I needed to replace my starter on my car as it died on me Saturday night. Sunday morning I reached out to them and they came through that afternoon and got the job done in a couple hours. They were on time, easy to schedule, and it was super convenient. I didn't have to tow my car anywhere or wait around, they came and did the job where my car died in my friends parking lot. Completely satisfied and will use again. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this experience left me feeling kind of frustrated. I called asking for help checking my timing belt to make sure I did the install correctly, and he said he could come a couple of days later at 3 pm. He didn't show up so I called and he told me he would call back in 20 min. He never called back and 2 hours later I called and he hung up on me, so I called again and left a voicemail just asking if he was still coming and if he needed to reschedule. He never ended up calling me back and I'm pretty annoyed because I feel like I'm not asking that much and I still need help. It's fine to get busy and need to reschedule but maybe let me know instead of ghosting me? read more

At first hearing about a mobile mechanic I had to see if this was for real. After checking out mechanics nearby Francisco hit me up Saturday night to see if I was open to have him inspect the check engine light on my car on Sunday (YES, a Sunday). It was originally supposed to be at 5:30pm but turned to 6:30pm while double checking to see if he would arrive but he came thru at 9pm. I can understand why some people would trip out about the time frame but what got me was for every person who have him a bad review he responded back to them professionally. He's a one man show on the move so it's not going to be like a team who can knock it out like that. After inspecting my vehicle I needed new spark plugs because one of them was misfiring so he had no problem scheduling the following day to get that fixed around 11am. He got the parts and started adding the new spark plugs in less than an hour and got things running again. Definitely recommend him if you're on the go a lot and don't have the time to travel to a mechanic so this is money. Not to mention the price is fair. Be easy on this guy because not everyone can handle his job but I appreciate who he is and the work he's put in for years. Looking forward to do more business in the future. read more

These guys are amazing! I have changed my breaks and that's working good and they have positive energy see you next time guys !!

Avoid this mechanic at all costs. Made appointment for check-up car for Pre-Purchase Inspection. Did not show on time, wasted my time, purchase missed and drive from Ventura to West LA. This mechanic is not reliable and reserves right not to show up for agreed appointment in advance. read more

I would give more starts if I could . Francisco drove to my location right after I called even though it was 8pm , gave me an estimate , came back the next morning at 8 am because I needed it for work that afternoon and was working on my car the entire time. He adjusted everything to my schedule . He cares about his customers and provides service that shows it. He even drove to my location to give me my keys because I was not home. Francisco responds quickly, is efficient and professional. I highly recommend using his services, it is completely stress free and convenient. He figured out exactly what was wrong right away and fixed it the next day. My brake pads were making my car squeak terribly when i hit reverse, and the broken rotors were making a terrible noise when I hit the gas. Now my car is silent and running smoothly, I couldn't be happier :) read more

Had a great experience with Francisco, he barely left my house at 9 pm. He was supposed to do an oil change and a serpentine belt on my 2009 Corolla. But he found an additional problem with the water that needed to be replaced. Well, he was able to find one late at night and worked on it to have everything done. I am glad I was able to find this place. I will be recommending Francisco to all my friends and I will be calling him whenever I have a problem with my car from now on. Thanks Francisco!!! read more

I have a 2005 Ford Ranger that had a loose shifter and sensitive brakes. They charged me for diagnosis, said they would order the parts which would take a few days and then do the work. I would first like to say that although their prices may be "reasonable" they are not friendly or reliable. They do not have any good communication skills and are NOT professional. I was communicating with them a couple weeks prior to get a transmission oil change and today I called them on both numbers to which no luck they did not answer. I text messaged I think his name is Francisco and asked him if he was able to do the job done for me today and his response? "Not possible ". Not only that but before for when I first called them to get a quote I mistakenly asked if he was such and such and he annoyingly answered "NO" and with an attitude. Perhaps co worker rivalry? Goes to show you how unprofessional this place is. I'm not going to bother with these people matter of fact I blocked them. Next time please have some decency to be professional and not be giving people attitude it does not look good on you or your business. read more
