Once the technicians were done, I noticed two gouges in my dashboard and scratches along the passenger A pillar. When I called Phil, he had the same technicians come out to inspect the damage as they thought it was residual glue. They admitted to dropping a saw and causing the damage. At that time, Phil offered my money back since going through an insurance claim would be to cumbersome. Fast forward to April 2025, I notice puddles of water on the driver and passenger floor. I bring this to the dealer for diagnosis and they advise the quality of the windshield replacement is at fault the water is coming through the cabin from the windshield seal. After paying the dealership $1,300 to replace the "replaced" windshield, I advised Phil of this. He got defensive and aggressive that I should have let him repair the leaks. Why would anyone, in their right mind, allow Phil and his technicians to repair their vehicle when it was already too much to fix the damage 4 months ago? Don't waste your time or money.

Others services required me to bring my car to them for an estimated 3 hour job. Also Phil was between $175 and $250 cheaper. Phil told me my windshield likely did not have to be calibrated, which would cost an additional $300. He was right--my smart cruise control and lane recognition systems work fine. I'm glad I chose Superglass and will use them in the future if another stone cracks my windshield.

Came out in an unmarked pickup truck with my new windshield. Nice enough guy, however, when he took…read morethe old windshield out and was cutting off the old windshield adhesive, I watched him out of the front window of my house standing with all his weight on the inside pocket of the door panel while yanking at the old adhesive. I watched the pocket drastically bowing as he continued to yank. He then repositioned himself with his foot in the top of the door panel, which is leather, and continued to yank. I went outside and offered him help because I was worried that he was going to cause damage, which he accepted. The rest of the installation went okay. When I looked at the door panels I noticed that they were creased on both the driver and passenger sides. I confronted him on the damage, and he denied causing it. Got in an argument in my driveway and he few off the handle and said he was going to take the windshield out, and began taking his tools out. I never insinuated that I wasn't going to pay him, only that he caused the damage and I asked if he was insured, which he said he was. I confronted him on using my door panels instead of a step ladder. I paid him and he left. It wasn't an unreconcilable issue, but he definitely created the damage and definitely handled it poorly. After he left I took photos of the creases and footprints on the door panels. I noticed that there were scraps of old adhesive on the driveway, and that I had stepped in some fresh adhesive that had fallen on the driveway. Accidents happen, it is what it is. The way you handle it defines you as a business. I wouldn't recommend him.
