Good work or not, treating a client who spent thousands at your business and someone who has referred at least 3 customers to them is simply not ok. I will not use them in the future or refer anyone to them going forward. Rating 3 as a combination of actual service and customer service.

When I spoke with "Chris," who handles Teslas at the shop, I explained that I didn't think I should be responsible for a deductible on damage clearly caused while the car was in their care. Instead of having a conversation, I was dismissed with a sarcastic "sounds about right," as if my concern wasn't worth his time, and I was just going this the money. It felt incredibly disrespectful. This isn't just about a cracked roof--it's about accountability.
