All was fine for a few weeks- no change in cars.... Suddenly, without explanation, a worker appears at my window and insists that the new policy is to remove all hitches from trucks and SUVs. Interesting because I had been through this thing numerous times as well as other car washes and in fact, my family also owned one years ago and this has never been an issue. Additionally, my hitch has a lock on it so there's no way it was going anywhere. no one offered to replace it after they took it off and there was no way for me to leave the line and abandoned the errand that morning. Fast-forward a few days later and I try to get my car washed during early business hours and it's closed. I try again later that day again during business hours and again it's closed. I guess the idea is to take your credit card and charge it but not to provide the service. Final comment, it's a tight squeeze when you come out and you try to get your vehicle set up near a vacuum. People plop themselves down right where the bay lets out the cars. PS: The owner and his wife also own HARRIGANS PUB and let's just say neither one is especially friendly or place much of an emphasis on customer service. I'd suggest PJs on 35 in Wall. The end result is okay as there are window streaks, dirty wheels, mirrors always dirty or not dried etc etc. This is the first time I ever paid for the Mac daddy $32 because it was so cold out I didn't want to clean the inside myself. How can you pay $32 and not clean the mats or wipe down the door jams or move the mats and vacuum under? The manager came out after the guy washing the car alerted her and she said the mats are not included for $32 but I could pay extra $4 to have them cleaned. I guess $32 for a wash doesn't include a complete wash. I came home and basically had to wipe the entire car again and do the entire inside over. 2 stars might be generous. However if you pay for a basic outside wash only you don't feel as ripped off as you only expect so much.
