Came for a oil change during a very busy, rainy day. After servicing my vehicle the technicians were not able to close my hood due the latch being rusty (we are in Pacifica, rust is common). Despite holding up the long line, I had 4 very kind employees at one point doing all they could to help me close my hood. I told them I was only driving home 10 min away so they used a bungee cord (one of the employees grabbed it from their own car) to hold my hood down in the meantime. The supervisor it seemed, felt very bad they weren't able to help me with this random issue so he gave me the information for his personal mechanic and to tell him "his name" sent you. I was really grateful for everyone's help that day. They went out of their way to help me with this issue despite it not being a apart of their services. read more

This is a quick review for oil changer by Pacifica. I drive by this place all the time and decided to take a shot since my car is overdue for oil change. Quick services, good value and most importantly great customer service. Not to mention Yelp discount $10 for check-in. I went to oil changer at around 830 am in the morning and thinking it would be empty since it's Wednesday morning. Oh boy was I wrong. They are busy. There were 4 cars ahead of me and 6 cars behind. The entire service from start to finished around 50 mins. No appointment. You also don't need to get out of your car. I had oil change done and also engine filter replaced. I want to thank CJ for recommendation on the type of oil to use, looking into the engine filter as well as the cabin filter. One was dirty and needed replacement while the other was clean. They check the tire pressure, transmission rev, turn signals and all the full 360 inspection while a person below the deck is draining the oil. Overall positive experience and would recommend it. They also have a car wash station but it wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing since I was planning on getting my car wash after the service. I hope next time I visit, the car wash would work. read more

Honestly... I'm disappointed. I came in on a weekday, and still waited in line for about an hour. During that wait, I had plenty of time to read the pricing menu that hung over the workshop. A standard oil change was listed as $60; a pretty reasonable cost. But when I finally pulled up, no one asked me what service I wanted, and the mechanic told me I was going to be charged roughly twice that amount (before they even inspected my car). I challenged them on it, and they "lowered" the price to $89. Mind you, my car has less than 30k miles on it, and I've never paid more than $60 for an oil change in my life. Terrible customer service, when I got the second notification of no oil, I called immediately asking for help, Veno who is extremely rude and incompetent wanted me to drive my car on empty oil all the way from SF to Santa Clara to take a look at it, and have the audacity to say I should of brought my car back to them after going there over 5 times and they lied about fixing and changing the part (oil pan, drain plug) they never had it in store in the first place. This review is specifically for the car wash as it's not broken out into two separate listings on Yelp. Long story short: I bought the most expensive wash and my car came out still very dirty. (See photos.) The car wash has a few options, with the most expensive wash being just $10. If you buy 3 up front, you also receive a 4th free, so I went ahead and spent $30 on the 4 washes. The process for selection and payment is quick given it is contactless and fully automated. Even though my car wasn't too dirty to begin with, the results weren't very good - I looked at my car after the wash and it was still very visibly dirty all around: across all sides of the body and windows of the car. Based on that, I'd probably just pay a couple bucks more and have a team scrub my car down. I do want to point out that this place's oil changing service is A-Ok, but want to give a heads up that the car wash is more just to rinse your car than make it look clean. read more

I've been going here for a few years now (twice a year) so I've been here about 6 times. The service is always friendly and fast as long as you get there during a time when there isn't a super long line. I have to leave this review since I just went there a few weeks ago and last week my car's oil drip pan underneath the front of my car has started hanging low and scraping on every driveway or speed bump I go over. It was clearly not bolted on properly or loosely enough where it came loose. This is not the first time this has happened right after having my oil changed here. Otherwise I wouldn't jump to saying it's on the work that was done. However, this is now the 2nd time it's happened and I also noticed they didn't fill up my tires with air a week after this latest visit, since my car alerted me to my Tire Pressure being low, which it is was for both front tires. They weren't busy when I went there so not sure if maybe someone was new that was working on my car, but its now 2 times they didn't bolt my oil drip pan back on properly and I have to take it somewhere else to get fixed properly. I don't take pleasure in leaving this review but I'm going back to Jiffy Lube or Spee Dee next time. Even though the waits longer at those places, its not worth having to pay more and deal with things that weren't done properly for a simple oil change. I lease my car and this is just making me pay for extra headaches I didn't cause. I pay over $100 each visit to have my oil changed here, which I was always cool with given I go there when the line's low and they're fast, but at least I never had issues a week or two later after going to Spee Dee or Jiffy Lube. read more
