The waiting room was well kept and had plenty of seats the filled up pretty fast but I can see why - they're so quick They offered 3 different types of vehicle tint in 5 different types of shade for the (middle option) ceramic I chose - blocks out majority of heat and UV which is definitely what we want here in Virginia. The staff was professional but casual, vibe was great, all business - Carlos walked me through the options since I couldn't really hear him on the phone he walked me through them AGAIN when I got there & explained the laws as well as what would best fit for my needs (which is a breast feeding mama in the back seat or pumping while at work!) The cost was about right down the middle from the quotes I'd called around for but no one could get me in faster so I thought Ohkay worth it - they charged me $320 for 20% front and back ceramic tint and the second I got in my F150 I could feel a HUGE difference from the factory tint I had before. Much darker (baby's going to be happy about that) and way cooler in this hot summer. Gave us a 20% coupon on our way out and we will absolutely be using that on my husbands RAV! Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! Our 3…read morelevel house has a lot of windows and the top level is sooo much hotter than the lower levels in part due to so much heat coming in from all those windows. I picked one of the darker films because we prefer to filter all that sun light and also want a break from the heat. Chris was able to answer all my questions and didn't try to sell me on anything, he just explained what they do and let me decide on my own. Next we went around measuring all those windows. Price was a concern as we have just purchased this house and don't have alot of surplus money laying around so I eventually settled on just starting with the upper level to try and equalize the heat situation. Chris called the office and scheduled our install for the upcoming Monday. The order sheet is easy to read and understand, no hidden fees! The prices are also very reasonable for the product. Before install I was a bit worried, but it's worth every penny! On Monday the two man crew showed up right on time, were quick, friendly and professional. They took extra time to clean all the windows and were careful with all the beds/desk they had to move to access them. Once finished I was just amazed! The glare is gone, the windows look perfect, both inside and out. It is a bit darker, but that was the effect we were going for when we picked the darker film. And the temperature difference in the house is so much better. It's no longer a 20 degrees difference from the bottom to the top level! Now we haven't had a really hot day since the install but I feel very confident this was a great investment and can't wait to get the mid level done to reduce glare on our TV.

The vehicle was turning left from Polk Drive onto Old Centreville Road while traffic was stopped and there was not enough room for the vehicle to safely complete the turn. As a result, the driver proceeded into the intersection and blocked the intersection of Old Centreville Road and Polk Drive/Maplewood Drive. At the time, a school bus traveling on Old Centreville Road was carrying students. She had to brake abruptly to avoid a collision with the vehicle and then wait for traffic to clear before she could safely proceed. Having a vehicle turn directly in front of a school bus under these circumstances created a dangerous situation for both the students on board and the driver and other cars behind her. I understand that traffic situations can be challenging, but this appeared to be an avoidable decision. I am especially concerned because the vehicle was clearly marked as a company vehicle, and I would expect professional and responsible driving from anyone operating a vehicle on behalf of a company. I am bringing this to your attention because I believe the incident warrants review and, hopefully, a reminder to your drivers about exercising appropriate caution around school buses and when entering intersections where there is insufficient room to safely proceed. This in NO WAY reflects on the companies success and business practices as a whole, their work ethic precedes them and is a testament to their overall customer satisfaction, but the behavior of one irresponsible employee does not help this.
