Buyer Beware: This company sells salvage titled vehicles that they price in comparable price ranges as clean titled vehicles without doing the repairs to make them safe and road worthy again. We looked at a 2013 Chevy Traverse that they had listed for $13,999 and while the vehicle seemed to be in good cosmetic shape (minor dents, clean interior) we took it to the local Chevrolet dealer to have it checked out mechanically. The diagnosis, multiple damage including the need for a new transmission, new axle, new catalytic converter, and oil pan issues. The rough estimate to make the repairs on the Traverse (VIN 1GNKVGKD4DJ163891) was $7000 plus and the Chevrolet dealership said the vehicle wasn't safe to even be driving.

I don't even know where to start. I hope no one goes through with these guys, they told me a car was a clean title so it sounded like a great deal, ended up driving 6 hours all to find out it was a rebuilt car, and at that it was poorly done. Matter of fact every single car on the lot was awful, the guy also was trying to hide problems clearing codes and what not, the car we were looking at was all bent up paint was bad leaking coolant all over the place but guy said it's because of a car wash also the car needs a whole new motor for sure! ticking like no other, so we read the codes that he was hiding and it ended up being all bad, talking crank shaft was out of place, misfires, and so much more to the list so please don't waste your money on this Porsche. the cars a lost cause worth 15k at most and that's pushing it! thanks for your time! I highly don't recommend these guys!! True bone heads :)

I will definitely come back here for my next used car…read more I have always wanted a kei truck since high school and saw one on the lot at Tyacke. The time at the dealership was quick and we got to drive it home about an hour after we got to the dealership. Then I had some back news where Tyacke was able to come in and go above and beyond. The next day I brought it home - the truck would not start up. I was devastated as I was really excited about the vehicle. I knew that a used car dealer had no obligation to help when I bought a 30yr old car as is. I reached out to Chris just to let him know what was going on and how I felt. Chris offered to take the car and look at it for me and found that there was a huge issue with the engine. What shocked me is that he gave me an option at that point - we could undo the sale and I could go on my merry way - or they could help get it running again with a new engine they located. I chose to trust Chris and see how far the repair path would go, I really wanted this thing running again! It took longer than either of us expected but. This went above and beyond to be fair throughout the process even covering payments for the car while it was in the shop for a few months. While the process was a few months, I got my truck back running better than ever! I think it can be hard to find people with integrity and looking to do the right thing for customers and the community - Chris and Tyacke have it all.

Our Sales Rep John knew every detail of his product and provided us outstanding service on the day of delivery. I traveled from NV to Provo GMC to purchase a truck since the dealerships in Las Vegas had limited inventory and wanted to be difficult when it came to closing a deal. Not the case with Joe and his team. They responded immediately to my online inquiry and notified me they had two of the vehicles in stock. By the end of the day, we had agreed to a price that was lower than any other dealership had quoted me. On top of that, they promised to hold the vehicle for me until I could drive up from Las Vegas. The day of delivery could not of gone smoother. The truck looked amazing and John made sure we understood how everything worked since I was upgrading from a 2006 GMC Sierra that lacked all the new tech. John has even reached out a couple times post purchase to make sure I have no questions. Bottomline, I give Provo GMC my highest marks and whole heartedly recommend them. They operate with transparency and integrity, which made working with them a fantastic experience.

In that short time, it's already been in the shop three times and now it needs a completely new engine. Before the engine failure, I even tried to sell it back to Provo GMC at a financial loss, hoping to cut my losses early, but they wouldn't even consider it. It's clear to me now that there were underlying issues from the beginning. I'm incredibly disappointed by how this situation has been handled and by the lack of accountability from the dealership. I expected better both in terms of product quality and customer care. You have my all my info to call me so just do that!

They had an older Tesla Model S for sale that me and my wifey were interested in. We found it online and messaged about it and they seemed to be good with us taking it for a test drive. We live about an hour away so we came into Orem to test drive it, and when we pulled in people inside looked over but nobody came out to the lot or anything. We walked around trying to find the car but we couldn't, so finally we had to go in and ask someone about the car, and someone reluctantly came to show us where it was. We asked for the person we had been messaging with and they told us that the individual was not in but they could help us. The new person then proceeded to show us the car and all was going well. When it came to it, we asked if we could test drive it and the person said yes absolutely. They went to go get the keys, but when they came back they told me they were actually "late for a wedding" and had to leave early so we couldn't test drive. This was off putting so I asked if someone else could show us the car and he brought his manager (at least that's what they said he was). The new guy said I wasn't allowed to test drive the car because it was a "performance car" and I could only test drive the car if they ran my credit, to (and I quote) "make sure" I could afford it and be approved for it. This immediately caught me by surprise, as the car was simply about $25k and was a USED HIGHER MILEAGE TESLA. I own a business and through my life have bought many cars, all of them performance vehicles or expensive trucks and never once had a dealership try to run my credit to verify I could "afford it" when inquiring. I politely asked why they had to run my credit as obviously that wasn't normal, but they didn't give me a straight answer and one of the guys actually even let out a sort of laugh when the other gentleman was "attempting" to explain. They were also highly condescending in tone. On the spot with that having happened we thanked them for their time and walked out, but we could hear them snickering behind us. Shame. We even had our checkbook with us as we were really interested in purchasing the vehicle on the spot. Guess they didn't want the business. We went here immediately after I got off work that Saturday and I wonder if they treated us this way because I had on work boots that had a bit of paint stains on them. Regardless of the reason this is not how a dealership should work. We put off leaving a review but I ran into the page here and see others have also had bad experiences and thought we'd finally share ours, in hopes of hopefully helping people stay clear. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Stay away and go elsewhere.
