All was fine for a few weeks- no change in cars.... Suddenly, without explanation, a worker appears at my window and insists that the new policy is to remove all hitches from trucks and SUVs. Interesting because I had been through this thing numerous times as well as other car washes and in fact, my family also owned one years ago and this has never been an issue. Additionally, my hitch has a lock on it so there's no way it was going anywhere. no one offered to replace it after they took it off and there was no way for me to leave the line and abandoned the errand that morning. Fast-forward a few days later and I try to get my car washed during early business hours and it's closed. I try again later that day again during business hours and again it's closed. I guess the idea is to take your credit card and charge it but not to provide the service. Final comment, it's a tight squeeze when you come out and you try to get your vehicle set up near a vacuum. People plop themselves down right where the bay lets out the cars. PS: The owner and his wife also own HARRIGANS PUB and let's just say neither one is especially friendly or place much of an emphasis on customer service. I'd suggest PJs on 35 in Wall. That's where I'm taking my business now. Bc after trying to talk to the owner about my beef, I could tell he was totally checked out.

Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

Chevrolet Roadside Assistance was great in arranging a tow vehicle, (flatbed because modern safety features will not allow a vehicle to go into neutral unless it's powered up enough, and the seatbelt is fastened). The service representative (Keith) received the truck, but sadly they had no loaner vehicles. He contacted me the next business day as promised, and sadly other than the fact that the battery had discharged, there was no internal evidence why. It's not like the old days where that you can likely leave something on; the vehicles are smarter now! Kieth volunteered to bring it back into the shop. Once again nothing to act on! So, you have the picture now. No loaner, no repair to give piece of mind, total disappointment. right? NO! Vehicles will always break, NO MATTER WHO BUILDS THEM!! The circumstances can be stressful, but stick with the shop that's willing to keep communication as they promise, work earnestly on validating/diagnosing/repairing a problem, and never telling the customer they are at fault, or imagining things!
