I had a few deep scratches on the front of my car due to a slight accident. I received quote from there previous location they have currently relocated. I dropped my car off on Monday and was skeptical of the new location. Once inside the gate the shop was beautiful, very clean and roomy. Jalal, said my car would be ready a week later I was given a loaner car, he kept me informed step by step. By Wednesday I was told my car was ready to be picked up. All I can say is my worries went out the window, Jalal, was able to bring my car to my work. The paint job was pristine, matched perfectly. They even washed my car and put air freshener inside.. WORST PLACE EVER, my car was nowhere close to totaled, they wrongfully got it deemed totalled and made me lose $9,000. Kept telling me week after week my car will be ready next week then just had the lienholder pick it up the day before they even told me it was totaled. They're the most greedy, fake, unprofessional place I've ever been. Don't take your car unless you want mediocre repairs. Oh and they'll waive your deductible and pay you to bring your car! Do yourself a favor and do not to business with this company. You will save yourself months of time and money. Worse decision I made was trusting Ben and a guy named Will with my vehicle. Waited 6 mos for my car to be returned. I had to bring it back to them 2 times after that. My vehicle ended up being given over to my dealership for them to fix and undo shoddy repairs from this shop and every time I would call and ask the status of my car before then or to report a noise still happening from my vehicle the main person fixing my car would say he's out the country, oh and best part, they attached the wrong model side view mirror on my car causing a light to remain on on my dashboard and me not knowing what's wrong until another trip back to the dealership for them to tell me the light is on because the wrong model mirror was attached. DO NOT! DO NOT! I repeat do not bring your vehicle here. I brought my truck to this shop after I had just got into an accident and first they seemed cool, told me everything was going to be handled and not to worry got me into a rental and everything. After a few weeks I got a call that my rental was due so I called to see if my truck was almost ready they said no they still had to wait for the insurance company to come approve the appraisal. ALEX told me to not worry and stay in the rental that she was going to get and extension. WICH WAS A LIE. I kept getting calls from enterprise saying the rental was due and no appraisal have been approved . So I called the insurance that approved the rental and they said when they tried to get in contact with AUTOFIX COLLISION multiple times and they were not cooperating with them. Left on hold for over an hour everytime they tried to go in them self's they said there were able to but there would be no one here to help with the appraisal. At this point I'm stressing out my truck was been in the shop for over A MONTH, with no process being made. I literally had to call every other day just to get the ball rolling . Finally after idk how's long the truck is finally finished they gave me a date to go pick it up so while I was on my was to pick up my truck they called me saying they couldn't find the check that I have gave them in the beginning when this whole process was starting and that I couldn't take my car until I got a copy of the check. telling me if I remember what day I went in so they can check the camera. Like WTF ???? (Lucky I found a picture copy of the check on my phone) so while I was heading over they told me another bullshit lie saying they still needed to do an alignment on the truck when I was already half way there like why tell me when it's going to be ready when it wasn't and that I have back tomorrow which I did. So I did ended up getting my truck after 2 months wich is total BULL because if you don't know they also charge for 150 for storage a day. I'm writing this because my interaction with AFCC left a bad taste in my mouth and it seems prudent to counteract all the five star reviews. I was involved in an accident on my motorcycle on 11/9. The bike was towed to AFCC. On 11/12 I told AFCC that I wished to release my bike over to my insurance company. Alex told me she would email me the form that day. In my mind, I was expecting to have the bike released by 11/13. As it happened, AFCC sat on the release form and didn't send it to me until 11/17. Admittedly, I messed up big time by not being more vigilant about getting the release form from them. Keep in mind that this was my first time going through this process and there was a lot I didn't know (I was an easy target). Being that storage is $90 per day, this decision on their part ended up costing me hundreds. My complaint is this: clearly I should've known better than to let them sit on the release form. However, I had just been involved in my first serious accident and had a lot of distractions going on. I also didn't know anything about the process. I had Alex's word that she was going to send me the release form that day, and I trusted her. I believe that AFCC purposefully held the release form for a few more days in order to line their pockets. Maybe they thought that the money would come from the insurance company, either way what they did was wrong and unethical. Unfortunately it might be common practice among auto shops. This is the worst, most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with. Take your car here if you want your estimated date to be pushed several times adding up to months later and then you'll still have to take it back because they don't know what they're doing. They have no form of communication what so ever. The first time I went to look at it my car was painted streaky and looked like the paint was dripping when it dried. All the problems the car was giving me the first couple time I took it in for are still giving me trouble to this day months later. I left my car at the shop for the 5th time about 3 weeks ago and they still haven't given me an update. I've called in myself several times just looking for a simple status update and they can't even give me that! I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone EVER! It's been 4-5 months now and they still have my car. I bet they're not even working on it. And don't be fooled when you think your car is safe and sound at night... it's really parked on the busy streets of Los Angeles just waiting to get hit again! I would give this shop zero stars if that even existed. Probably going to file a small claim and take them to court soon because this is ridiculous. read more

I cannot express how easy it was to work with Auto Fix Collision Center. I was driving about a mile away from their facility when a person made an illegal u-turn in front of me, forcing me to crash into his car. The tow truck driver, Pat, arrived quickly on the scene and was very helpful and supportive, even advising me on the basic aspects of handling the case through my insurance, the process, etc.. We went and dropped the car at the lot and he was gracious enough to drive me to my home across town. Pat called me first thing the next day to see how I was doing and offered to pick me up first thing on Monday to bring me to the shop. As promised, Pat picked me up and drove me to the facility. William, and the other staff, were warm and very helpful and even tried to make it so I would not have to put down a $300 deposit to get my insurance-paid rental car (unfortunately, my insurance has a strict policy using Enterprise and despite William's best efforts, they were unable to get me a reduced rate). Based on this experience, I had the utmost confidence that they would handle everything in a professional manner and with the goal of keeping my out-of-pocket expenses down. However, my car was beyond repair, so my insurance asked me to release the car to them to bring it to a salvage lot. All in all, I was very impressed by everyone there, particularly Pat, and I would recommend this place anytime. read more
