How lucky am I that I found such a place in walking distance from my house? Superior always gives me an honest assessment of my car at an affordable price. I never worry if I'm being taken advantage of. In fact, I know for certain I'm getting the best service at the best price. I once had Honda look at my 2003 Accord because the power steering fluid had leaked. They thought it was a good opportunity to try to upsell me into a new vehicle, so they quoted a $10,000 list of repairs and told me I'm better off moving on to a new car. I went to Superior to get a second opinion (which is now the first and only one I need), and they got all my work done for $1,800. They're called Superior, and they live up to that name, in their work and customer service. Special thanks to Andrew and Suraj for always making time for my car with a friendly disposition to boot.

I paid for what was supposed to be a premium service for my wife's Mercedes-Benz, expecting professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer care. Unfortunately, what I witnessed was the exact opposite. While several employees were struggling to clean vehicles, the owner appeared more interested in sitting indoors drinking beer during business hours than supervising operations or ensuring customers received the quality of service they were paying for. The lack of leadership, accountability, and professionalism was impossible to ignore. As someone who values good service and is willing to become a loyal, repeat customer, I was extremely disappointed. Rather than earning my future business, this experience guaranteed that I will never return. Consumers work hard for their money and deserve businesses that take pride in their work and respect their customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment and would strongly encourage others to consider alternative car wash options in the Englishtown area. Very disappointing.! Leonard

I'm incredibly frustrated by what happened to my car at this shop. I own an S2000 that I baby more…read morethan my 718, F87 M2C, and G29 Z4. So before trusting anyone with it, I did a thorough search of shops in my area to make sure it would get the highest-quality treatment. Bodymotion had touchless tire-mounting equipment and solid customer reviews, so I decided to bring my S2000 here and pay the premium they charge. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed damage on the fender that wasn't there before. I pointed it out, and they claimed it was pre-existing and that they'd noted it before starting service. I hand washed this car the day before drop-off. There is no way I would have missed cosmetic damage like this. They then told me it was caused by my oversized tires. While the tires are larger than stock, I had the fenders rolled to fit them properly and have run this setup without issue for 20 years. As "proof," they showed a photo taken before the work. But it was shot from a distance, the supposed damage is barely visible, and a photo like that proves nothing, since it could just as easily have been taken after the damage occurred. At no point would they acknowledge even the possibility that the damage happened in their care, which made further dialogue pointless. Customers beware. If you still choose to bring your car here, insist on a documented pre-inspection of the entire vehicle with a staff member before any work begins, and photograph everything yourself. I came in for a tire change and got it. But I'm now left hunting for a body shop to repair my fender, and it certainly won't be this one. Edit: Found a photo from a month ago (newly added). So it's either the damage occurred over the last month, which is unlikely because it barely gets driven ('02 MY and 35k miles), or damaged post drop-off. You be the judge.
