I rescheduled for two weeks later. canceled again. After I got upset he said he was coming in the afternoon and never showed up. He constantly blames Samantha for his scheduling. Then he came the next day and seemed very off. He was in and out of his car 20 times and left 4 different times. At 5 o'clock he told me it was not going to be finished. I was very frustrated and told him I want my money back. Then later that night I offered to give him a chance to finish the job the next day. He told me he would be there at noon. Once again, no call no-show canceled at 1 o'clock. He still has my money and did not do the job. I'm still waiting for a refund. it's been four days and he has not answering or returning my calls. The end result is okay as there are window streaks, dirty wheels, mirrors always dirty or not dried etc etc. This is the first time I ever paid for the Mac daddy $32 because it was so cold out I didn't want to clean the inside myself. How can you pay $32 and not clean the mats or wipe down the door jams or move the mats and vacuum under? The manager came out after the guy washing the car alerted her and she said the mats are not included for $32 but I could pay extra $4 to have them cleaned. I guess $32 for a wash doesn't include a complete wash. I came home and basically had to wipe the entire car again and do the entire inside over. 2 stars might be generous. However if you pay for a basic outside wash only you don't feel as ripped off as you only expect so much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!! I had been a loyal and…read moreweekly repeat customer of this car wash for a year and a half. That is until the car wash damaged my factory car rear spoiler with the wash roller arm that goes over the vehicle. The arm slammed down after going over the roof of the car and ripped the rear spoiler up off my trunk. I knew when I exited the wash that there was something damaged so I pulled off to the left of the exit in front of the building and the towel dryer workers swarmed my car and started to try to push the broken rear spoiler back down. I told them repeatedly to stop touching my car because I knew they weren't going to be able to fix broken clips by pushing the piece back down. I asked for the manager and he took his time getting to my vehicle to look at the damage. He asked me to pull into the oil change shop, so I did. At this time he tried prying the broken clips bending the metal on my trunk up. He didn't have the clips in his assorted body trim clip bin to fix the damage, which leads me to believe that this happens a lot at this location. I asked him to stop prying the trunk and he asked me to leave the location. I was reasonably upset and was a little agitated. I went and filled out a police report with the Lakewood for the property damage that occurred. The "damage claim" from the car wash was a complete joke and was not designed to actually help anyone fix the damage. The car wash manager stated that the car wash was not responsible for any damage to vehicles. The customer service response was not much help either not offering any other resolutions other than their manager physically replacing the broken clips after I specifically asked him not to touch my car after being too aggressive with prying the sheet metal on my trunk. I canceled the membership and ordered the parts from Acura and had to take care of the damage myself. It ended up costing me over $100 for the correct factory parts. I would not recommend this wash to anyone period full stop! Stay away they are not a good business!
