Nothing much to add here to other reviews. I would just reiterate that Mark at Auto Glass Solutions is very friendly and fast. His quote was about 20% below the three other autoglass servicers I called. I had the small, stationary window to my car smashed by someone overnight and Mark fixed it the next day. Only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. He even offered to come out and fix it but I was in the area so I just stopped by his shop. I would recommend Auto Glass Solutions to anyone who needs the service. read more

My girlfriend had her windshield replaced at Autoglass, about six months ago, and it still looks great. Today, I went in to have my truck windshield replaced. The owner had my windshield in stock and gave me the incredibly low price of just $185, plus tax, no insurance involvement needed. He said it might take up to two hours. In actuality, I was back on the road in about an hour and ten minutes. These guys are great. They obviously know what they're doing. One of the installers broke a $1 cup holder I had on my door and the owner dutifully brought it to my attention. I really appreciate that. He offered to try and repair it, but I told him to just chuck it. I could get another one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. If you have any cracked or dinged auto glass, this is the place to take your vehicle. read more

Same day appointment, fast, and friendly! These guys are professional and take pride in their work. They even vacuumed our car after they were finished. Hope we do not need their help in the future, but if we do, I know exactly where to go. read more

They just took 20 min to adjust the position of glass inside the door and asked for 75$!!

My rear view mirror inexplicably broke off the windshield while I was driving. so I went through the whole exercise of either replacing the entire windshield or trying to glue it back on. I went to my insurance and they recommended another company that turns out quoted a higher price. I went to Yelp and found Auto Glass Solutions, called and they gave me a more reasonable quote so I canceled my claim (I would have had to pay all of it anyway because of my deductible). Courtney Free did a great job. it was raining all morning but that didn't stop him from installing a new windshield and reattached my broken off rear view mirror in less than 2 hours. I also asked him how my rear view mirror suddenly broke off and he said it was likely due to faulty installation of the my replacement rear view mirror less than a year ago by another business. It looked like the base broke off the glass and they re-glued it! read more

Just had the BEST experience with Auto Glass. Driver side window mechanism/regulator broke yesterday. With rain coming soon, I was concerned I might not be able to get it fixed in time (naturally the window was down/open when it broke). I googled glass repair and selected Auto Glass somewhat randomly, and I am SO glad I did! I got an appointment to have someone come to my home within 24 hours. Dimitris came early in the promised window and was incredibly nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. He repaired the regulator in less than an hour, and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you so much! I would use you all again in a heartbeat. read more

I was dreading the price and effort of getting my windshield replaced, but it was so darn easy. I called in the morning, got a quote and then an afternoon appointment; showed up for my appointment, and was out in just a little under an hour. Under $200 for the whole thing, plus a year of free repairs for any further windshield chips. Couldn't be happier. read more

I had the mobile service come out today and replace my windshield. I had a last minute address change due to my job but they handled that with ease. Courtney came out to replace the 20 year old original Ford windshield. Apparently after 20 years the original sealant/glue hardens to a rock so Courtney had a heck of a time getting the old one removed but he did it and cleaned up after himself. This one took a bit longer due to that and I felt bad for Courtney working in the heat because of the hardened glue but he never once complained. He was great. He said there was a lifetime guarantee against any leaks but I doubt I will ever need it. Courtney was polite, professional and when presented with a very difficult install he never complained once. I highly recommend him and Auto Glass Solutions. read more

Great service- Great price! Ordered a quote for my windshield replacement online - received the quote super fast, called and scheduled service for the same afternoon! Highly recommend! read more

I was satisfied beyond belief with Auto Glass Solutions. They not only gave me the best price, but there service was outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass. Lisa was extremely courteous and attentive on the phone and Mark was professional and knowledgeable. read more

The service was faster than expected. They were very thorough in explaining how the process was done and how to take care of the windshield after it was installed. I would highly recommend this place! I'll definitely go back..... On a side note if you have a small chip, get it fixed immediately. Mine turned into a long crack across the whole windshield from a quarter size chip. They fix chips in the windshield too! read more

Perfect job - gave me a quote ($100 less than the company my insurance company referred) that was spot-on, showed up when expected (and even called first), did the job as expected, and explained how to make sure it sealed properly. I highly recommend them - and ask for Cody. He's efficient and courteous - I'd hire him away if I had a spot for him. read more

Honest people. I just bought a used car with a small chip in the window. The Lady in office looked at my chipped windshield and said it was already previously repaired. Could of said its needs fixing and charge me again. Business is member of BBB. Trustworthy! read more

I just had my winshield replaced by Lupe. He came out to the house and provided amazing service. He was quick, professional and the workmanship was outstanding. read more

