3rd time at this place and it's bad everytime. Was the 5th car in line and it took 25 mins to get in!!! Don't know what takes so long because they claim to have vacuumed but it never gets clean.. the guy that takes the orders deff hates his job.. he was nice when I finally got up to him read more

This carwash is now called Everwash .....I Just paid for a Gold unlimited Monthly Membership . I believe This Membership signup is a scam let me explain ... This was My Second Wash and i Noticed that the lady in front of me paid for a gold carwash . I walked ahead of her and sat on the bench watched all the funky color foams and all the bells and whistles go off .... When my Truck went threw ( Gold Package Monthly Subscription ) i noticed none of the bells and whistles went off just soap /water and dry . Once my truck got out of the booth the guys ouside started wiping it down and doing the windows and tire shine ... I brought my car here to get washed, I knew that the pollen was bad so I paid for the platinum. The car was still filthy when they were finished, I went in and said something because it won't $40 and was told "What do you expect your car was gross " I have 2021 car is was dirty but not gross. My windshield is filthy, rugs still dirty and they refuse to make us right!!! Horrible!!! read more

New to the area, I took a chance on New Era Car Wash. They did a great job, inside and out. Very satisfied with their service.

Went there last week with my dirty truck and treated it to the top tier wash. They did a great job inside and out. Looking foward to signing up for thier monthly wash plan. Dash and door cards still look shiny and thier tire shine did not sling onto my paint. 5 star read more

I've patronized this business many times over the years. I went today and now a "provocative" flag flies out front, maskless employees, no mask requirement for customers ahead of me. No thanks. I pulled out of line and won't be back. As a business owner myself, I'll never understand the logic behind alienating any of your customers. Wear a mask, save a life. read more

In the area and needed a quick wash, and that's what I got lol. I got the #2 and I'm glad I didn't pay for the #1, if your looking for a detail wash don't go here, I left with water stains all over the front grill and bumper, my back window was horrible, it was literally untouched. Inside of my doors where the arm rest are was not wiped at all, my center console was also not wiped at all, the top of my dash board also was not wiped down at all. I'm not a car wash expert but come on really, I could understand corners being missed cause of laziness but not even wiping the dash down at all! That's just sad lol. I'm glad there's Yelp to vent and post reviews. I def will never be going back to New Era car wash. read more

I was very disappointed with this car wash - most of the interior of the car was still dirty when I drove away - the mats looked like they weren't touched, dirt still on the console and dashboard, windows weren't clean. A waste of time and money - I will not be returning. read more

I was the only customer there and they seemed to take their sweet time. They did a really crummy job hand-drying the car afterwards, didn't even bother to drive the door jambs. I don't know how they cleaned my rubber mats, but there was standing water in the mats. Worse, they must have placed the cloth they clean the inside windows with on my leather passenger seat, left a big water stain. I understand whoever gets in my car to drive it forward is probably going to be shorter than me (I'm 6'1), but could you at least attempt to put the seat back when you get out. They suck. read more

Unfortunately I did not review this car wash prior to going today. I paid for the 24.99 supreme wash and got supremely ripped off. The car still had spots of dirt and wheel dust left on it. As far as the inside goes Steering wheel, dashboard, and center console was never touched. Back seat and floor mats went untouched as well. They were in such a rush to get cars out to get more in. There was no attention to detail... actually there wasn't attention to anything. It was a waste of $25 and I will not be going back again. read more

The worst car wash I have ever been to. Do not go! I went there last year and they did a poor job. I thought I would try them again and the $24.99 supreme washing (highest level). The car is shinny in some areas and dirty in the areas that needed to be cleaned. They pay no attention to detail and are in a hurry to get cars in and out. The owners were there and I complained to them and they could care less as they are making money and there is no other competition in the area. read more

I went a couple times last year and they did a decent job, but today they did a crappy job. I got a full service wash and my rims were still pretty dirty, they didn't power wash them correctly. I got a couple light scuff marks, I know there's a chance of that happening at a car wash, but I'm not that upset about that cause there not too visible. My rear windows where still dirty and had to windex them. Not gonna go back there! read more

They told me my mirrors wouldnt withstand the power wash so they vacuumed the interior instead which is all i really wanted! Did a great job and cleaned the windows too! read more

Awful experience today! $25 "supreme" car wash - paid for armor all dashboard cleaning and mat shampoo, received large scratch along driver side passenger door (which I understand is a risk, but that deep of a scratch and depth is awful) and an untouched not cleaned dashboard, barely dried, soap everywhere! read more
