Thieves. Took full payment upfront, agreed to customize a MOKE golf cart they delayed as I ASKED for 6 months, started 7/30/25. Expected getting the MOKE as requested-new paint, seats and steering wheel and They did nothing that I asked for knowing I paid in full upfront. They tried to leave the ugly mess with me,a day before I landed in the hospital 10/3/25, they never finished working on the MOKE, wouldn't allow return, never took it to properly paint and or install the seats, driver handle or paint and they wouldn't give money back. They still owe me a large amount. Worst untrustworthy service ever. You'd think they would work with some decency, they should be out of business completely. read more

If you purchase a car at brians be very cautious. Deal only with brian. Know what you are buying. DO NOT deal with dyllan. He is a liar and or has no idea what he's talking about. Purchased a vehicle there and was total junk. Even the mechanic confirmed this. Even still dyllan tried telling me lies and prolonged the the whole process of returning car. When I dealt with brian he finally agreed to take it back but only to switch for another vehicle they had. Scary. The new vehicle is ok. They do not inspect their vehicles so you may have bad brakes tires etc. Beware. Do yourself a favor and drive the other way read more

Fast talkers , don't negotiate at all , I was very skeptical about them , it was an uncomfortable situation to say the least. The cars they had were nice I believe they sell a lot on consignment which is ok . I would have dealt with them but my gut said Beware so I moved on . very nice inventory but poorly taken care of. I saw a Chevy SSR that I liked. went to look at it and they had 4 of them. 2 were good one needed a fuel pump and the the one I liked and test drove was in bad shape. every warning light was on and the passenger side door handle was broken. car was was dirty. it was stuck in limp mode and wouldn't do more then 30 miles per hour even when I floored the gas. they said don't worry about it we will clear the codes and wash it. that not the problem. sure you can clear the codes NOW but whats happens a week from now after I buy it? YOU NEED TO FIX THE REASONS THE LIGHT WENT ON IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I have been in the automotive business for for over 40 years and know a lot about proper auto sales policies. if you have a car on your front line it should be Clean and in good running condition ,not oh we will get it washed and running better. VERY LAZY. it a shame they have some nice cars but should take care of them better. have some pride guys. read more

Do NOT waste your time !! After a three hour session, Gary took a deposit and I was trading in a vintage Mercedes and buying a Porsche 911. The odometer on my vintage is not working (the first thing I told Gary ). After he did a carfax on my car and reviewed repair records, he decided he would accept my trade and we agreed on a deal for the new car. TEN DAYS LATER, Brian ( who I had never met ) informed me that HE decided they were not going to honor the deal. Despite a piece of paper with Gary's signature on it, despite the deposit and despite the handshake at the end of the negotiations, Brian decided he had the right to renege on the deal. Brian said he didn't care what Gary agreed to , he did not want the "headache" of selling my Mercedes. Their father would be ashamed to know how they are running this business by rejecting deals after both parties agreed. Nobody will EVER return your phone calls Billy is a useless sales person who always claimed he didn't know what was going on and would call me back ( he never called back) Gary's signature on a deal is meaningless Gary's handshake on a deal is meaningless Brian will not honor a deal if HE feels he would rather not. Nobody in the place cares about the customer, they just act in their own self-interest. They will never see me again. read more

The first person I encountered at Brian's was Billy, he was personable, professional and very knowledgeable! We were in total agreement that German auto makers consistently put out a high quality product. Bought a used Bentley from them and was told that if I wasn't happy with the car they would take it back and make me happy. Nothing could be further from the truth. Gary, is full of himself and hot air. After keeping my wife and I there for almost 3 hours during the initial sales process, he introduced himself to her again 4 days later, when I picked up the car as if he had never met her. A $70k car came with no gas. When I asked about this, Gary begrudgingly put in $20 worth of gas and when I asked why it wasn't filled up, it was because his brother had the credit card. In the interest of fairness, I did put a crack in the front of the car under the grill which they did fix for free. that was nice, but was the only nice thing they did. When I called to speak to Gary about trading the car for a Maserati I saw on the lot, he abruptly got on the phone and said, I have 30 seconds for you, I am with a customer. I asked if I could come down the next day to drive the Maserati, and he told me that there was a deposit on it. When I asked why he wasted my time, he told me that he was not the only salesman here, and he doesn't know everything. As a doctor and practice owner for 37 years, I am not used to being treated like this. The Final straw came when I called Brian, Gary's brother, and asked if they had gotten another Maserati in, as Gary had promised, and Brian told me I could have the same one that I was told was sold. Evidently, everyone in that place is a liar. Run far and run fast. They may sell nice cars, but they are as sleazy as used car dealers come. read more

