The windshield replacement took about 20 minutes and looks great. My 4-star review is based mostly on the inconsistency in company branding and communication in regard to payment. I received a verbal quote over the phone when I scheduled the appointment but never received an e-mail or any type of confirmation with an invoice of expected costs for parts and labor. After the windshield had been replaced, I called the number on the Mobile Auto Glass Y Mas van to make a payment at which point I was sent a link via text message to pay on my phone. The amount I was originally verbally quoted was not inclusive of tax and the final total was higher than I had thought it would be. Additionally, the total included a credit card processing fee (it was removed from my transaction due to the miscommunication in price). I would have appreciated a confirmation e-mail and an itemized invoice with expected parts and labor totals prior to the service being performed. All in all, this was the shop that had my windshield in stock, answered the phone promptly, and got me a mobile appointment within 24 hrs of scheduling.
