Really incredible! I am tired of hearing how good people are in their advertisements. These guys are the REAL DEAL for sure. Took my 3 year old BMW760i back to literally looking literally at least as great as I picked it up in the showroom 3 years ago. Inside, Outside, Everything. Thank you all! read more

They charge a credit card processing fee without clearly disclosing it upfront. When checking in, they ask whether you're paying with cash or card, but they don't explain the additional fee. They also don't provide pricing unless you specifically ask. Otherwise, they hand you a ticket for their most expensive package and charge accordingly. I felt misled by the entire process. Good customer service starts with transparency, and that was lacking here. It feels terrible to leave feeling taken advantage of. Because of this experience, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place. Paid $36 and change for mediocre wash. Car is still filthy. Still trying to figure out what I paid so much for. Better off going somewhere else or doing it yourself. Garbage everywhere, Have to go home now and clean it myself. $36 down the drain. Stay away from this place!!! read more

Very friendly cleaning staff. Very good job cleaning my car. Have been there a few times. Overall satisfied except when I go to pay, I'm given an update on when the last time was that I came in to get my car washed. That was really off putting. It's not like a dentist office and I'm getting a recall notice. A "Thank you for coming" is much more appropriate. read more

They consiststantly provide quality service that is quick and convenient. Location is clean and workers kind and knowledgeable about pros and cons of each cleaning tier. read more

Very bad customer service. Not from workers from the owner/manager. The car wash right next to the. Is cheaper and better.

We paid $50 for the top of the line wash and was disappointed and was upset to find that several areas of the car were not touched. The trunk, the front - both driver and passenger side. The console was also filled with crumbs. Pretty much the entire interior was a disappointment read more

I visited Prestige Auto Spa NJ today for the first time in several years, and I've been hearing from multiple people how the new owners have transformed it into the best in the state--and they weren't wrong! Right away, I was greeted by one of the owners, Jeff, who was stocking shelves. It was great to see the owner so hands-on, and he couldn't have been more welcoming and informative. He introduced me to his partner Jorge and manager Brooks, and the whole team made me feel right at home. Despite how busy they were, I was blown away by how quickly they got my truck done--and the results were amazing! The team's attention to detail was impressive, and I've never seen so many people working together at a car wash--there had to be at least 20 staff members all working hard. I also loved the nostalgic candy, toys, and the huge selection of drinks and snacks. You can see why they have a 4.9-star rating--it's well deserved! Prestige Auto Spa NJ is definitely my go-to from now on. Highly recommend! read more

We took it to them after traveling from Pittsburgh to have it washed. We paid for their biggest package. They did not clean car! There were still bugs, dirt and oil on the car. They didnt even dry off the car. Also they scratched the car on the passenger side. I called and was told that would rectify this problem. I took it back the next day And left it with them. The scratches out that they caused are still there and the car is still dirty. Oil marks, bugs smears all over the windshield and car. It also looked like a dirty rag was used on the windshield.- smears everywhere!!!! I wil never ever ever take my car back to them, especially for the price that they are charging $46 For this "service". read more

I pay for the best wash and wax but the last few times I went wasn't that good. Things they used to do they don't. They rush to fast to get done right. I was disappointed. read more

Excellent car wash service. My car is actually shiny every time as if it was waxed. A little on the expensive side, but so is everything now a days. Could be more careful of leaving water streaks on windows. Best car wash in our community. I highly recommend this place to keep your car looking showroom clean.. read more

Line moves fast, girl at register very efficient and car was very clean. Could not ask for more from your car wash.

I won't be going back here ever. Not only was the entire wash rushed, they did a terrible job and for over $30, I want to see my car actually clean. This is unacceptable. Nothing like paying that kinda money for a full service car wash and having to come home and wash you car yourself anyway. read more

Prestige Auto Spa NJ - $33 for a car wash and they don't even clean the door. - Car Wash Near Me - Toms River, New Jersey

I e been going here for almost 5 years and I love their staff and the way they take care of my car.

