Brandon has an amazing talent! I was in need of a place to wrap my son's quarter midget race car, that was a challenge in its self as many shops had no clue as to what I was talking about, when we checked around for availability in doing this out of the "normal" job. Brandon was quick to return my call and to my surprise very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was needing wrapped. He has very reasonable pricing. Along with a great mind for design, paired with amazing patience when applying the material to the car or sign whatever your having done... as he was able to wrap the back end of our race car! Which is all curved areas. Yet the wrap came out with no wrinkles or blemishes whatsoever, amazing!! He is very understanding and will accommodate any need you throw at him as long as it can be done. Do not use this business. This kid ruined and damaged 4 pillars on a brand new truck. Have all text messages of him admitting to it. And then I gave him the chance to make it right, and yet he didn't. So now a police report was filed with Stafford PD for property damage (public document if you'd like to see it before using his service). I now have to take this kid to court over it. "Cival court" in his words because he thinks it's a joke. He did the job 3 times because he kept messing up on it. He even said he never wrapped pillars in PPF at the end of 3 times trying and wasting my time. We'll that was NEVER mentioned before him accepting the job and saying he can do it. He scratched EVERY pillar and even held the heat gun too long to the one and melted it. Everyone had some type of damge to it that was never there on a brand new truck. I even gave him a chance to meet me at Stafford PD so this matter could be handled and ended civilly (mind you the PD is 5 minutes up on the same road his shop is on) and he choose not to. It was a nightmare dealing with this kid, and the process still is not over. The owner will reach out in google reviews and try to make it seem as if it was the customer's fault. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I chose Mirage Wraps based on their 4.5-star rating. The price seemed fair, and I was excited--but it quickly turned into the most unprofessional, stressful experience I've ever had with any business. At first, I got along with the owner and stayed late while he worked on my car. One night I asked how he kept such high ratings, and he admitted to "the method": when someone leaves a bad review, he comments claiming it's "fake info" or from a "bot," then reports it until Google removes it. By then, I had already paid half and felt stuck. After that, I began to make sure I had every conversation forward documented for my safety. Things spiraled fast. I once walked into the bathroom and saw mushrooms on a tray. He'd been in there 20+ minutes, then handed the leftovers to an employee. Drug use was frequent, and I asked him several times not to be high while working on my car. He ignored that. Worse yet, he was openly racist. One night in his office, he proudly explained why he's racist and how he became this way. He said he would never work with a person of color. I told him two of my closest friends are POC, and he mocked me for it. After that, he regularly greeted me on the phone using a racial slur. That, too, is documented. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and disgusted. As for the wrap itself: it was promised in 4-5 days. It took over a month. He missed three deadlines, ghosted me each time, then messaged hours or days later with excuses. When I picked up the car, he admitted the front bumper wrap was poorly done and said it would peel. He offered to redo it for free if I bought more wrap. When the wrap started peeling--just like he said--it suddenly became "the painter's fault." We agreed I'd only pay for paint, and he'd redo the work. Two days later, he demanded $500. He had already started prepping the bumper under the original agreement. To top it off, i walked into the shop one time and watched his employee spray glass cleaner on one of my $3,500 chrome wheels and wiping it with newspaper, claiming it would make it shinier. I told him to stop immediately, but the damage was done. That wheel is now dull and ruined--mirror chrome turned to faded silver. This shop is a disaster. The owner is dishonest, unprofessional, openly racist, and under the influence while working. He changes prices after agreeing to terms, lies about timelines, and doesn't stand by his work. And his high Google rating? All bad reviews are taken down due to "the method". If I had known what really went on--drugs, racism, destroyed property, lies--I would've never trusted Mirage Wraps with my car. Stay far away. read more

When we considered our budget for this job we were reminded by Brandon to divide the cost by 36 months and we easily saw how this was going to be an extremely cost effective way of promoting our business for less than $90 a month! Absolutely stay away, complete train wreck of an experience FOR ME. There are many,many other shops around PLEASE save yourself the disappointment. BRANDON Does not keep any kind of schedule that he, himself comes up with. Nor will Brandon meet any appointments that are promised, he is the owner himself. should he show up, plan on him being hours and hours late or more than often another day completely if he keeps the appointment at all. Even after the job is paid in full Brandon cannot complete job in any kind of "as agreed" time frame, and it was his choice of time not mine when appointments were made. Four months later on a just under 2k small project on my boat and after more texts and more phone calls, and more empty appointments than I can count, my project has to be taken to another company to have completed. Not bad quality, not superb either imo. Nice guy but that means absolutely nothing if promises cannot be kept and job still is not finished. Promises to complete were not made by an employee but by Brandon the owner himself. Please save yourself a ton of headaches and the bullshit and take it anywhere else or even do it yourself cause at least even if you don't know what you are doing as far as wraps at least you will get the job completed. super disgusted and disappointed. read more