I came here for a 2011 mustang i found on the internet and it was in pristine condition. If you know what you are looking for , it would be hard to find a better vehicle than what they have on the lot. I got a fair price on a mustang that was nicer than the 100s i looked at over the last year. The owner was very easy to deal with and was upfront. Drove all the way from Manhattan just to see this amazing 2011 Bentley. My friend was in the market of purchasing one so we decided to take a road trip to their show room. I have to say in all of my time of dealing with folks in the car dealership industry this is not your regular dealership they were so helpful and on my friends side when it came to dealing with banks insurance companies etc. Gary was so helpful (who is one of the owners) and treated us as one of his best customers and let's not forget little Brian (who will one day take over the reigns at Brian's auto center) who spent additional time showing my friend all the features and options of his new Bentley. So I wonder what is the correct # of days/weeks/months that it should take to receive your plates/registeration post car purchase? At Brian's it appears more than 2 months. It has literally been 1 excuse after another excuse after another excuse & at the end of the day, I don't really care WHY just where are my plates/registeration? My temporary plates expired on 12/20/13...it is now 2/17/14 & I still have no plates/registeration. WHAT is the real problem? I was told DMV was working on it & everything would be sent out tomorrow, well tomorrow never came. Then I was told the DMV person slipped & hurt herful on snow/ice but a Brian's rep (Jason) went down to DMV personally & got them to pull the paperwork & everything is being sent out tomorrow. Then we were told the plates/registeration got sent right to Brian's (attention of Jason) & Jason was sending overnight to us. It is now 3 pays post that last excuse & still no plates/registeration. What is the real problem here? Did you sell us a car with a bad title, with no title.....one can not help but to think the worst here. I know we have had several crazy snow/ice storms but I have received other packages from the United States Post Office, UPS as well as Fed Ex so why is this package having soo many issues?? All I know is if we have any issues with the DMV/Police/Insurance we are holding Brian's Auto Center 110% responsible. I am a fair person & as soon as we have a final resolution, I will update this post. UPDATE 2/24/14: Plates were sent & literally sitting at my post office when it was determined they were the WRONG plates, mixed up with someone else's?!?!!? (just can't make this stuff up) however, all was corrected & Sunday morning the plates & registration were at our door. Thank you! Oddly enough however, the date on the paperwork is from the 2/17/14 so I guess it does take Brian's TWO months to process plates/registration post car purchase after all..... read more

This year I decided it was time to purchase a sport car. I had passed Brian's going to and from work every day for years so I decided to stop in and check things out. "Little Brian" was the salesperson who helped me find what I was looking for - a Z06 Vette. He was very engaged and courteous throughout the process. When I made the decision to buy he talked me through all the things I needed to know as a first time owner. The car was prepped perfectly on pickup day. The plates came in on a timely basis and when I came to pick them up, Little Brian not only put the plates on but he also gave the car a complimentary wash & detail. These people are thieves!!! Do not trust Brian, Jason or Eric at all. I recently bought a 1997 Porsche That is still posted on their website and marked sold. After talking with Brian for a few days about the car He told me that the previous owner of the car was a friend of his. Brian also told me that the car had original paint and was in very good condition. I explained to Brian that my main concern was that the car was never in an accident other then that I could fix any mechanical issues. Brian and Jason assured me that the car was never involved in an accident and had it original paint still. I should have know something was wrong when Brian offered free shipping during negotiations. I sent them the money then they stalled on having the car delivered. I had to call them for a week before the car was sent out for delivery. Then after the car got delivered I could tell right away the car wasn't right. After confirming the car was in an accident and was poorly repaired and repainted to hide the accident by a 911 Porsche specialist. I called Brian and Jason about what they did and why they lied about it Brian sent me a check for $5,000 and also told me he wouldn't take the car back. I did contact a lawyer who said I have a good case they he would take pro bono but it would take some time and since I am out of state I would have to travel back and fourth. I decided not to sue but I will never trust any sales person again. Specially a used car sale person. I have had the car redone by Porsche specialist and the repairs cost over $20,000 to bring back to Porsche specs. I defiantly understand that people need to make a profit and to run their business but when they start lying and deciding people to do it then that is wrong. Brian, Jason and Eric are lyers, thieves and con artists. You should not trust anything they say without doing your homework yourself. read more
