My loan was approved two weeks ago, and I've been calling nearly every day since to finalize it. Half the time, no one answers. When they do, I'm told the person I need to speak with is "busy." The one time I actually reached her, a technical glitch prevented me from signing the documents -- which led to two more days of chasing down technical support. I've wasted hours trying to get something done that should've been simple. It's a real shame, because I've had loans through this company before and never had an issue. But that was at a different branch -- the one that actually knew what customer service was. Unfortunately, that branch closed, and if the one that provided competent service couldn't stay open, this one doesn't stand a chance. For a company that charges sky-high APRs to people who need help, the least they could do is hire employees who care enough to process paperwork in a timely manner. Instead, you get excuses, dropped calls, and total indifference. Save yourself the aggravation. There are better options than wasting your time here.

Called them the morning after I came back from vacation (11-16-20) and they told me I should expect to see the money back into my account on the 19th. I also got a overdraft fee via my bank because of this; luckily they could see it on my account and reversed it. Great. The 19th comes around and still nothing so I call and figure out why. They told me it should be there by the end of the day. I waited. Nothing. Today rolls around (11.20.20) and I call this morning and figure out what's going on. This is where it starts. They kept transferring me to different representatives, kept hanging up, and kept telling me it will be in there "tomorrow", "tomorrow", "tomorrow". We then got hung up on multiple times. We then called again and one told us they would mail a check to us. . . .after they took money out electronically and that it will arrive within a few days. We had asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times where the first time we got hung up on, and the second being expect a call back today or tomorrow. We just want our money back. We spent a good 4+ hours on the phone today just trying to get our money that they took that caused an overdraft. We had asked many times for corporate numbers and every time they gave us either a wrong number or fake number. One gave us a roadside assistance phone number. We are beyond frustrated. They have had our money for over a week. They have our bank info. Why can't they do an automatic deposit? We had stated we wanted it over nighted and they had said we can't do that. I'm not sure I will ever do business witht them after our lease is up. When we (customers) are late, we get a penalty. But when they over charge us, why don't we get paid the penalty fee when they screw up? They don't have any to pay anything. Super unprofessional. They double charged me for my November payment. I wanted the money back. Instead they applied it to my next months payment. The new statement I received in the mail was applied on top of what was already owed. It wasn't due for weeks. WITHOUT my authorization! Wow.

I picked up the van yesterday. It is beautiful and has everything I want. John patiently went through all the features, set it up to work on my phone and explained everything. Someone I know was recruited by the Ford dealership parts department in Hempstead (301N) and assured that a position was waiting. They were told to simply let the branch know when they were ready to start. Out of respect for their previous employer, proper two weeks' notice was given and the new role began three weeks later. During onboarding, the digital application forced acceptance of an "at-will termination with no notice" clause. The system would not allow progress without agreeing, making it mandatory in order to get paid. After only three days of training, the individual was terminated without warning. The explanation given was being "too slow." In reality, proficiency only comes with consistency and fluency in a new system. No qualified person can reasonably be expected to master an unfamiliar process in just three days. This kind of treatment is heartless, ruthless, and unconscionable. Whoever made the decision to terminate after such a short time showed no regard for professionalism, skill, or livelihood. It felt like a setup: waiting until someone left a stable job, then discarding them without giving a fair chance to learn. Key Warnings for Others: Do not resign from your current job until you are fully secure in a new role. Be cautious of digital agreements that force you into "at-will" clauses. A job that looks promising may, in fact, be a false sense of opportunity--a hoax. The position appeared appealing, but the reality was harsh and deceptive. Please take this as a cautionary lesson and don't let the same happen to you.

Citibank has its own parking lot and drive up ATM. The drive up ATM offers convenient banking since they are 24/7, secure, and you can do banking by staying in your car and with the car running. I went inside to make a deposit and withdrawal with a teller since I needed specific bills and she was helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be helped and it was a seamless process.

Most of the time I cannot make it to the local branch near my home during the week and it's way to crowded on weekends to get anything accomplished so I usually step out from work for a few moments to handle my business here. There's a private lot, drive through atm, and drive through teller. There are usually at least 4 tellers on duty so the line inside goes pretty quickly. I did notice that this branch does not seem to have an active security guard. If I had to make an educated guess I would say it's because they are next door to the Nassau County court house which is swarming with police activity. The only reason this branch gets four stars instead of five is because I came in one day to get my name on my card updated (due to marriage) and the manager handled my request and spelled the name on my card wrong. Not once, but TWICE! I know I wrote it correctly on the form and provided a copy of the marriage certificate for her to verify but she clearly made a typo when she keyed it in. This resulted in me having to cancel the card again and being without a card for several days as I was waiting for the new one to arrive. They did give me a temporary card but it did not have all the necesarry financial functions as a real card. I called her and she was apologetic and did resolve the issue and even offered to expedite the shipping. It still arrived regular mail. She must have forgotten. I will excuse it because it's the only time I have ever had an issue.
