Stop your complaining you know details are so expensive so to pay less than 20 and have it done quickly that's what it is. As far as platinum only extras you get on the inside are mats and wheels on the outside along with several waxes. They put hundreds of cars through day you can't expect a 5 minute detail because that's not what you pay for you pay for convenience of not having to do the basics yourself. I called immediately, and the gentleman confirmed vacuuming was included and told me to bring the car back. When I returned, I parked out front and tried to flag down a worker. He completely ignored me. I had to go inside and explain that I had just called about the missed vacuuming. I was then told to take my car around back and wait in line again--even though the line had doubled and I had already waited once for a service I'd paid for. The way I was treated made the whole situation extremely uncomfortable. The employee was cold and barely spoke to me, and I felt like I was being a nuisance for pointing out that the work hadn't been done. I was left standing there unsure what to do, trying to get help for a problem the business had created. Eventually, my car was taken to the back and a worker vacuumed it. I also noticed afterward that no fragrance had been sprayed, even though that was listed in the package. Having two included services missed left me questioning what else wasn't done. This was frustrating, awkward, and unacceptable customer service. I won't be going back.
