These guys created two fake Yelp reviews after mine on 01/31/13. They messaged me on Yelp from "Anthone" telling me to "get a life". Notice that both Melissa and Anthone's reviews are on the same day and directly contradict everything in my initial review. This company is a rip off. I purchase for my daughter a remote starter-- and made a appointment for her. My daughter lives in north jersey. When we got there for the appointment at 8 am -- no one was there -- and waited until 9 -- for the guy to tell me -- his guy call out -- He could of call me-- but he choose not too-- then when I voiced my opinion-- he said we all have problems-- never offer any CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I have to say these guys are the worst shop I've ever dealt with. I have them order all this stuff for my car, I leave my car for the day, they claim to have completed all the work and just wanted to keep it an extra day. They call back the next day saying they couldn't do any of the work because they ordered all the wrong stuff, they then order all new stuff other that what I originally ordered without my permission. Long story short, I originally spent a total of $1700, they do absolutely no work to my car other than take it apart and put it back together the way it was, I'm then still beat out of $200. All this took over 6 months and I end up with my car still stock. I will never go to them again and I highly recommend not to bring your car there. read more

They did excellent work on my 2017 Toyota Highlander. Tinted the windshield and solved a reflection problem by wrapping the front dashboard vents in flat black. Made it look like it came from the factory that way. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Very professional, and extremely helpful. I had a new stereo system put in my F150 with a backup camera here. It was a 2 hour wait which to me was short for the work done, system works great, staff was very knowledgeable and one of the workers gave me an awesome tutorial on my new stereo.. Not professional in the least. Called about having a stereo put in my sisters car and was given the run around on the amount of wiring and the parts needed to install. Thought the price was steep so I had my friend call for a similar product a few days later. It was $200 less. Had a good price on window tint though. Dropped my car odd and they said it would be a few hours. 5 hours later with no call i finally called and they said that they were behind and short staffed. A phone call would have been nice. Will never bring any car here again. Overpriced and too many add on products read more

These guys are great and professional! I've never had a problem. I have brought all my vehicles (4 total) here either for tints, radios, HID's or parts for my truck. If there ever was a problem they do get on it and will make sure it's corrected. They are busy at times and you might have to wait but they have always given me a heads up. They are busy cause there good at there job and it shows, at least in my case. I will continue to bring my cars to them read more

First off these guys are thieves, they sell refurbished remote starters for full price, they break stuff in your car and cover it up and pretend like they didnt do it. I used to go there only because my friend used to run one of their stores so I knew that he wasnt going to screw me, but he did let me in on their practices. They use a reputation company to get rid of bad reviews and bribe their angry customers to take them down. I would never step foot in another one of their stores and I advise you to do the same, that is unless you want some second rate technician working on your car with refurbished products while robbing you blind. read more

I am probably one of the owners Mark & Bills oldest customers. I have used them since they were in college to tint and do radio work on my cars before they opened the first store when they came to my home to do the work. Have probably had 10-12 cars worked on by them on Rt 18 in the last 25+ years. They have forgotten about customer service or just don't care about who represents them. Went into store to get estimate on alarm with auto start for my sons car. I was told we don't do many alarms anymore but in any case here is what we got. Showed me Viper and gave me a quote of $499 for basic alarm and $699 with auto start. Guy seemed like he couldn't be bothered. Got other quotes and ended up setting an appointment with another in area for $499 with 2 way alarm and auto start. What a shame. read more

This place is fucking horrible. I dropped off my car at 3 pm on the 20th and they were tinting 3 windows. I called them that next morning for a timetable on when I should pick up my car, he said they're brining it in right now come at 3 o'clock. Long and behold I come at 3:45 and my fucking car hasn't moved an inch from where I parked it. I went into the shop and they said that they've been busy and they'll start it right now, and it'll take an hour and a half, are you fucking serious? How could you lie to a customer about when to come for one, second why the fuck does it take 26 hours to get a tint onto there God damn windows. The worst part is the tint had a fucking shit load of bubbles, scratches and marks all over ever fucking window. Never, and I mean never, come to this shit show of a shop, you're welcome for saving you from a rip off, waste of time and terrible quality work. read more

I would never recommend them to anyone! I had a remote start installed. I had it back to them 3 times to fix it because it wasn't installed correctly and they messed up the whole electrical system. They never did fix it properly and I still have a problem to this day. My blinker lights, clock, and cigarette lighter do not work. I am going to have to go to another business that knows what they are doing and pay to have a new one installed. Do not use them! read more
