Nikita saved me somewhere between $200 and $300 by repairing a crack in my front bumper cover. I had been told by other people that I would have to replace the bumper cover altogether; that repairing the crack to the point that it would look unnoticeable would be impossible. My experience was different than everyone elses here. I texted Nik for a quote on a scratch on my fender and scuff mark on my rear bumper. He answered in a timely manner and quoted me and we set up a date. Stan came on time and went straight to work. He didn't explain the process at all and just went straight to working on the car. 6 hours passed and he told me the car was ready. Upon looking at the car and the paint (which was paint matched really well) their were so many imperfections in the paint that I would have to have them come out again or me go to them to have Stan polish/wet sand the car. Not to mention the bumper I had them repaint because of a scuff mark now needed to Be FULLY painted because while Stan was painting the scuff mark on the rear bumper he had taped part of the bumper so their wouldnt be overspray but when he removed the tape, it peeled off the paint on my rear bumper. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & didn't fault them for it but now I would have to waste another day taking my car to them to have the rear bumper painted and for them to smooth out the areas they did paint. I showed up to their location a week later, I specifically asked Stan what would he be doing, he told me he was going to polish the fender, the top of the front bumper and repaint the rear bumper. I got a call from Nik around 2:40 told me the car was ready. I arrived at 3:30 to only find out that Stan only polished the top of my front bumper and neglected to polish the fender where he painted and also the rear Bumper as he told me when I first dropped the car off. The imperfections were very visible to the naked eye, so visible that when I pointed them out to Stan he had no choice but to acknowledge them and he told me if I wait another hour he could polish it out. Now remember when I first dropped off the car and I asked him what would be done he told me he would polish it which I later found out was not the truth. What I don't understand is how can you look at these imperfections and tell a customer your car is ready? So while Stan continued to polish the areas he told me he was going to do when I first dropped the car off, I decided to thoroughly check the car for imperfections. I found areas of overspray in my engine bay. The chemicals he was using was very messy (which is no issues if it was just cleaned up afterwards) which is why I even opened my hood because in between body panels you can see dry white crust everywhere where he let the chemicals dry. They didn't even care to wipe down the areas they worked on. Once stan finished the polish it was a little bit better but you could definitely still see all the imperfections. Not to mention that my drivers side door which had no imperfections now looks to have brush mark on it as if he accidentally let the polish pad touch it and my side skirt has a small paint chip in it now. This was just my experience and from it, I honestly would not recommend them. Here are some pictures of the after math. Being that the car is Sapphire black Metallic it's hard for the camera to pick up everything but based off of what you can see, would you let these guys repaint your bumpers? And this is after coming out twice. I love giving small businesses a chance and I hate writing bad reviews but I honestly gave them a chance, even to correct their errors to only still be dissatisfied. Ended up paying a total of $1000 for my car to look like this. read more

I've used Nick's service twice before for repairing wheel rash and he did a great job. Recently my wife said she wanted her 2019 Tesla Model 3 blacked out so it looks more like the newer Model 3's. I remember Nick saying he did blackout work as well so I texted him and he came out within a couple days. He did an excellent job blacking out all chrome trim on my wife's car. He was careful and meticulous during the 7-hour job and charged a very reasonable $550 ($600 with Tesla logos blacked out but she didn't want those done). Hi Yelpers!! It's me again with another awesome review for Auto Creative!! I had a couple of areas on two of my brand new car's rims. I contacted a company who has over 500 yelp reviews last week for assistance as they had repaired one of my rims a few years ago. Needless to say they told me that the repair would be obvious because my rim is machine finished and they told me to take it to a wheel shop. The marks on my rims were the size of my pinky thumbnail. Which made no sense to me because I am no expert but aren't all rims machine finished? I don't know how they stay in business. So then I was on my instagram and all of a sudden Auto Creative popped up on my feed and they said they do mobile rim repair. I DM'ed Nick through instagram today and he was able to come out and fix both of my rims today!!!. Now I'm pretty OCD and I can't even find the spokes that he repaired. I had gotten my rims refinished and painted gloss black on my C43 and a few dents fixed on my G550. Victor did an amazing job and dedicated a significant amount of time (8 or 9 hours) to make sure everything came out perfectly.
