Just wanted to share a heads-up for anyone considering the Spark Car Wash near Walmart on Route 9…read more I stopped in for a quick wash this afternoon with my 4-year-old daughter asleep in the car. I am a repeat customer and have always used this car wash since it opened because it's quick and easy with having small children. While going through today, my driver-side tire sensor started flashing, and by the time I reached the end, the tire was completely flat. The valve core on my tire had been damaged somewhere during the wash. I spoke with the manager, who contacted his boss, but he was told there was nothing they could do and not to assist further, leaving me stranded with my child. I do want to say he did try to help me with the air pump I had in my car and felt bad about the situation, but once that did not work he walked off somewhere and did not come back. Thankfully, I was able to get help from a neighbor who came to put on my spare. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning. Just wanted others to be aware of the customer service their upper management offers if there is damage to your car.
