My wife called the insurance company and an appointment with Safelite was made for April 21st, over a week away. We've had the car only a few days. It has only 1900 miles on it. I called the dealership where I bought it to ask for recommendations on getting it fixed and they immediately said they send all their glass jobs to Champion Auto Glass. I called and Ian the owner answered. He took my name, VIN, and insurance information. He told me he could get it done sooner and better. I said OK and called the insurance company glass department which is actually affiliated with Safelite. They had no problem however changing my claim to Champion. The windshield came in today and Ian rearranged his schedule so my windshield could be replaced. As promised, it was done sooner than what it would have been done. Ian is not only an awesome businessman who goes the extra mile for his customers but he's a nice guy. He has a trained, experienced, and professional crew who along with Ian, had my glass replaced and calibrated in only an hour and a half. Special shoutout to Jimmy at the front desk. He was busier than a cat covering its poo but I noticed he handled the numerous calls with calmness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the only reason to deal with this awesome company is if you have broken glass. I think I'll swing by with lunch some day.

I scheduled an appointment online to tint my two front windows and had to leave a deposit to secure the appointment. That was fine because the $30 deposit was applied toward the cost of the tint work. We arrived a little early, and they were able to fit us in right away. The work was completed much faster than expected. After letting the tint cure for a week, I noticed a small issue with one of the windows. Paul told me to bring it by the shop, and he fixed it without any hassle. This is the second car I've brought to Paul and his shop in the last five years, and I'll continue coming back and recommending them to others. Called insurance, we have a $500 deductible. I called the "nationally" advertised glass place, their cost was not any less than the out of pocket cost we would incur with That Glass Place. Both quotes were less than the deductible so we opted to pay it ourselves. I decided to support local business since we had used them before, very happily satisifed. This replacement was no different. I called, talked to Mary. She was quadruple-tasking at the time, but still made me feel like the only important customer on the phone. Scheduled quickly and easily and had no issues. Anytime I called with a question, she sounded like an old friend on the phone. Extraordinarily personable and remembered who I was and with what issue every time. Terry came out a couple days later, replaced the windshield in less than an hour, and gave a little WD40 shot to our hood latch to boot. And his dog Yogi was a delight too :) Work was done thoroughly and perfectly, all the tags, stickers etc were replaced properly and wipers that were a real mess (broken in half dozen places on each arm) replaced. (Yes, part of the cost, but we asked for that--and at HALF the cost of "nationally" advertised glass company!!) So, what I'm saying folks is, I HIGHLY recommend this business for your auto glass. I do not know what other glass services they offer, b/c I've only used them for auto, but when you can, support your local business. They are nice, quick, professional and competitive.
