Received a call the day prior to my appointment stating that the tech would be at my house between 10 - 12 the following day. Day of appointment - tech calls me at 9:10am. I call back 15 minutes later and he tells me that he was at my house, is on his way to the next job, can't come back, and that he might be able to come back at the end of the day or that I can reschedule for next week sometime... When I explain that I wasn't expecting the call and that my apt. window was 10 - 12, he tells me that "I should've answered my phone when he called, and that there's nothing he can do." Look at this hack job...They tried to give this back to me as a finished job with absolutely no explanation to any problems (was through Maaco who uses this company for windows out paint jobs) Go elsewhere...Leaks like crazy...When I brought it back they said wrong seals (which isn't correct)...Then they said bring it back so they can fix it...Brought it back (now third time driving an hour to the shop then waiting hours) Same results...In the defense of the technicians who actually tried, it is a PITA to install...Still no excuse to take my money and leave me with a leaking vehicle, especially when trying to hide the shoddy work. We purchased a new car and the dealership had Auto Glass Express come out & replace my windshield. Before they came I of coarse looked at their reviews. I was almost in tears, I didn't want my new car ruined like others had experienced. I called the dealership and they asked that I trust them and if anything happened I was taken care of... Well, I have given my new windshield 6 weeks of testing, 4 high pressure car washes, and 3 snow storms now without any issues. I am so happy and relieved. I followed the technicians instructions and kept the tape on, didn't get a car wash, drove with my windows cracked for the 1st 72hrs. I did take off 1 star because the guy who came to our house did leave this black sticky material in a couples places on the car and even a little on my dash. Worst service I have ever received. After our windshield installation, the car flooded. We were forced to have the car detailed since there was standing water inside, but the owner of the company not only refused to reimburse us but called us liars, saying we were only seeking "a free carwash". DON NOT COME HERE! I have been here three times. WATER LEAKED through the windshield they had just replaced. No only that but the WATER DAMAGE caused corrosion on electrical components and now I'm stuck with a TICKING TIME BOMB about to have the airbag go off on my face or not work at all in the case of an accident. read more

My rearview mirror fell off in the hot sun while I was at work. I took the mirror off and discovered how much I use my rearview mirror while driving. Anyway, I google map for a place to have it fixed and ended up at Autoglass Express. The staff was very nice, professional and courteous. I was given a quote to repair it or replace the windshield. I have been researching for a place to have it a new windshield for the past two weeks and decided to have it done. They beat the price of my research by $40. I decided to go through my insurance and Kristina was very helpful speaking to the insurance company. This place is tuck in the corner but well worth checking them out........ This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. 6 attempts by this company to get a windshield installed and it still whistles over 40 mph. They tell you that the warranty needs to be done In their shop in commerce city so you drive out there repeatedly and sit for 2 or 3 hours while they scratch your car doing the work and leave glue all over the exterior. Instead of factory rivets they will throw in some white double sided tape instead. Such a bad experience. The one star is a low as I can go or I would go lower read more

BUYER BEWARE! I had to make a total of 5 appointments with them in order for my windshield to be replaced correctly. The first appointment they showed 20 minutes late and tried to install a windshield that already had a giant scratch in it. The second appointment they never showed up and never called. I had to call to schedule the third appointment, for 2 days later. The third appointment was completely botched. The guy left before I could check the windshield, and when I came out to look at it I was appalled. There was a 1/2" gap between my windshield and frame of my car, there was adhesive left all over the interior of my car, there was trash all around my car and my rearview mirror was dangling a piece and another piece was just laying on my passenger seat. It looked like it wasn't even the right windshield for my car. I called immediately and took pictures. I happened to catch the owner Frank on the phone and he said he would send someone out the next day. An hour after the time they said they'd show up, some guy comes and tells me the original installer "doesn't know what he's doing" and that the windshield needs to be removed and reaffixed but he can't do it. He agrees to come to my house (install was done at my work) to do the work. The next day I get a call saying they're not going to come to my house to fix the windshield. After getting the dealership involved, they finally came out and fixed their mistake but I had to spend hours of my own time and money to get it done. They might be cheap, but trust me it is not worth it! read more

Flat out rude service. 1) I forgot to remove a necklace from my rearview mirror. They ripped it off, breaking the necklace, and threw it on the floor of the vehicle, where I found it in pieces later. 2) They carelessly pulled my emissions sticker off the old windshield and buggered it up horribly. Then they just slapped it on the new windshield so that it blew off in the wind. Absolutely zero effort to do a good job. read more

So far so good. Had right front passenger window replaced at a cheaper price than SafeLite. I was able to schedule the appointment the same day, and the work was completed in 35 minutes. They also vacuumed out the broken glass in my car without me asking. Living in Colorado I've had at least 5 windshields on different vehicles replaced in the last 10 years and the quality of work all comes from the technician who's doing the install. Seems like auto glass is a hit or miss business!! Any company can claim to be the best, but it's all about the experience of the technician doing the install.. When you make your appointment request the company's most experienced tech. You may have to wait but trust me..........the wait will be better than the headaches you get when you get an inexperienced tech hack job. Having said that: Troy with Auto Glass Express was one of the BEST technicians I have have ever gotten to work on my vehicles. He was very through & extremely fast, replacing two windshields right in my driveway in just under 2 hours. He even pointed out issues with the old installs where the tech didn't properly prep the windshield causing the windshield channel to actually rust in one place. He ground the rust off and did an amazingly clean install. I'll definitely go back to Auto Glass Express for my next install and ask for Troy! read more

I took my Nissan Titan to Auto glass Express March 21,2018, because I got a crack in my windshield. So I got an appointment and went in and me and my wife waited until they were done. The lady called us up and said that the truck was done. So we went out side and we noticed that there was a big scratch on the truck next to the window that totally wasn't there when we brought it. So Brandon seen us looking at it, And came down to look at it. But said he doesn't know if it was there or not, let me talk to the guy. Well another guy came out and looked at it. And I guess told Brandon that he was at fault and the manager said that he would do anything to make us happy. He asked do you want money or do you want to take it to Maaco. And I said I'll take it to Maaco. And he was like ok just take it there, because we know the people cause we do business with them and just have them bill us. So we took it straight to Macco and they are getting us in as soon as possible. Even for what happened, we would totally come back for the fact that they admitted what had happened and that they made things right. Everyone there was really nice. And took care of everything quickly. They could of totally been ass holes but Brandon was really cool. So thanks and if we ever need another glass we will totally come back.