Submitted an online quote form and got a call less than an hour later with a quote and an appointment time (same day!). The work was done in less than an hour and was a great price! Very friendly and they fix any cracks in your new windshield for free for up to a year. Can't ask for anything better! read more

Courtney did a great job replacing my windshield. He was professional, punctual and all business. Good company to use, I would call them again. read more

These guys were great! Someone broke out my window in my jeep, And after calling around places all day I found them and they had the window I needed in stock. Same tint, everything, and it looks perfect! And, the best part...they were a HUNDRED bucks cheeper than other places like safelight, who I had originally called. read more

Thank you for your fast and excellent work fixing the chip in my windshield! It is barely noticeable now. The gentleman was very nice and the price was great! Five Stars! read more

So I got in my car this morning and looked in the rear view mirror to back up and realized my back window was shattered. Needless to say that put a damper on my day. I immediately called a few places to get quotes and this place was definitely the most inexpensive and could get me in on a Saturday. Plenty of other places were closed or could not get me in until Monday. They got me in within hours and had it fixed in about an hour. Great service and great quality. I have never written a yelp review before, so it's saying something that I have gotten on here and this is my first. You won't be disappointed with these guys!1 read more

Excellent Service. I called several places to compare prices and Autoglass beat everyone. There were no hidden fees. No fees for mobile service or disposal. I just paid for the glass and molding. The day I called they were able to come out. Lupe was great!!! He came on time and finished quickly with quality work. He explained precautions I needed to take for the next few days. It is three days later no problems looks great. I would defiantly recommend, especially if Lupe is your technician. read more

Called Auto Glass this morning for a smashed car window. Cody showed up early (yay!) replaced my window, vacuumed up all the broken glass and was done in less than 30 minutes. I hope I don't ever have another broken window, but if I do I'm calling these guys. Fast, efficient and cheap! read more

Had a badly cracked windshield on my Audi. Checked with Geico to see my options. Windshield replacement was subject to the $500 deductible which was more than the replacement cost. They gave me the number to their partnered glass repair company. I got a quote which included a special Geico discount. I then started shopping around for additional quotes. I found Auto Glass Solutions online and noticed all of the awesome Yelp reviews. I gave them a call and talked to Mark. They had my windshield in stock and set me up with an appointment for later that afternoon. Mark removed my cracked windshield and had the new one installed in just over an hour - even transferred my stickers over. Oh and the total cost was over $100 less than the Geico place with the "special" discount! Rock chip repairs are covered for a year too. I highly recommend Auto Glass Solutions! read more

I went to their shop with a bad crack in my windshield hoping to get it repaired. I decided to get it replaced instead on site, they gave a very fair price, service was fast and it has been 30 days and I am still very happy. read more

I highly recommend Auto Glass Solutions. I have taken my car there twice for large cracks in the windshield. They have always done a really great job replacing my windshield, and they always do it really quickly. They are also very reasonably priced! And they are nice..always a plus!! read more

What a great place! I had a shattered driver side window and needed it fixed asap so I called Auto Glass Solutions and they gave me a quote immediately and got me an appointment to bring my car in within an hour. When I got there, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the guy who fixed my window was super quick and thorough. The whole process only took about 30 min and they charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. Car repairs are notoriously painstaking and expensive and this place was quick, painless, and totally reasonably priced. Hopefully I don't encounter another broken window any day soon but if I do, I will definitely bring my car back here. read more

Awesome service.. quality work.. great price..friendly people! If you need window repair, this is the place to go!

Excellent experience. Juan and Mark were fast and did great work. They replaced my door window and repaired a crack in my windshield. The cheapest price and really great service. I highly recommend. read more

Hands down the best price in town. Great service as well. As a side note, I have a HUD display. Recommended windshield was 1200.00. Bought the 'cheap' one for 250 and the HUD works just fine. Don't spend the extra $ unless you must have the OEM. read more

Thumbs up to these guys. They fixed my windshield for $40 when others wanted to charge $120. I was not even there for 10 minutes!

Called on a Tuesday, done on Wednesday. Awesome price, quick service, quality install, stickers even placed nicely and evenly back on new windshield. Best price I found in 20 minutes of calling around, would definitely use them again. read more

