I have had sever window tints and remote starts put in cars in the last 20 years, The job has always been done correctly, and i am satisfied with there work and trust them completely. Tint is always done well but customer service and waiting area leave tons to be desired. No air on and I'm sweating it's 87 degrees out and it's still morning. I am having trouble actually breathing and have been fanning myself for two hours with a magazine just to get air. Chairs are right in window so sun shines right on you. I've never once called here or come in here and seen a smile or a hello. Nothing lol. Very unwelcoming. I've been waiting over almost 3 hours now and I asked how much longer it may be he barely gave me an audible answer just obviously was too much for him to digest!? Lol. So rude. They told me about 2 hours and now I'm missing a doctor appointment I waited 3 months for! . But Ive been here a few times for tint and they do ok. I thought initially he's having a bad day -- but the rudeness, the absolute lack of professionalism, and even downright violence at his desk made is despicable. Please -- do yourself a favor and stear way clear of this bad apple. The owner is SO rude!!! The work looked terrible. Bubbles throughout the entire back glass. There was a seam across the glass. This was not discussed prior to repair. He said "We'll take our tape & you can go somewhere else" as if we didn't matter. He tossed our credit card at us when we had him remove his product. how do they stay in business? Went here for undercoating of my brand new truck because the reviews and their webpage said they had 33 yrs of experience and i figure they do good job. Went I came to pick up the truck they only sprayed the frame and nothing else, didn't look like they cleaned anything before applying the product, there was overspray all over the mudguards front and back. When I asked how come they didn't spray more and in other areas the one guy said because that would unbalance the vehicle and the way it would drive. I've had 10+ vehicles, motorcycles and boats and currently work as an aircraft mechanic and have never heard that, under coating it's normally a one coat of rubberized paint to protect the metal under your vehicle and prevent it from rust, salt, water and any other elements out there. Over all this people pretty much stole my money, by the way the vehicle looks they probably didn't work ok it for more than 30 mins. I could've done a better job with a spray can, I wish I would've done it myself instead of taking it to this place. Customer service wasn't the best but at the end what matters it's the product it was definitely a waste of $267 for undercoating my vehicle. I would give them a zero star but Yelp app doesn't gives me that option. read more

