Put $12,000 down.. and come to find out, he overcharged me on the truck $7,000, when I got my payment from the finance company a week later. This was never agreed on! You go in to buy a truck advertised for $35,895 and find out that's their price, that THEY paid, as if that's relevant. But charge you $43,000. Absolutely disgusting he would scam us this way, especially after saying we needed a safe truck for our young children. Let alone, they RESET the oil so I would think it's full. Mind you, these are charges that come with the price of the truck. Come to find out, it hasn't been changed in over a year and a half. Had my husband not been good with cars, I would've never known, as a trusting buyer. They also promised to replace the tires and sent us to a chop shop in union, to give 4 different brands of tires, from 2019. When speaking with Eli, the arrogant sales manager, he came with attitude and asked my mother not to speak since she didn't purchase the truck, when she was proving him wrong. Then ACK comes along and tries to fix this because he's mortified by how his staff acted. He asks my age to justify if I'm adult enough for him to speak to. I'm a 36 year old mother of two, a homeowner for 8 years, and have 2 jobs. How belittling, as a man would never be asked this. Do not ever buy a car from these scam artists. They're smug and arrogant and won't tell you about the 15% dealer up charge that's only on their website. Who goes on a website while INSIDE of a stealership? That's what this place is. A fraudulent stealership. ACK and ELI may have gotten away with this in the past, but karma gets people back in the worst ways.

My son was blamed for what should be the sales representative responsibility and the dealerships responsibility to have a set of keys already made before putting a car on the lot. Instead I was only allowed to have one fob/key combo, and a single key with no fob after complaining. My son tells them he was only available at 3pm, that was his fault apparently. The second time a gentleman by the name Frank tells my son after being told to see him that it's the first he has ever heard of it. No one ever calls you back in this place except for ONE person which was a sales rep Ramon. But the entire time I saw him after being frustrated, he tells me to come back later in the afternoon after telling me on the previous conversation that I can stop by at anytime. Which I showed up at 10 am, to only be told to come back at 12:30 because he had to wait for someone. I came back earlier to find out he could have just called the key maker himself and not have waited. And btw, I had to wait another hour for the key maker to show up. Then the finance manager continues to blame my son for the wait of the set of keys. And another gentleman decides to join in the blaming game as well....just bad customer service, terrible communications, no follow through, and blames the customers for their wrong doing....DONE...Never coming back!!!