After receiving a fairly significant "chip" in my windshield, I sought out a reliable, affordable repair shop in Austin. I use the word "chip" lightly because it was far worse than any "chip" I've ever had in the past. After reading numerous reviews and calling around for pricing, I settled on Auto Glass Solutions. Great decision! They were so flexible with my schedule and it took no more than 20 minutes after 5 pm to repair my windshield. Additionally, their pricing was very competitive with other area repair shops. They skillfully filled the chip and the cracks that accompanied it without further expanding the cracks which can sometimes happen during the repair process. In the end, the chip is hardly noticeable. Hopefully I won't require their services anytime soon but it's nice to know where I can go for quality service if I find myself in this unfortunate situation again. Will definitely recommend to others! Thanks Auto Glass Solutions! read more

i called for a quote and received two options (Logo or no Logo) for my F-150. Both were considerably lower than any of the other quotes I had gotten. They said they could come to my home the next day and do the installation. I was pleasantly surprised that it would be the same price as bringing it to the shop. Courtney showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He finished the job in the time he said he would and transferred the inspection, registration and Tex Tag stickers to the new windshield which I've had in for a little over a month now with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely use their services for any future auto glass needs. read more

I cannot say enough about the respect that I have for this company. I had a very unique issue that required Mark to work with the vendor. He was not only an advocate for me but from our initial conversation he assured me that we would be able find a solution. My front windshield is repaired, looks great and I am more than happy to recommend these guys if you want the same. They know what it means to provide great customer service AND repair auto glass. read more

I am so grateful for this place! Earlier in the week I made an 8am Saturday appointment to have my windshield replaced at a different glass shop. Well apparently when you search the name of the other glass shop on yelp this one comes up first. I wasn't paying attention and clicked this shop on accident to get directions. When I showed up no one was there. So I called the number on the door and the guy said they didn't open until 8:30. It didn't dawn on me then I was at the wrong shop, I thought I just got the time wrong. Anyways I dropped my keys in the drop box and went home. I later got a call from the guy who said he couldn't find my appointment. That's when I discovered I took my car to this shop instead of the one I made the appointment!! He said they could get me taken care of anyways. I'm very thankful they were able to accommodate my stupidity and very friendly and flexible about it! read more

Came to Auto glass solutions because of research on Yelp. They had rave reviews ...Add me to the roster.. I went on site even though they will travel to you.. Even offered co. Truck as I waited in case I had to do errands.. This is a top notch service and repair company.. As the other 200+ reviews claim - I was quoted over the phone same price I paid, treated so politely and professionally by all, and they replaced my MAZDA CX-7 windshield beautifully.. Impressed they had it in stock.. Now if I could only replace my boyfriend that broke it in the first place it would be a perfect world ;)) read more

Catching up on reviews....a year ago I got a prompt and very reasonable quote for a windshield replacement. Made an appointment and was extremely happy with everything about this business...their scheduling, the office manager's attitude and assistance, the gentlemen who did the replacement, and the extra time they took to mention a few things I should watch for. Have had no problems with my windshield in the past year and would definitely use them again. Thanks! read more

I would highly recommend Auto Glass Solutions. I priced several companies and they were the best price and one of the few that would get my truck done that day. I had a rear window replaced. They said 3 hours and were done in 2 hours. Great service. read more

Based on other comments, I thought this was a good shop for fixing window regulator of my Mercedes. It was a mistake. The shop cannot replace window regulators properly in imports such as Mercedes and BMW. The appointment was made on Saturday and estimated for 3 hours, but the job wasn't done until late on Monday. The shop owner (Mark) used an aftermarket part that didn't work. The car couldn't be driven because the door was messed up. To Mark's credit, I was offered a truck to drive home but the gas tank was empty. On Monday, he gave me an option of trying another aftermarket part, I said no and insisted to install an OME part. When I did a test drive, the SRS warning light was on the dash board. We both Googled: A likely reason was that when the window regulator was installed, the battery was not disconnected so the airbag communication system (in the same driver side) was malfunctional. Mark told me he didn't want to mess up with it and did not know or have tools to reset the airbag system. I asked him to pay for the cost if he did not know how to reset. Mark then denied that the SRS warning light was related to the window regulator work and sent me to a nearby shop that he knows. The other shop tech scanned car and said the error code could be anything. When I searched the code and error message on Google, it was related to the driver-side airbag! Basically, Mark was dishonest and couldn't reset the airbag system. Do not go there for the window regulator job on imports. read more

As stated before, the company is open on Sunday, Mark, the owner, took my call personally. Set it up to go there today but after discussing the small $10 fee for a visit to my home, we decided to have them come out. I was called with an estimate of when they'd be here within a 3 hour time frame and they were very much in that window. Lupe came and he is great, he was training a newbie and he didn't mind that I watched them mostly the whole time. The windshield is even better than the old one=has a dark visor tint, he saved my stickers plus gave me a new metallic TXTag (I had no idea they'd get me a new one!) and it was done in under an hour. Way less expensive than my deductible, or any other shop, and certainly more convenient and less expensive than having my boyfriend & dad try to do it themselves! The glass itself would have cost more than Auto Glass Solutions charged! VERY HAPPY!!! read more