Worst place I've ever gotten a car tinted, it's comparable to DIY, the owner is an asshole who has no customer service experience, they chain smoke and even do it in your car, they work sloppy and leave a watery sticky residue when they return car and tell you that normal oppose to cleaning before they return your car, they make you pay for extra tint service packages that are standard anywhere else, I wish I've read these reviews before taking my car here, I'd never go there again or recommend. I have had dozens of vehicles (personal and business) tinted at this location as well as remote starters installed. If you pay attention to details and follow the maintenance rules of new tint, (don't roll windows down/basically leave them alone for a week) then return the following week for inspection and warranty, they will look professional. On the one rare occasion that I had a concern with a tint install, it was promptly removed and replaced at no cost. As for seams on large curved windows, you get what you pay for. You want seamless on large curved areas, that takes time, and time =$. I had requested the lesser expensive seam install on a particularly curvy rear window on a Cooper, and you could barely notice. Ed and Ron are matter of fact, experienced professionals. If you are seeking an entertainment session, go to Dave and Buster's. Do not waste your time getting your windows tinted at Auto Dogz. If I could give zero stars I would. I originally took my car to Auto Dogz to get the two front windows tinted, a fairly simple seeming job. Upon receiving my car back from them, I was told not to roll down the windows for 7 days and to bring it back for them to "check" after that time. When I mentioned the bubbles that I was already seeing, I was told they would go away. The next day, I noticed that they weren't going away and that there was debris in between the window and the tint. Out of curiosity, I rolled the window down slightly and was upset to see that the tint was unevenly cut and not as far up the window as it should be. I called the shop and they agreed to re-do the tint to my satisfaction. Since they knew what I was looking for, I assumed they would do a better job. But they didn't. The same problems were evident the second time around, not only to me but to others. Upon calling to talk to them again, I was told "just bring it in". No apologies, no time frame, nothing about how it would be resolved. When I took my car back, assuming that I would leave it to have them properly remove the tint, the manager/owner walked out and tried to give me reasons why it wasn't his fault or "you can hardly see that", I then said i just wanted it off and my money back, then without saying a word, looked at the windows and just ripped the tint off. Now I am left with glue all over my windows, no apology (though I did get my money back), and I have wasted a lot of time and energy. Not to mention, still no tinted windows. Not one person apologized for all the incompetency and time I had to spend getting just 2 windows done and redone. I have had vehicles tinted several times over the years and never had to take any of them back. I just cannot believe the way they handled the job, their lack of professionalism and general respect. The window tinting service they provided was not quality - it was bubbling up and looked very shoddy. They told me, that is the best they can do. Worst customer service i've had in a VERY long time. I was excited that I bought a brand new car and took it to get the windows tinted. Owner Ed was extremely rude. My mom drove up to sit with me while I was waiting and she walked inside to ask Ed a question about her jeep and he made her look like she didn't know what she was talking about! I couldn't believe the level of disrespect he was showing us. As for the tint, I was so upset to see that it was terrible, it was so bubbled and scratched. I figured id wait it out a few days because thats what you do and it just got worse with time! I had to actually get it removed 2 weeks later. Had window tint done to my vehicle when they tinted my window there was 2 strips of tint on one window then I was told it was to save money but wouldn't u use one solid piece ? We had Auto Dogz install a car alarm in a brand new car. They didn't install it correctly, the horn was pushing up on the hood. As a result the hood release mechanism was damaged and we had to spend $128 at the dealer to fix it. Auto Dogz refused to reimburse for the damage. I've used this company many times before because they were recommend by my mother (rip). Never had an issue. I recently went there to get my brand new car tinted. Not only did they scratch my vehicle in multiple spots they did a horrible job on the tint. The tint is bubbled on back window( which he says will come out) with a horrible overlapping seam (because they used 2 pieces of tint instead of one) Back side windows have gaps in the corners where there is no tint at all. Back window also has tint hanging off because it wasn't cut properly. Was told they would charge me another 170 remove tint on back window and replace with one piece. I was never informed about it being in 2 pieces. Called and spoke to owner. Told me I should learn how to read and he isn't a charity and then hung up. Mind you I was never given paperwork or told verbally that said anything about using 2 pieces of tint on back window. Warranty is a sham! Refused to give anything in writing. Horrible, horrible man that karma will get. read more

Brought my 94 Bronco into Auto Dogz for a full inside spray of Linex. I had most of the stuff out already except the front seat and wires in the truck. When I brought the truck in I told them to just spray over the wires and the seatbelt bolts. They were very professional and gave me some advice on other parts they should remove and spray like an access panel on the tailgate. Of course I went with their professional opinion. They were able to keep the truck inside for me and got the spray done within a couple days. When I went to pick the truck up I was really impressed. They went above and beyond what they told me and removed the wires and seatbelt bolts to do the spray. What a great job they did. The spray is fantastic and looks amazing. I couldnt be happier with the service, and the dedication to make the job perfect. I would highly recommend this place for linex bed liner and any other modifications they perform. I am sure they put as much effort into other jobs as they did mine. I will definitely be back. read more

Had a remote starter put in my car. When I went to drive the car home it smelled so bad of cigarettes I had to put down every window on a cold November day. That night the car didn't start. I didn't work for 3 days. The very arrogant owner told me it wasn't his product and he couldn't do anything for me. I asked if he could remove the starter and refund me. He told me he doesn't give refunds. When asked what was the next step if the car doesn't start again, he said it wasn't his problem, then told me he was busy and left the room!!! I could not find anyone in Philly to do the Rhino bed liner. I found this place online so I gave them a try. The bed liner looks great and I paid a fair price. I have 2 issues with this place. They said they would call me when the work was done and they didn't, I called them. Secondly, the man who helped me needs a lesson in appreciating customers. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!! They messed up my tint and wanted me to pay $160 to fix their mistake, and their price for all the windows that i got tinted was $170. So basically they wanted almost full price to fix the tint on my back window. The owner and worker were rude as can be and even asked me if i could read, suggesting that i was stupid because they failed to explain how they tint the windows and when i was not satisfied they wanted to charge me because of their mistake! They proceeded to call me a liar and say they did explain this very important detail, even though they never did! The owner and his employee also walked into the back in the middle of me asking them to fix the issue after they argued with me about the quality of the work and telling me they would not fix the car without an extra $160.
