He joined the Air Force and wanted it shipped to Germany, where he is base. One of the requirements is no tinted windows in the front driver and passenger windows. I had to remove the tint. It took me 15 minutes to remove the passenger side. When I went to the driver's side. Guess what? No tint to remove. They never install the tint I paid for. This is how they treat US service members. Becareful and make sure you get what you paid for.

Every single time I went in to have them try to install yet another one, the employees here were incredibly respectful, kind, and made me laugh every time. I really have not had as good of an experience with customer service with my car as this place. It really felt like they actually cared about my issue, and even made recommendations on how to solve the issue if I wanted other options. It just felt personal on a level most other places don't do. It didn't feel like they were just trying to get a quick buck out of a 21 year old girl lol. Which most car places do unfortunately. The place is also super clean and well maintained and great hits are always played in the store on the radio that create a welcoming environment. Others services required me to bring my car to them for an estimated 3 hour job. Also Phil was between $175 and $250 cheaper. Phil told me my windshield likely did not have to be calibrated, which would cost an additional $300. He was right--my smart cruise control and lane recognition systems work fine. I'm glad I chose Superglass and will use them in the future if another stone cracks my windshield.
