, it's a turn off but Pit Stop Boba is amazing and definitely needs to be checked out. In addition, I find the service here to be great. Whenever I need air, even though the station says that you need to pay $1 in quarters, the cashier always just turns it on for me for as long as I need. The last time I came by, the handle was stuck so the guys at the onsite mechanic shop ended up helping me on their own time. They filled up all of my tires and even checked one of my tires to ensure there were no nails in it. They went above and beyond for a nonpaying customer which speaks volumes. As a female who can easily get taken advantage because "we may not know" much about vehicles and so it can hard to find a mechanic you can trust; I can definitely say Oliver and his team is someone who I can see myself continue getting my auto service from. Oliver is a great mechanic for your auto care/repair needs. What I most appreciate is his honesty and fair prices. Oliver is friendly, kind and professional and I received excellent service (on both occasions). I came in looking to have my thermostat replaced (engine light came on and according to the reading it was my thermostat). I came in early on a Tuesday AM to get my car serviced in November. I was able to pick up my car same day. They take any form of payment but I paid in cash. After the original service, I did noticed a faint smell but figured my car just needs to do its thing and burn off the remaining old residual. A few months later, I took notice the smell has not faded and this time my car was now leaking fluid. Called back to if they can look into it, and it turns out there was a crack in the thermostat housing. This was my 2nd time coming in and this time around I had my little one with me. Again they were able to assist me the same day on a Tuesday AM. I was nervous not knowing if I had to repay out-of-pocket again for the parts and labor but they do warrant their services. Upon inspection, I feel confident on their work. New thermostat was installed and as complimentary courtesy they topped off my wiper fluid because they noticed my wiper fluid light was on. They have worked on several of my cars, services requested were oil change, brakes, rotors, brake sensors, air conditioning recharge and condenser motor for air conditioning. My daughter had an oil change done at a tire store, they then quoted me for front and rear brakes over $900, indicating that it's critical to be done. She called me and I confirmed we did fronts 5 months ago, just come home. We took the car back to arco and they confirmed and showed us that they are new on the front and the rear have more than 30% still on them. they recommended changing them when they reach 20%. no need for any service, she will be doing oil changes here now too! read more

Oliver, Joey, & co. are literally the best. I take all my cars here for any and every repair. I am very particular about my cars (OCD, probably, LOL), and these guys treat my cars with so much respect! Recently, I bought a new Jaguar F-Type. Just my luck, had the car for only three weeks, came home one day and found a nail in the shoulder of the tire. They plugged the hole for no charge so I could keep driving the car for a few days until the special-order tire came in. No dirt, no fingerprints on my car, no joy-riding! They are true and honest professionals. So, why the update? Well, a freak thing happened. I picked up my car after-hours (8:30 p.m.), thinking duh, just a tire change, no problem. When I went on the freeway, the car wigged out--all the systems were failing, all the lights were going off, like the car was POSSESSED or something. Like was God punishing me for splurging on a Jaguar??? Maybe I should have donated that money to some charitable cause? It was like Halloween except it's not going to be Halloween for two more weeks? WTF?! Magically, I made it back to Westborough (somehow, OMG) went to the gas station attendant (it was 8:45 p.m. on a Saturday at this time), freaking out because my "fast car" couldn't go over 20 MPH. She called Oliver, who immediately drove over from his house and got to me in under 15 minutes. Something tripped up the computers (we never figured out why), but he examined the car and reset the system. I felt so bad and was just rearing to go home so you know, this hardworking man could enjoy his Saturday night, but Oliver insisted that I drive around the 'hood for ten minutes (and waited for me) to make sure my baby was 100% because he was worried about me driving home at night. Now, PLEASE DON'T CALL OLIVER AFTER THE SHOP CLOSES... this was an emergency because some demon entered my car and tried to ruin my (and Oliver's? Lol) weekend. The silver lining? This act of kindness has convinced me that there are still good people in the world, and as long as Westborough is open, I will continue to take my cars here. Oliver did not charge me a dime even though I offered, and he literally said he felt he could sleep at night knowing I got home safely. *It was after 10 p.m. at this point!* Have you ever met an auto shop owner who cares this much about his customers? Even the gas station attendant, Lina, was helpful and compassionate and checked in on me a couple of times to make sure all was OK. Don't go anywhere else. Westborough should be your #1 stop. Joey and his crew are the only people I trust to work on my cars other than myself. The people here are true car enthusiasts and work on your car like it's their own. Having non car people work on your car is like having a Chef make you food when they won't eat it themselves. Since discovering this hole in the wall shop, I have been bringing all my cars here for its maintenances and upkeep, when I am lazy to do it myself. Legendary on various forums like S2000 and others. Joey correctly diagnosed a screeching sound on my S2000 to a drive shaft bolt and ball bearing rather than some transmission issue a other shop misdiagnosed, even though I told the other shop this is a likely issue given forum research. Prices are fair but more than that, the diagnosis is accurate. I'd rather pay a premium for a good correct fix rather than a good price for a wrong fix. Second time I've been to this shop to get something removed from my tire. First time, I had a whole BOLT removed from my front tire. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me but I remember him being so kind and worked really fast! Second time, (different car) I had what I thought was a nail but instead ended up being a thick staple removed by Oliver. He had just opened the shop and I was already waiting outside. He was very nice and removed the staple but said it wasn't leaking air so he checked my other tire. Nothing. So he filled both front tires and the light warning went away. My Air Conditioner in my 2006 car went out on me last week! I was referred to Oliver and called him earlier this week about my issue. We scheduled an appointment for today and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, customer service and repairs! Everything was awesome! I dropped off my car in the morning and in addition to checking into my AC issue, I decided to ask them to also rotate and balance my new tires that I bought 2 yrs ago. Better and earlier than expected, Oliver called me at 2:40pm to say that they were able to fix my AC issue and that my tire rotation and balance was completed and my car was ready for pickup! :0) I was really excited because this morning, they already had 8 - 10+ cars lined up for repairs and I was expecting my car to be ready closer to 4:30pm or later. They replaced my front brakes and rotors, and also replaced my driver side door lock actuator. Everything done punctually and correctly. Initially I thought I'd have to take the door lock issue to the dealer but Oliver assured me they were more than capable of handling it. They are very transparent. Honest, Affordable and Experienced! Stopped by after finding a nail in my tire. Oliver greeted me immediately even though he was attending to other business. Gave me a quote ($20) upfront without me asking and got to work on my tire within minutes. Told him about another issue I had with a slow leak in the same tire that I've been dealing with for months and other repair shops could not figure out. Well he figured it out in about 60 seconds and repaired it also without any additional cost! Troublesome where the gas station is located. Getting into the place from West Bourgh then needing to go East bound West Bourgh or South Bound Gellert Blvd. The machine doesn't always work so need to walk all the way to the cashier to pay for gas, especially with cash. read more
