His two solutions were to leave the car there for two days or to jack the car up(car has no jack let alone a spare tire) and bring the tire to them. I'm not trying to jack the car up on my/ice encrusted driveway and hire a taxi to bring the tire to them. very unhelpful. As we were leaving, he says have a nice day. I did after taking my car to Bill Dodge who got me in even though being a busy Monday. After being a customer of Sullivan Tire for 5 years I will never darken their doorway ever again.

I approved it, and then when I went to pick up my car a week later the bill was $2,075.88. An entire 1k OVER the estimate! I tried asking the customer service representative why the cost had gone up so much, but he said there wasn't much he could do about it. When I got home, I called again and found out while speaking to a manager that they had double-charged me for one of the items ($364), so they said they would refund me in the next few days. I waited a couple of weeks with no sign of a refund, called them again, and they said one of their admin people forgot to do it, so they finally issued the refund.

I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). They did all of this work for a reasonable price and I know I'll be coming back here in the future (hopefully with a scheduled appointment and not a breakdown). I highly recommend getting your car serviced here :) The do a great job, and it's walking distance to many great coffee and breakfast options if you have time to kill.

This guy just runs his own codes again, "looks under the hood to see how easy it would be to fix oxygen sensors" and that was his diagnostics. I had to even ask what diagnostics he did when he went to charge me for this. His codes were the exact same by the way. Just wants to start changing things without a deep dive - so you'll end up changing a bunch of items with them. Customer service was obviously terrible too. Don't go here

They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10
