In reality, the vehicle had nearly 600 miles, was missing a second key, and was in a condition that was far from new. On March 2, 2026, the salesperson confirmed by email that the car had been used. Despite 18 contacts with dealership staff, they were unable to locate or provide the missing second key. My experience was disappointing due to the inaccurate advertising, the condition of the vehicle, and the lack of resolution regarding the missing key.

I had driven past this place thousands of times and never gave it a second thought. But the wife says take it here and off we went. The receptionist was very present and said someone would meet us in a few minutes. Two minutes later the service man met my son and I. My son described what was going on and we went to the car. The service man looked at the undercarriage and found that it needed a few screws. He then not only got the few screws but actually went down on the ground and went underneath the car and screwed in the items got back up and said it was no charge! What? No charge? I could not believe it. The service man said that next time you have a problem just think of our services. Wow that was extreme customer service. After my frustration with AAA, despite being a "Plus" member, I decided to look at local towing. I…read morehad recently bought a car third party and needed it to be towed to my mechanic. I stumbled upon Dennis and his business online and the whole experience was fantastic. We gave him a call and he gave us a very fair and competitive price quote. Everything sounded like so great so I confirmed and he said that he'd be there in 25 minutes. I expected him to be late but he was there before 25 minutes as promised. Promises are hard to keep when you're busy but Dennis seems like a business owner that holds true to his word. Talking to him on the car ride to my mechanic, it seems that Dennis prides himself in customer service and always has a positive outlook. I work in the customer service industry myself and I was highly impressed. As a result, I personally recommend him for any roadside assistance needed.
