Terrific job and reasonably priced! Rich makes sure the job is done on time and PERFECTLY. I took my brand new red Camaro in to have the bumper fixed/re-painted. (My husband backed it into another car -- he's not allowed to drive it anymore! LOL) Rich made sure the repair was absolutely perfect and, since I was paying out of pocket, priced right. He even buffed out a scuff from some inconsiderate person's car door for free. GREAT place if you need collision repairs! read more

Back in February, my daughter's car was hit in a parking lot and of course, the person took off. She had just gotten the car 12 hours before to replace the car she totaled in an accident. My husband and I were looking for an auto body shop that was open on a Saturday to get an estimate. Lacey Collision was the only one in the area that was. Lucky for us! They gave us an estimate (a few thousand dollars) that we opted to pay out of pocket since she just had an accident and we didn't want our rates to skyrocket with the insurance company. They had her car for a little over a week, in which time she was using my car. During that time, a deer ran into the back side panel of my car while she was driving. Thankfully that makes 3 accidents so she should be good! There was really little damage other than the clips that held the bumper on. So I decided to ignore it until my daughter used my car to move. She told me that the bumper was pretty much flapping in the wind. I took it to Lacey Collision to get an estimate with a knot in my stomach. How much more could we afford to put out for this initial accident? They looked at my car, asked if I had a few minutes and gave me my car back all fixed! When I asked how much I owed, I was told nothing! I will certainly be back if (hopefully not too soon) we are in need of another body shop! read more

Had a problem with the windscreen at the front of my sunroof which was blocking the sunroof from closing completely. Stopped by one day, had it looked at immediately, and was told they could do it Saturday morning in one hour - no appointment necessary. Very pleasant people, smiling, courteous and joking the whole time. I had a conflict that Saturday morning so my wife brought the car in. They knew immediately who she was (even joked with her about an incident we had with me closing the sunroof on a technician's finger) and told her to come back in an hour. My wife was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. She walked over to a nearby mall for an hour, returned, and the car was finished. Not only was she surprised that the job cost under $50, but she walked away with flowers in her hand. She couldn't stop raving about how this was, by far, the best collision repair shop she had ever encountered. I'd give it five stars and highly recommend it to anyone in need of that type of work. read more

I went to Lacey Collision for an estimate to repair some minor dings and scratches in my rear bumper. I am so glad I chose this establishment for my repair! The bumper looks great. The tri-coat paint is flawless. The service was personal. I was dropped off at my home after leaving my car for repair. The man who drove me opened my doors and kept asking if I was comfortable. I experienced the same service when I was picked up to return for my car. The repair was better than I expected but the service was way over the top (in a good way). They even gave me a bouquet of flowers and followed up with a thank you card in the mail. This attention to detail and customer retention is really not seen anymore. Great job. I highly recommend and if I ever need car repair again they will be my first choice. read more