Very friendly people and a quality car wash as well. Free diamond car wash is of great value.

Just returned after paying over $30 for a platinum wash. My car is still dirty. The bird droppings were still there although they were easily removed with a damp paper towel. I'm not sure they even ran it through the wash. Used to be a good place. Don't waste your money or time read more

Horrible oil change mechanic very aggressive I will never go back again, they lost a customer with two car wash member and 3 car oil change

RUDE !!! The man who takes your "order" was so rude!!! They have so many options & I just wanted exterior and interior (+ an extra dollar because I have a small SUV ) the man who quoted the price was very dismissive and said he was the oil- changer ... just plain obnoxious &rude . He was also rude to the woman in front of me & yelled at her to "get out of the car". . A real. A--hole ! read more

Went in for an oil change. Hadn't been here for awhile. Didn't realize ownership had changed. 160$ FOR A 7 QUART OIL CHANGE! They didn't even change the filter! 6$ charge for using a credit card! Meanwhile there's places nearby doing them for $29.95! This place is a rip off. I wouldn't pull in to spit on the building if it was on fire after this. My fault for not making them get specific about the price before hand but they don't make that easy! They can't be in business long after this when the competition is charging 1/4th. Meanwhile their techs are being paid crap wages with no benefits. ROBBERY! read more

Nasty owner, arrogant beyond belief. Drove 1/2 hour to get there for hand wash, what a waste of time.

They did a decent job cleaning most of the car except they didn't clean the back of the SUV and the car smelled like wet dog when I drove it off the lot. For the price I paid I will never go back. read more

Horrible service. Absolutely rude cashier. I had a free coupon for a car wash and vacuum and had the scanning code but she didn't know how to scan it on my phone so I got charged full price for something I wouldn't have done because I didn't have the money had they had competent staff. Never coming again read more

The premium car wash is not bad. They do a good job of cleaning your car BUT they broke my passenger door rain guard in half and didn't say anything about it nor did anything about it... The cashier/front desk worker, the woman, is nice but comes out rude at times. read more

From 15$ to $23 dollars for a car wash !!!! Just stop !!!! Place was ran better by previous owners . There's way too much in the show room looks like a mini mart not a car wash . Rude staff ... ridiculously over priced for a half a$$ job ! Never again !!!! read more

I had my car washed today, 7/15, with the understanding that the Gold Pkg. at approximately $22 included interior and exterior. When i left, I travelled a short distance and my car would not move. It took me a while to figure out that someone had left the hood unlatched, so my alert system went off. When I got home, I noticed that the chrome wheels were still dirty, so I cleaned them myself. I called the office and was told that the business is under new management and that the Gold Package does not include wheels. What a joke! Do not patronize. There are plenty of better car wash venues locally; I would not go back there. read more

Did a FANTASTIC job with the wash! My only complaint is that the self serve bays were down

Went here for an oil change. My vehicle takes an element type filter in which the technician had to order (Understood). I had the Mobile 1 oil change which is priced at 114.00, and includes 5 quarts of Mobile 1 and filter. When I received my bill, I noticed that I was charged an additional 14.99 for the filter. When I questioned why, I was told (By the cashier) that the element is different and isn't a filter, (Which is nonsense) but made no adjustment to my bill. Cashier was also a bit snarky. I also got the Diamond wash at $10 off and noticed that was mediocre with a poor vacuum and dirt still remaining on carpet. I will find another car wash and oil change location. read more

Super customer service and attention to detail. I have a membership at a car wash closer to my home and although they do a decent job, I always need to inspect my car for missed spots, streaks, how well did they get the rims clean. The guys at Prestige left no doubt. My car has never been so clean since it left the factory. Rims spotless, all glass perfect, no spots, no streaks. Manager on-site was very pleasant and professional. Really a great car wash. Thanks guys! read more

Went there with four tires that were in good condition and when I came out one of my back tires had at least one screw that was a half an inch long and a second screw that was almost 5 inches long. I had a letter from their employees stating they take full responsibility for the screws in my tires.
