I was driving around with a vehicle that wasn't registered for well over seven days. My insurance reached out to them with no answer. I reached out to them three times only be told I will call you right back and no one ever called me back. The sales person who initially helped me was gone due to a family emergency is what I am told. However, no one else from the dealership bothered to step up for him and finish his sale for me. Who knows how many other people were overlooked while he was absent. When asked how they could correct this issue I simply said that you've wasted my time and shown me no respect. How do you give that back? They had no response I do not suggest shopping here.

Bill called me an agreed to add a 14,500 mile bumper to bumper warranty at no extra charge and that changed my mind. There was only one key fob with it and Jacob agreed to supply a second one and have it programmed. It had to be ordered and he was diligent about keeping me updated and when he received it, set up a date for it to be programmed and for me to pick it up. I have only good things to say about WS Auto Sales. I would definitely buy from them again.
